I cannot thank DML Automotive enough for their exceptional service! They not only completed the front bumper repair, back bumper repair, and hood repair flawlessly but also went the extra mile by providing me with a loaner car when the repairs took longer than expected. The staff was courteous, understanding, and kept me informed throughout the process. I'll definitely return for any future car needs and recommend them to everyone!

This is by far the best U-Haul I used. Close by, has the equipment needed, and the gentleman at the shop was pleasant and professional! Will definitely use again!

First visit. Came in to install a hitch on the car. Staff was friendly, they were on time for the appointment, and the pricing was very competitive. Dealer is always a ripoff, but here the dealer wanted more than double, so DML is the way to go

I have been taking the family cars to DML Automotive for about 3 decades for more issues than I can remember, and with good reason: the Owner treats me as a valued customer, and friend, and each of the several employees have only done the same. Courtesy as well as good service go a long way with me... no courtesy, no business as far as I'm concerned, and THREE DECADES tells that story! As for service skills and reliability, I've never had a complaint when the vehicle was returned, however, if I ever mentioned 'I' wanted additional attention to something, my requests were immediately addressed asap. Unnecessary work was never suggested or performed and prices for work and parts do not take one's breath away! The Owner is HONEST! THIS SERVICE GARAGE IS RUN AS IF THE OWNER'S REPUTATION IS AT STAKE WITH EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER...I wish every business was as conscientious!UPDATE: What a treasure to have this business and friendly relationship available to me. Family has been taking care for service here off and on for 10+ years. Lots of people I know take their cars here as well. I feel like they do not try to soak me for every penny but give good advice and let you make decision. I've never felt taken advantage of. That's high praise for an auto repair place. Will be back for future maintenance

never go to this place ever. I'll keep it short and simple. I went to get severe engine damage fixed. Tried calling for weeks but was pushed back almost a full month. When I got my car into the shop they held it for a week without doing any work on it or even updating me. When I went to pick up my car they claimed the issue was only the antifreeze and sent me on my way. On the literal car ride home my engine overheated for the reasons I originally suspected and I had to pull over. not to mention their suggestions of issues to look into for the future were just straight up wrong.UPDATE: There was no hose fixed on my car and i explained to you the 1st time I called my car was welded so that should have been no surprise when I finally brought it in 4 weeks later. That was the 1 and ONLY issue I needed fixed. You called and told me the pulley WAS NOT the issue and it was a lack of antifreeze. The only service you provided was filling up the anti-freeze. I recently went to Lees Automotive in Aston Pa. They fixed my car within 4 Days with a hefty but fair cost of $900. I was going to you for a specific issue i stated, The leaks and other issues I have now already resolved at Lees as as well because they were willing to put time into my car and I was willing to pay too dollar for service. Your loss in a costumer. P.S. I've had the car for 6 months with minimal issues.Service: Engine repair

My wife and I have been bringing our cars to DML for almost 20 years, since we moved to the area. There's a reason the lot is always full of cars. They do good work for a reasonable price, and their customers trust them. Danny (the owner) always makes sure the work is done to my satisfaction.If there's ever something I find that I'm not happy with (rarely, but in 20 years, it's happened), Danny makes it right. The fact that we've used the same mechanic for almost 20 years is a testament to the quality of work they do

Great shop! I was traveling, visiting the area from Long Island. My 2008 Buick suv started acting up and losing power and the dash lights were coming on. DML Got me repaired by lunch time at a very fair price. Thank you

DML is the best mechanic shop in the area, hands down. Danny and his team are super friendly and upfront about the work that needs to be done on my car every time I bring it in. My husband and I live in Philly now but we still always make the drive out to get our cars serviced here. We know we can trust Danny to take good care of us. Highly recommend.

Amazing business that really takes care of customers. They have very fair pricing and are easy to schedule appointments with. Super flexible. They have even checked out random car issues for us for free when they couldn't figure out what the problem was - which we definitely don't expect, but is super appreciated when you are on a budget. DML is a local business with an old school feel. Very honest and down to earth staff. Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My family has been going to DML for almost 15 years because Danny and his team have always taken such good care of us. They're responsive and prompt, thorough in their work, and honest in their assessments and pricing. They are always willing to help when buying/selling cars and make sure we understand the processes involved with maintenance and upkeep. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Danny and Team has always serviced my company's vehicles promptly, quickly, and efficiently for many years now. The team here hides behind no curtains, is honest with you, lets you know what to expect, and works with you along the way. These are my go to guys. DML is a leader in high quality and affordable auto repair. With a dwindling set of repair shops, unless one goes to an over-priced dealer, there are few choices in the WC area. DML has supported my family's automobiles for years. From State Inspections, Brake jobs, AC Repair, complicated diagnostics, or even a tire repair, DML has never let us down. The work is trustworthy and honest. We have been using DML for years for our 4 cars. I will not go anywhere else! Danny, the owner, is honest, has fair prices, bends over backwards to get the cars repaired in 1 day and now has Saturday hours as well. Awesome home town repair shop!!! They should be proud of the service they provide to West Chester!

By far the best car service company I have found in West Chester(Philadelphia). They are quick with their work, easy guys to work with and never trying to pull one over on you. They are extremely fair with their parts and labor cost. We found them 3 years ago and have never had an issue...and they service all 3 of our cars(Toyota, Jeep, Mini).

DML Automotive is awesome. My Inspection ticket was outdated, and I was able to schedule my car for Inspection and oil change very promptly. While there my wheel alignment was checked, and my brake pads were found to be very low, and I was able to have them replaced at the same time, while having Starbucks Coffee. A delightful experience.

I have been taking my cars to DML since 2004 and they have serviced my personal cars which are BMW's and a Volvo with over 100,000 miles. These are VERY difficult to service and keep on the road in a cost effective manner. DML has managed to keep these cars/truck reliable (zero breakdowns) and pleasant to drive in an economical way. I am thrilled with their service. I have also sent over cars that we wholesaled and retailed in our car business and DML has proven to be a great provider of inspection and repair services. I send people from my church to DML and friends, ALL of the people I have sent over are STILL customers. DML will get you in immediately and quickly fix your car/truck! They can handle even the most complex European vehicles and the simplest domestics and Asian makes. If you live in the area, I strongly suggest you consider DML as your repair and maintenance shop.

I have always had an honest evaluation of my cars. I have had other shops tell me I needed brakes and brought my car here and they told me they were fine. I like that they take coupons and my car was done on time. Prices were competitive as I do call around if I need something routine done. My cars will certainly keep coming here.

I am working in the area for the summer and asked a coworker where I should take my car to have a tail light assembly replaced; the coworker recommended this place. The FIRST time I called, I was told it would be at least 5 days before they could get me in, but the guy did not offer to make the appointment. When I asked for an estimate, he forwarded me to a voice mailbox. I left a message about the work I needed done, and requested a call back for an estimate and to schedule the service. I waited more than 24 hours to call them back, and when I called a SECOND time, they told me again that they would have somebody call me. Nobody did. I consider this very unprofessional and not customer-friendly.

Was just in here for a vehicle winter check up which included antifreeze levels etc. And a new battery (5 yes old) that I wanted replaced proactively rather than get stuck in single digit weather.Danny and his crew as always did a great job.

I want to write a horrible review for DML because honestly they are the best shop I have found and I don't want too many people to know about them because right now they still usually have an open appointment within 24 hours for my need, but the more other people find out about them, the harder it will be to get an appointment.Yeah, I don't even know why I'm writing this review except that ...Forget it. This shop sucks. Don't take your car here. Ever.

Dan and his employees are always professional and have always done what was necessary to get my cars back on the road quickly. I would recommend DML to anyone looking for quality work at a price that is less than what a dealer would charge.

My dad owns an auotbody shop so I do a lot of vehicle maintenance on my own. When I don't have time or need an inspection I take our cars to DML. They've done great work very quick every time. Definitely recommend to others.
