Outstanding customer service. Dealing with Jarrod was absolutely amazing. They stand behind what they sell and when you run into an issue, they go above and beyond to fix it. For parts shipping within U.S., I received my orders within 2-3 days after placing them which was incredible. For parts coming from Japan, they kept me in the loop on an ongoing basis. Overall, I will be a lifetime customer and could not be happier with their quality of service, competitive pricing and standing behind products.

Purchased new hr lowering springs and was sent used springs. Paint chipped and worn, black dirty grease with gravel in it- free! Lol Then CSP told me refund only because they only had one set left in stock..... pretty sure I paid for the new to be told if yours are returned fast enough you can have them.... .

-First time customer-I was in the market for brake rotors, I called to make an inquiry of inventory for a full set of DBA 4000 series T3 rotors. My wait time from calling was about 2 minutes. I was greeted with a very friend agent, and as I was speaking with him he was VERY knowledgeable and reassuring they would fit nicely on my CTSV. I then made my purchase online on their website.(which was very easy to navigate might I add). I got confirmation email, then a 2nd email in less than 24 hours with confirmation of shipped with tracking number. So from purchased to delivery your talking 4 days, talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE .It s 5 star service to me, I spend THOUSANDS on car parts and still do at many different shops in this country, CSP RACING Is now top of my list for future need for my Cadillac CTSV!Thank you guys!

Absolutely one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a company, their overall service and the friendliness of their staff. I ordered a helmet that ended up being an incorrect size. My situation was a bit out of the ordinary but I reached out, explained the details and they were empathetic and helped me every step of the way to get it corrected and to my satisfaction! I can only speak for my experience but I can tell you that Jarrod and Alex both went above and beyond! Bravo Gents!! Thank you again!!

Great response/work time in regards to requesting info and ordering a part. Asked if they had a specific part in stock and if they could ship it out asap. Alex from CSP racing helped me with my questions and needs and got my order shipped out the same day just a few hours after placing order. Great prices, great service, and hope to do business with you guys again soon. Definitely recommend ordering parts from CSP and if you have any questions just shoot them an email and they ll get back to you asap. Thank you guys again for the great service.

I can't say enough about the customer service of CSP. When contacted with a question before even placing an order, Alex was in touch within an hour (during work hours, of course!). And more than that, the replies to my questions kept coming - no ghosting after the initial response like some other companies will do. Alex and CSP have gone above and beyond to make sure my order process went smoothly, my questions were answered, and information was given of what to expect for how the order would be processed. Top notch company, I had never heard of them but I ordered some lights for a Christmas gift directly from the manufacturer and after 2 weeks and taking my money they told me they would ship mid January. I did a quick search and saw CSP had them in stock so I emailed and Alex promptly responded and told me they were in stock, I ordered them and received them the next day! I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you CSP!

Let me start off by saying I m truly upset about having to make this review. I ve been a huge fan and subscriber of CSP for YEARS. I paid to have a cam package installed in my 2012 CTS V early in December of 2022. I waited months without ever hearing if they even received my partial payment. Finally, I was told I could have the car dropped off within 2-3 weeks of February 27th. After roughly 7 weeks, I was able to drop the car off. It s a 6 hour round trip and a ride back. I couldn t have been more clear about not rushing the build because I didn t want have the car end up there again for something stupid. Fast forward 6 weeks, the car was done. There was a hiccup with one of my cylinder heads towards the end of the build which I do appreciate them working out a solution for but that doesn t excuse the following. About halfway home I was brave enough to give it some gas. I heard a terrible knocking noise from underneath the car. I decided to limp the car home and investigate. Once I was home, I saw and smelt coolant. Coolant was all over my cylinder heads, engine, transmission and undercarriage. I found 3 of the 4 steam ports were leaking. I also noticed the connector that plugs into the coolant temp sensor was broken and super glued in place. After getting underneath the car, I found the steering shaft bolts were in the wrong spot causing the header to make contact with them when turning. This was a problem, but didn t fix the terrible sound I was hearing. I suspected maybe the driveshaft was damaged so I removed the exhaust to inspect the carrier bearing. When doing so, I immediately noticed the exhaust was practically contacting the frame and under load, the drivers side header would hit the frame rail. There was an engine harness resting on that same header and almost completely burned through the loom. I also noticed oil leaks on my valve cover which ended up being multiple ripped valve cover grommets due to over torquing if I had to assume. Call me picky but for the $10,000 I paid, my 19k mile CTS V should have been done perfectly. I emailed Alex immediately and informed him of my findings (before I realized I would be having to fix these issues myself). He danced over almost everything I had brought up but said something along the lines of our technician couldn t have installed the bolt to your steering shaft in the wrong spot because he only removed one and put it back this is complete BS, we both know it. Alex apologized and said he had his best tech working on my car to avoid issues. I said I didn t feel safe driving my car, and it would cost hundreds of dollars in fuel, a day off of work and finding someone to drive me back just to get the car there. His reply was pretty much, make sure the coolant is topped off and you should be good to make it back here. I came to the realization it was going to be cheaper for me to fix all of the above rather than get the car back to him, have his technician fix it, and pick it back up again. Finally, June 11th (just 9 days and less than 300 miles after picking up my car) I was backing into a parking spot when I heard a strange noise and saw everyone staring at me with concerned looks. I scrolled to my oil pressure readout and it displayed 5 PSI. I shut the car down, and towed it to a local shop where she has been for months now. I barely got to drive the car, get videos of the chop, or show my friends before it happened. Andrew, I find it hard to believe during your street tune you were unable to hear the steering shaft contacting the headers, or the headers hitting the frame under load. Alex, I can t believe that after I told and showed you everything wrong, your only offer was for me to spend hundreds of dollars and more days off of work to get the car back there to be fixed when it should have never left like that in the first place. Upset is an understatement. Must ve been some hot shot YouTubes s car getting work done around the same time as mine.

This is a review for their online store. I placed an order for a radiator kit for my car. It said it was in stock. I called the next day to see if it was close by so I could just pick it up at there location. They told me it was coming from there distributor. Turns out it was not in stock and came directly from a Mishimoto wear house in NV. The kit didn t fit my car due to the supplied hoses not being the correct diameter. I had no choice but to buy a cheap radiator from Advance so I could get to work the next day. I contacted them about the return and was given instructions on how to install the hoses on the radiator. I ve been working on cars for close to 20 years and professionally for 15. I think I know how to install a radiator and how to heat up under size hoses to stretch them out to fit. After 2 hours of using a heat gun, oven mitt and a second set of hands prying the hose open I gave up. They deem that there was nothing wrong and it fell under there standard return policy which clearly states a max of 10% restocking fee. I get a RMA and get told it was actually a special order and the fee is now 18%. At the time of ordering it said nothing about it being a special order. After a week going back and forth I ve just decided to keep the kit and sell it myself because after they take 18% plus my shipping cost to Mishimoto (not CSP) I would only get half of my money back. I could go further into detail on the emails but I feel I have already wasted enough of my time dealing with them and this review. First and last time I will do business with this place.

Very quick, responsive, and set aside any hesitations. I ordered super late Tuesday night. When Wednesday morning came, I had confirming emails from them. Friday morning I emailed them for shipping updates. I had a response within minutes. The shipping company hadn t relayed the shipping information to them. I was a provided a tracking number, and within 30 minutes, my package arrived! It was a good experience overall ..and I was able to secure a genuine item for almost half of what almost every other retailer had it listed for.

Great experience. Borla exhaust system delivered within a few days, one muffler had a dent in it and they expedited me a new one to swap on. Will definitely be using them again customer service was very responsive.

I am a new customer to CSP and was hesitant to order as I was unfamiliar with the company, but Im glad I did! Ordered some H&R anti sway bars for my mk2 gti, they shipped for free! I also got them quicker than I would have had I ordered from other sites I considered like Urotuning who offered free delivery then redacted it just before processing payment.Jarrod one of the CSP reps that helped me out was also bery helpful in getting both front and rear sway bars sent to me expeditiously! Being a Manager in sales, my team does all that we can do to make sure that the customer is happy. Complete Street Performance is an absolute joke. I do not recommend ordering parts from a company that sends you used parts and feels that they owe you nothing in return. If you valued your customers you would take care of them, but you don't so you will no longer get my money.No one refused to send anything back.Scam... lol we work hard for our money and the things that we have. We shouldn't have to pay for used items twice.As for the printer that's for company use only. Js.You are not very professional at all. If I sold a customer a used product we would absolutely take care of them.

Couldn't ask for better customer service! The original package was destroyed in transit and the contents disposed of by UPS. CSP was notified and had the replacement sent out immediately so I could get the project completed on schedule. Awesome company to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Just dropped my car off today, I could tell after meeting Andrew and Alex that I definitely felt confident that my vehicle will be taken care of. Two, my brother and a friend came along with me after we left they were impressed with how welcoming the staff was and both said that makes them want to do business with them. Can't wait until my build is complete I will be posting another review........5 stars of course!
