I had a flat on my car and have no spare tire. I called a couple of shops closer to where I was and nobody had the size I needed. They all said they could order it and it would be available next day. Having gone to CJ s in the past, I decided to give them a call. They ordered my tire, got it to the shop within hours, and installed it quickly that day. CJ s has a customer for life, they are by far the best out there!

Rob ordered a new rear wiper blade for me as mine is an unusual size. Part came in quickly and was installed in under 15 minutes from start to finish. The entire team did a great job.

I have been going to CJ Tires for a few years and always recommend them. My husband finally gave them a try a few days ago, when he took his car to a place he has been going to for years. They told him he needed $2600 worth of work. He then brought his car to CJ tires and they fixed the car for $110. Always honest, prompt and more than fair pricing.

Called for a small tire that came off my snow blower. On the phone (not being able to see the tire) they couldn't make any promises, but when I got there they were happy to remount the tire for me.I've used them in the past and will continue to use and recommend them for service needs. I've always had prompt reliable service from them. Today they got me out of a real pinch by going about & beyond to make sure my needs were met!

I needed a tire for my log splitter. Got it in one day! Had a bad experience here years ago when they failed to tighten the lug nuts on my z4 and the wheel almost came off. Didn't go back for years. Gave them a shot for this trailer tire and it was good!

Rob was able to quickly take me in and work on my tires. I got my tires back very shortly. I have been coming to the CJ Tires West Chester store for years because of the quick and quality work they do. Its the only place I go to my car work done!

This place is on my no brainer list. Always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable people. Service done properly, on time, and fairly priced. I have recommended the West Chester location and Rob in particular for many years now. It s nice to recommend something and then have that person call you to say thanks for the advice.

Hands down the best car service we have received. CJ's auto repair shop has been fantastic in maintaining both our older and newer vehicles with great care. Rob's customer care and professionalism are truly above average. Highly recommended!

Super easy to use their website to select the right tires at the right price. Service Coordinator reached out made the appointment. At that point I sent my wife to the shop for the tires and service work. She was in and out in the time they said and we re super happy with the results. It s our son s car, he s in the military away right now. When we told CJs he was in the service they offered a military discount as well as thanking him for his service even though it was mom and dad doing the leg work. I d certainly use CJs again.

I am thrilled with CJs in West Chester and Rob the Manager!! I hit a curb last night and blew out my front tire! The donut was put on but being an AWD Altima the light came on saying that it was overheating and I had to stop afraid of fire. Rob got me the tire in an hour or two and I made it there safely!The Nissan dealer gave me grief and didn t have the tire and I could not talk to anyone about my dilemma!!Thank heavens for Rob and the superCustomer Service!! They are the best check then out you won t be sorry!Also, fair and lower prices than my dealer!!!!

Everyone here is so nice and they did a fantastic job with the installation. They got me in the same day and stayed late to finish...my car looks and feels amazing

After balancing i had a local shop say there was something wrong with a mismatched tire, but said they couldn t do the work immediately. I called around locally and I ordered a new tire with CJs because they said they could get a replacement in the following day. I had some suspicions about the local shops issues with the tire so i asked CJs to evaluate the mismatched tire. CJs evaluated it and confirmed nothing wrong with tire.After ordering a replacement and not needing it after the findings i had no charges or anything from CJs for wasting there time. Straight up honest dealings here. Honesty and integrity is sometimes a hard thing to come by in the auto industry and this place has it A++++ use these guys for your honest tire needs!!

I recently visited CJ's Tire for a tire repair and was thoroughly impressed. Their accommodating service made scheduling a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and also very knowledgeable. The tire repair was done in WAY less time than I anticipated. I highly recommend CJ's. They've 100% gained a customer thanks to their exceptional service and expertise.

Rob at the front desk was a MAJOR help when I was having a bad day doordashing. The CJs crew removed a screw from my tire and patched it up in no time. I ve trusted them with my car for for a few years now and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately my skid plate needed a repair while we were in the area. I was able to give these guys a call and was seen within minutes. I waited for not even 15 minutes and was ready to check out. On top of being seen quickly, they didn t even request payment. Great guys and will absolutely be back if I am back in the area! Thanks again!

We've used CJ's routinely since they opened. Multiple sets of tires, multiple inspections and related repairs and updates. We've never had a problem with their work, and they are always super professional and easy to work with.

If you want great service, take your vehicle to this CJ's location. Rob made my experience quick & easy, unlike other mechanics I've been to. I went to a CJ's an hour away while out of town for car inspection, they told me I needed to get something fixed to pass but theres a 30 day grace period where I can come back & only have to pay the sticker fee. Rob honored that policy at his location & even went further to waive any additional fees. No scamming or upselling. Was out in 30 minutes. Thanks so much! Will be back for any future needs!

I was hearing some sound from my tires. I stopped by to get it checked but they were almost closing. They did all their due diligence and checked the car thoroughly for me. Spent at least 45 min on the check. They told me everything was good and didn t charge me a penny for all their hard work. Good business still exist ! Strongly recommend them.

Totally saved the day. My family was passing through to get to our vacation in New Jersey and we had some brake trouble. We gave them a call after calling other local shops . They were the only ones that would fit us in and got all the parts that were needed in a impressive timely manner. Now we are back on the road ready for our vacation. Thank you so much for helping us get things fixed.

I called CJs to schedule an appointment for a second opinion and they were able to easily accommodate my needs. After arriving for my appointment, they kept me informed about what was happening with my car and even showed me so I could fully comprehend the issue. Rich and Rob were very nice from the time that I first called them to schedule an appointment until the time my service was completed. I was very pleased with their customer service and 100% would trust them to handle any future car concerns.
