We had a glass shower door and half pane installed over a half wall and the install was great. They even came back and re-adjusted the door after 6 months due to some settling. Great company and very friendly installers.

I broke one of the Andersen casement windows at my house. Brought them the sash on Monday afternoon and it was ready to pick up on Tuesday. Great service!

Terrible experience; bad workmanship; owner son installed shower glass doors for a neo angle shower and attach them crooked, and never cured the stone. The doors sat over 1.5" in difference on each side of the curb. The glass doors pulled away in spots from the walls. We waited more than the recommended time before taking the first shower after the installation. The shower leaked profusely the first time. The owner and his son blamed it on the manufacturer. They ripped out the shower and they promised a plan of resolution but then ghosted us in the end. Luckily they never receivedt $2200. as we were able to stop payment on our check just in time. Run fast to another business!

My wife and I had 7 windows cleaned and resealed by this company. All of them had broken seals and were at various stages of foggy/moldy looking.We called and got a quote. Scheduled the repairs that day (this service is offered on Mondays only) for the following weeks. The windows were repaired returned to us in great condition. Drop off in the morning, pick up in the afternoon. No more foggy/moldy. The actual price came in a little beneath the quoted price, which was great.All in all we spent ~$1000. A cheap standard window replacement (some of ours were non-standard so add $$$) would be no less than $500/installed. And that doesn't include the fact that some of our windows would require a bucket truck to replace. All in all, we estimate we saved $3000+ vs. the cost of replacing the windows in their entirety.My wife handled the whole transaction and felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. They even helped her load/unload them from her car. We would recommend them to anyone who might need their services, given our experience in August of 2020.Thank you to the team at the W. The ladies there are very nice and has a great system in place. I swung my and picked out the glass I wanted, gave them the dimensions, and had quotes later that day. Had my glass in hand in 2 more days and finished rebuilding my bathroom door.They do cutting, tempering, and beveling; win

C&R installed a frameless shower enclosure for my master bath remodel. C&R is not a mega-store, and the West Chester location is modest but low overhead means a very fair price (40% less than other estimates with the same quality materials). Great service from the man who came out to thoroughly measure for the job to the fabrication and installation which was done perfectly by 2 efficient and courteous professionals. Another plus was that they were very honest about the value of optional coatings that supposedly keep the glass from clouding from soap, hard water etc. Recommendation was just to squeegee off the water after showering and using a standard glass cleaner occasionally. One year later, glass still clear. C&R offered to replace the plastic strip on the bottom of the door as needed (easy self installation). We've recommended C&R to friends for their projects. It's nice knowing that we got a great job from a trusted locally owned business, got a great product, and didn't overpay. Thanks C&R!p.s. To a previous reviewer, not sure what family doesn't have some dysfunction, but our experience was quite pleasant. The reviewer never mentioned if the job was reasonable and done right.

Called up to get a glass table top for an antique trunk. Gave them the measurements over the phone. They gave me a quote immediately and held to the projected turn-around time. Pickup was quick and easy - the glass sheet was wrapped in brown paper and they even gave me plastic discs to support the glass on the trunk. Very happy with the service and would definitely return!

Wonderful family owned business that values customer service and satisfaction. The process was flawless from the measurements to the final installation. Very professional and friendly people who know their business well. I can t recommend them highly enough!

I had someone come out to measure for a shower enclosure. They called to give me a price. When I called back, they couldn't find my paperwork and then said they would call me back. A day later I called back again only to be told they couldn't find my paperwork and would have to come out to measure again. When I asked if they could accommodate my schedule given they had already been out once, I was told they were busy that week and "life happens" by Craig. When I pointed out he had lost the paperwork and I thought he should work around me a little more Craig told me to go somewhere else and hung up. I called the main branch and spoke to the female owner who was indifferent and not phased in the least that her employee had just given business away. Have gone elsewhere but definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth, especially from a hometown WC business.

I have used this company 3 times, once for a shower door install 8 years ago, once for a mirror 7 years ago, and once last week for some tempered glass for shed windows. In all 3 cases I received prompt service and a good product.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The office manager is rude and when Craig doesn't like what he hears when a problem arrives, he will tell you to "loose his number". I will no longer being doing business with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I am going to be working with economy glass which is right down the road, you should stop there first before having to deal with an extremely unprofessional company.

Had an issue with my shower 4 years later as the hinge is falling apart. He wrote me a email 4 years ago saying there was a 5 year warranty on parts. I wrote him and he said that its not true even though I have proof of email. Would never do business with them again.

Unprofessional alteady at first call when I tried to get their email address that they dont have on their website, to say: "Huh?" instead of "could you repeat that" got me hanging up on them. If you want to find out their email address you have to call another of their locations on I believe in Frazer...

Don't count on them to back up their work.I called 4 times (in a span of two months) for someone to come out and make a repair to the shower they installed. The "repair" person I was given kept saying he was too busy, even though he admitted he came to my area most days. I finally had to pay someone to make the repair.
