Great service at C&J. From making my appointment to dropping off my car they do a great job. Service is on time clean and priced fairly. Online reports are very nice to see all specs. on my vehicle. Office staff is very nice to talk to a they listen to my problems. Great service from C&J. Thanks.

Where do I start? From start to finish, Andrew and Andy gave me excellent service. They were implementing a new digital inspection this week, which was terrific and transparent when they texted me all the Good and bad of my vehicle. I would recommend going and seeing both of these guys. I will be back.

Stop getting ripped off by mechanics!! This is the place to go, they actually care about your car, your safety and your money! They find out what's wrong, break down the pricing and show you what needs to be done by severity to keep you safe and legal. I will never ever go anywhere else and pay through the nose and get upcharged again. Thank God for C&J

Great fast customer service. The staff is amazing especiallyAndy who helped me upon arrival. I received my car inspection report with pictures attached to every part inspected.Overall they deserve a 10/10 for providing utmost car services.

Andy H. was great! I came in today to get my girlfriend's tire plugged and he got me in and out very quickly. He also took care of me in regards to the price, so I was very happy about that too! My girlfriend and I will definitely be doing business with them now since we are new to the area!

C & J Automotive is exceptional: expert service at a fair price. Owner Andrew, service advisor Andy, and the technicians are experienced and knowledgeable even about exotics like Maserati. Can't be too cautious about who services vehicles like them and these guys know how to do it. Good guys too.

I didn't realize that my inspection and emissions had expired. I called C&J and Andy got me in right away and got my inspection done. Both Andy and Andrew were very courteous and professional. They also took me back home and picked me up when my car was finished. Thumbs up guys!

Noticed I had a nail in my tire during lunch hour with very little time to spare. C&J Automotive pulled the nail, plugged the hole, checked to make sure it was sealed and I was ready to go in 5 minutes. They did this at no charge. Highly recommend from a grateful customer!

C+J are the BEST!! Honest, friendly, extremely well-priced, fast turnaround and responsiveness. The team there is so nice, professional, experienced and they clearly go above and beyond to help save you/the customer time and money and make suggestions best for you, including ways to get more bang for your buck (even when it means less for them, when I wouldn t have known the difference otherwise!). They have several locations in PA burbs - Montco, Delco, Chester Co. and NJ (I go to the one in Boothwyn, easy access to/from 95). We ve trusted them with many cars over the years for our family, inspections, repairs, new tires, oil changes, even general advice. We are so grateful to be in such good hands with them every single time!

Eventide you take your car it needs something else. I took my car to another garage. I was told my car did not need what they told me. I was also told they over charge. Will be calling the better business office. Don't take your car there.

Very friendly staff. They worked with me to get my vehicles inspected in as smooth a fashion as I've ever had. The report they send is comprehensive and packed with lots of details and pictures to showcase what they're explaining. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had getting my vehicles inspected. Have been looking for a reliable and quality mechanic for a while, and found them here. Highly recommend using them.

Super shady please get a second opinion anywhere else! Took my car there for them to specifically check one thing I needed badly - they ignored my request and instead gave me over 7k estimate of things they had to be done and still charged me shop time. Don t trust them red flags all around scammy

I am so thankful to have found C & J Automotive. From the moment I walked in, all of the employees were so very friendly, professional and welcoming. The shop is so clean. They were so helpful and answered all of my questions concerning my automobile repair. The prices are very reasonable. They are very honest, trustworthy and kind people! I was more than happy with the servicing of my vehicle last week under the new ownership. I had to get a flat tire repaired and put back on my car. I did not have an appointment and Andy took the tire and I picked it up later that day. I am so grateful that I could get it done same day. We took 2 of our cars to C&J Automotive in Upper Chichester and we re extremely pleased with the service. Andy and Andrew exceeded our expectations for both customer service and honesty.They sent pictures and video of the areas of our car that needed repairs, they don t do unnecessary repairs. These guys always do a good job working on my truck...and they're not crazy expensive. They send pics of the work that needs to be done so you can see what's wrong with a specific part. Will definitely keep going back!

The best!! We have used them multiple times for both of our cars and been happy every time! Today I stopped in to make an inspection appointment. I mentioned that the window was stuck a little bit down and they had someone come out immediately to look at it without me even asking! He got the window all the way up and now I don t have to worry about the rain! Thanks for everything!!

I have been to C&J automotive several times now. The service desk is the most friendly of any auto shop I have been to. My car has always come back running smoothly, and everything they have repaired has held out and never had any further issues. They even fixed an issue (a grinding sound in the back) that had been going on with the car for a while when they noticed it and didn't charge me for that (hopefully quick) repair.They have my trust and I will be back here for all future car repairs so long as I still live nearby.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Employees and Owner very friendly and professional. They diagnosed my vehicle and gave very clear details about the issue. They actually texted me a link with a full explanation about the issue which was really cool. In addition Andrew (Owner) didn't try to take advantage of me as a female customer which I truly appreciate & respect.

When your car is more then just a means of getting to work and back, and it is something you truly look forward to being behind the wheel of, you want to find a shop that will treat it as good as you would!! There is a reason my cars travel over 30mins for everything from an oil change to a lowering kit, and that is the team that s working on it!! Andy has been a trusted advisor on vehicle purchases, overhauls, mods, or anything you can name. I wouldn t trust anyone else behind the wheel!!! Awesome place. I had a trouble code and needed a new oil pressure sensor for my 2015 Dart. They got me in within a week. Once I dropped it off I got a text with pictures of the diagnosis they performed on my car and details of required service and a series of suggested services. They completed the work quickly and with a reasonable price. They re friendly and efficient and I will be back. I ve been recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I live next door to C&J and I have to say that before the management and ownership change I never went there. But now with the new owners its like a completely different environment. They are polite, trusting & honest and I have now taken my vehicles to them multiple times. They have quickly become my go to shop and they do all they can to help the customer, including discounts and spacing out repairs a little at a time. Give these guys a shot and I'm sure you'll write a 5 star review as well.

I took my girlfriend's car here knowing it had a few issues that are very labor intensive.They finished faster and several HUNDRED dollars cheaper than expected.Not to mention they send an itemized list with pictures of everything that needs and will need attention.Professional, speedy and superb customer service. This experience could not have been any better.If you need work done THIS IS THE PLACE!
