We have been very patient waiting on several cars to be fixed. I was told some were ready but some of the items we discussed were not addressed and when I went to pick up a car, I reviewed this with Don. He said it would be taken care of and I forwarded a quote I had with insurance with details only for him to never respond. After 3 weeks from our prior discussion about something that needed to be done, I finally get him on the phone only to find out nothing has changed and what we discussed was forgotten. Obviously, I was upset, as anyone would be, but instead he decided to throw a tantrum, hang up on me and will not return any calls or emails. This is extremely unprofessional and Faulkner should be ashamed to have Don as a representative of their business

DO NOT USE FAULKNER COLLISION! I wish someone would have said these words, prior to my choosing them! I was involved in an accident a few weeks ago. My insurance company mentioned Faulkner. It was close to my work, so I said that is fine. Fast forward to now....I thought all was well. I went get my car inspected. I come to find out Faulkner lost my wheel lock key. My husband just changed tires, and he knows for a fact it was there. Anyways, the issue was their worker, Marco. This man is so rude. He should be fired. He almost caused a fight between himself and my husband. I am the general manager of a local business. I would never want to employ a hot head like Marco. Their manager had to pay for my inspection and a new set of wheel lock keys. DO NOT GO TO FAULKNER.

Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. All repairs were done well and on time and they communicated with us every step along the way. Our second visit was an emergency. While my son was home from college, and with less than 24 hours to return, his vehicle wouldn t start. We towed it to Faulkner and they moved mountains to diagnose and repair the vehicle so he could return to school on time. They set the Gold standard for customer service!

So I had just moved to PA and decided to take a drive and see what was around. Next thing I know I have 3 choices, hit a Suburban head on on the left, go to the right and end up upside down in a huge ditch or try and avoid a baby deer. Well I tried to move in my lane to each side trying to miss the baby. It swerved left instead of right and I bet you know what happens next. Baby Deer took out the front bumper, the clips for something and it needed painted. I'm not a mechanic so I don't know what else was done. I will however, tell you if I should ever need body work, it will be going to Faulkner. They were amazing, called me every time they found something so I was kept informed. They found things underneath the car I didn't even know where damaged. I can not tell you how much I appreciate all that they did for me. Please, take my word for it and should you need collision service, call Faulkner. Thank You for your help with the car. I really appreciate the service you provided when I needed it!!!
