I purchased a 2023 Platinum F150 and an extended Ford warranty over 2 months ago. I purchased my licensing through the dealership which is now EXPIRED. Also, they installed the wrong bed liner. Many of the features available in the bed of the truck are covered up by the bed liner!I have placed about a dozen phone calls and escalated to the GM and still I can t even get ANY response back. I love everything about the new truck. But, beware of the Fred Bean Ford dealership! I have purchased many trucks and this is the worst. Can t even resolve simple sales issues!

Had my Expedition in for inspection and potential repairs.1) the service advisor was awesome. Polite, kept me informed, timely repairs2) the cleanliness of the shop is amazing. To service the number of vehicles they do and keep the floor gleaming is nice to say.3) no arguments about warranty repairs, in fact, they just did them before I could even ask if the repair was covered under warranty.Nothing but positive experiences since I purchased the car in 2019. Based on what I have experienced on the service side, I will buy my next car from Fred Beans when the time comes!

I purchased the dent coverage from Fred Beans. I brought in a small dent and they said they couldn't fix it due to liability concerns. They said it might crack the paint if they fix it. I called a paintless dent repair guy and he fixed in in 20 minutes. What a scam that insurance was.

From start to finish my buying experience could not have gone better! Cullen in sales was great to work with! My driver from the airport Bill topped it all off. They had me in and out and on tgecroad in my new vehicle like clock work! Highly recommend Fred Beans!

I had a very pleasant and professional experience at Fred Beans Ford. Everything was ready when I arrived for the test drive. Even when I told them that I had an appointment to drive another car that day I did not feel pushed into making a decision. When I arrived the next day to finalize the purchase, everything went smoothly with no surprises.

I must admit I m not a fan of the car purchasing process; however, Dave made the experience so enjoyable! I don t know that this dealer even deserves one star. We have had a horrible experience with their service department. On more than one occasion I ve taken my Explorer to have service done. The first time for a mechanical issue. They had my car for 3 months and returned it to me in the same condition I dropped it off in which was completely unsafe to drive. They attempted to resolve the issue 3 times over the course of 3 months and continuously tried returning it to me acting as though they couldn t tell the car was still in a terrible and unsafe condition. When we took it back the third time, a young mechanic drove the car with us so we could make sure someone witnessed what the car was doing. He sure experienced the shaking the car was doing and noted that he couldn t believe they would give us the car back in that state. When another issue came up, we took the Explorer back to them and it sat on their lot over a week without someone even unlocking the car and not providing any updates or timeline on the service. I ve never taken a car somewhere for what should be a quick service and ended up being left without a form of transportation for over a week- without even touching the car! We ve given this dealer a fair try but we will never take our cars back there which is a shame because we have been loyal Ford owners and having family members work there for over 20 years.

I purchased two vehicle from Fred Beans of West Chester and both times I had a great experience. I just purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco and I couldn't be more excited. Especially the way the car market is, they handled everything with great care.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation plus my heater was blowing cold air. I sat for 2 and a half hours and ultimately only got an oil change. They had problems with my lug nuts so did not rotate my tires. They quoted me over $1900 to repair my heater after charging me $189 to tell me what they thought was the issue. They stated 9 out of 10 times it was the issue they were going to charge me $1900 to repair. I took it to my mechanic and it was repaired for under $250. You can view your car in the garage and I sat and watched no one touch my car for over an hour until I went to the service rep and asked what was happening to my car and was told they were waiting for the quote from the parts department and if I wanted to have the repair done I would need to make an appointment and leave it because it was a big job. Again let me reiterate my mechanic fixed it in a few hours for under $250.

He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and professional and helped us narrow down the best vehicles for our needs. This dealership uses deception and is dishonest regarding rates and fees, it is worse than other dealers that openly overcharge on the same vehicle because at least those guys are honest about their extra charges but Fred Beans plays games and tries to convince customers that they're fairly priced.....Oh, and then when I questioned the rates, Steve, the AGM, first lied and then just got nasty and rude.Terrible experience!

WARNING: do not EVER visit this location. If you need service to your vehicle, do not let this be the place to go. They held our truck hostage with 0 updates on it for over 1 week. They did not communicate when asked to provide a status update on multiple occasions and chalked it up to being backed up. We had an appointment. And after one week and one day past the appointment, our truck did not move from the original spot it was dropped off. The vehicle was not touched. We need a car for work. It s drivable and could have been used. Money was spent on rentals all for them to hold our working vehicle without not even a second of work to be done to it.Each time we called, they said they d be working on it within the next day or so. That proved to be a lie time and time again. The lack of transparency and communication is all the reason to not trust them to even do the work, even if they do end up getting to it in a month from now. Disturbing and unprofessional aren t even the words for this place.

We have now bought 3 cars from this garage and generally the service has been good. We do only usually get noticed when we want a new vehicle rather than being a loyal customer and getting updated from time to time. This is sale tho so I understand. I guess that s where is differs from the premium motors. Collection of a new vehicle is also very basic and no special handover which is a let down in this culture of social media

I had a great experience with Fred Beans West Chester, the pick up and delivery service was excellent, their service team explained the repairs over the phone so I could understand the work that was being done, and I was able to pay on line.

The sales person who sold the car was polite other than that1- my fault for not checking out the car completely, now after a month I bought the car I see a few issues I should have checked before purchase. For that I am guilty but I don't know how honest their "ford certified" is accurate.2- car tires looks like after the tint they do the car looks even newer came out and I could see tires issues, ( they fixed )3- lost my car plate because they were did not tied enough, ( had to buy a new one)4- I had an alert from one of the car exhaust emission sensors ( they fixed )5- I barely drove the car and I see a small Crack on the windshield that it's bigger now, ( I will have to fix it )6 - my last visit I have a tire pressure issue, I was told there is nothing wrong with it - although the pressure keeps going low, ( will have to fix it as well)I don't know how honest pr accurate the certified is valid for it, and how all this passed on their inspection.Honestly I am very disappointed, I bought car relatively new , I did not expect a lot of issues in a month.But the main person to blame is me, for getting to excited and not fully inspected the car.Disappointed. Buying a car you expect issues will surge but not that much in a month, as a Christian I hate to come in here and point it out a bad review, but I guess that is how you should do it when you have so many issues in a such a short period of time.Lesson learned! I'll try to fix this and buy a new car soon, guess some folks are luck at this location! I was definitely not that lucky here. But you keep wandering how honest everything was done.Definitely it's a NO for me. First and last experience buying a car here.Good lucky everyone.

I have a poor first impression of the service department. When I bought the car I was told the first oil change was free. I was billed for the first oil change although they did credit it back when I brought it to their attention. In addition to the oil change I asked them to check an additional problem. The service writer did not review the result with me until I asked about it. In my prior experience with Ford dealerships I am used to the service writer reviewing what was done with the car and asking if I had any questions or concerns. That did not happen at Fred Beans West Chester. It was not a good first impression.

My wife and I just bought a beautiful Bronco from this dealership, and it was the best car purchasing experience of our lives. From the very beginning, sales professional Brian Houck was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to our needs. Not only did we get a fantastic car for a great price, but we've finally found a trustworthy car salesman from whom we intend to purchase again and again. Highest recommendation.

I just bought a 2013 Ford Explorer and I love it. I love the fact that it sits up so high and has plenty of room overall in the cabin of the car. My salesman was Dave and he was so nice and easy to deal with. I was a little hesitant cause I had never been there, nor did I know anyone. He made the whole process though, from start to finish, such a nice experience. I will definitely be back to buy my next car from him. The finance guy was also a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and informative. He also gave me a great deal on a warranty cause the Explorer did not come with one. It was expired and was being sold "As Is". An overall great day. They made me feel like I was part of the Fred Beans Family and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

So I brought a ford escape last year in September, the sales man DAVE was really great with me, 2 months after the battery dies, so I ended up and call my insurance towing service to give me a jump, upon his service he mentioned too me that the battery inside my jeep is incorrect/wrong and cannot push the engine of my jeep. That same day I had an appointment with them I mentioned it and they replaced it and apologize.. My 2nd incident I want to service my jeep again , And the guy is telling me that the mechanic highly Recommend me to change my 2 front tires because they are rotten . Altogether the total would have been $400 more .. I ended up only paying for the oil change and the service even though the oil change Should have been free because It was a part of my deal from Dave the salesman *free oil change * .. I went ahead and go to a different tire outlet to change the 2 front tiers that they said wanted to be changed the guys at the tires shop said to me my ties are OK they are brand new tires why am I gonna change them.. the moral of the story is Basically they was trying to rip me off trying to get money out of me...shameful..
