I parked here last night to see a show at the Uptown Knauer Center. Easy to get in and out, you just grab a ticket and then pay on your way out. Way better than trying to find a parking spot on the street!

Entry gate wouldn t work and there was a 30 minute backup to enter. Attendant had to hold the gate up. No way for us to exit later since we didn t get a ticket hat night without paying the maximum charge. Scam.

Do not go to West Chester and try to find a parking meter, just go to this garage or one of the other parking decks. Centrally located, easy to get to wherever you need to if you are going downtown, and you don't have to worry about pulling out into traffic like you do when you park on the street.

Parking was good. Should have more signs up to bring ticket along to pay on 1st floor prior to exiting.

Packed during the week but relatively free on the weekends. Typically park here to access the West Chester Grower's market and then local restaurants following. The location is central with multiple pedestrian exit points which makes egress on foot easy. The only two drawbacks I have encountered are the single balky self pay machine on the first floor and the absolutely frightening experience of using the garage at the same time Saturday youth basketball is in session. If you happen to park at the garage during one of those fall Saturdays, be prepared to dodge SUV-wielding helicopter parents dependent on their back up cameras.

I ve grown accustomed to parking here now when working in West Chester. Easy, convenient and never have issues finding a spot.

Decent garage. A lot of spots. As usual though, it's tight. It's in a good location with short and easy access to gay street.

It's a big garage. But it gets full very quickly on weekdays so if you get there by 8AM you'll likely have to drive all the way up to level 6 or 7 before you find a spot.

Parked there for 25 hours and was charge for 48 hours. Had to pay $60 to leave which was 2X the amount I was expecting to pay. No person there to request help. Will never park there again. This garage is a scam.

Easily accessible, easy to pay. $0.25 for 15 mins, $0.75 half an hour. Pay with credit card.
