November 2023Under 3 weeks from start to finish. Every interaction was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Jim Huff and his team are outstanding. My car is in better shape than it was before a deer decided to slam into it at full sprint. Highly recommend Bush Collision.

Bush collision made my first car accident a whole lot less stressful. I got into an accident the day before a 10 day trip to Europe. Bush Collision was able to take in my car the next day and hold it for me during my trip while the waited for parts and started repairs. Just one day after I returned from my trip my car was ready for pick up, looking good as new.

Thank you to Bob and the Bush Collision team for quick and quality service!A deer bolted at lightning speed into my front driver side on a foggy Friday night near Longwood. Cracked the bumper on both sides and shattered the headlight, as well as denting the hood and damaging the lock. Bob communicated with my insurance and helped me every step of the way. What could ve been a nightmare situation was handled very professionally and efficiently. They were able to get my Subaru back to me in less than the estimated time (just over a week from start to finish)! The car looks and feels good as new, they did some light detailing as well. I hope I won t be back anytime soon for collision repairs, but I highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of their services.

Jim was very clear in communication & was extremely helpful through the whole process! I d recommend Bush to anyone who needs a car repair. Very friendly & understanding staff as well! When i picked up my car it was very obvious they had taken great care of it, it was returned to me throughly cleaned inside & out, my car looked brand new! Thank you so much to the whole team!

My car was damaged in an accident. I submitted my claim late at night and selected Bush Collision as my repair center. They promptly contacted me the next morning to make sure I knew where they were located and told me I didn t need an appointment to get the estimate completed. I stopped in that morning and in 10 minutes Jim had all the pictures and information he needed. I had my quote a few hours later and the following day Jim had the parts ordered necessary to do the repairs. He contacted me promptly when the parts arrived and scheduled the repairs and intentionally over estimated the length of time I would need a rental as I expressed concern that my insurance would not approve an extension on the rental. I was quoted 7-10 days. Jim called me on day 4 to let me know it was done and I picked it up the following day. The work is beautiful and seamless. Not only did they do the repairs, they detailed the entire exterior of the car AND the inside which I was NOT expecting. My car went in there a disaster and came out looking like it just rolled off the show room floor! I cannot express how happy I am with not only the work and Jim but the entire process at Bush!

First day of contact I was very impressed with the service. Ryan Oliver greeted me and explained the process and made it very easy. Even shared that Enterprise would bring the rental car to Bush Collision. When I brought the car in on Monday, 10/23/2023, there was some miss understand, that being, I was to contact Enterprise of the day the rental was needed vs Bush Collision. I can understand how that happened, regardless I was picked up by Enterprise and went to their facility. I was advised the repair will take three days and I would be contacted. The rental contract was for three days and car was to be returned on Wednesday, 10/24. On Wednesday morning, since I didn't hear anything I called Bush Collision mid morning and left a voicemail for Ryan to get back to me if the car will be done. Around1 PM, since I haven't heard anything, I called Bush Collision and left another voicemail. Ryan returned the call shortly there after and mentioned the car is finished and in for cleaning and should be ready around 2:30. Received confirmation from Ryan with in the hour the car is ready. When I got to Bush Collision, saw the car in the lot, went inside to the receptions and was asked if I saw the car and if I'm satisfied. Since I already looked over it I was okay, but the disappointment was that Ryan didn't meet me outside and gone over the repair and made sure I was satisfied. This isn't the first time I had poor customer service with the Bush Auto. This will be the last car that i will purchase from this dealership.Service: Body & Trim

Fabulous customer service! As this was my first accident, I didn't know what to expect. My advisor worked with me to schedule repairs in a timely manner. He kept me informed of progress as repairs were made. He informed me when repairs were completed and arranged a ride so I could pick up my finished vehicle a day early. Work looks very good; I don't notice any difference from before my accident (except that the car is cleaner).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a car accident right outside my house with a rock. My car was towed here Labor Day weekend. I came in with respect and left with no respect for this company. The customer service was 0 stars. Me and my Hispanic family got treated like we were nothing and didn t have money for this situation. When they clearly saw that we do. The lady at the front desk was nothing but rude with her tone. And repetitively asked questions when I was explaining everything to her over and over again. All we wanted was to just get out our car and she kept asking for a policy number when there was none because it was an incident I got into right outside my house. Not only was it so pricey( which is understandable ). I paid the same day I went yesterday August 5th , 2023 for their towing to tow to a mechanic THE SAME DAY and I waited at the location I gave them for one hour and a half. Before I left this place I saw they were mounting my car onto the tow truck. Everyone in the office as well told me yes we can tow it to that location right now. I call the after hour towing number to ask what was the hold up and they tell me that I never told them today. I speak perfect English I am bilingual. There was no misunderstanding at all. Now I had to hold up my time and the mechanics time all evening yesterday. When I had called the after hour towing number as well , I got treated with such disrespect as a young lady trying to figure out why my car wasn t where it was supposed to be. People think Hispanics won t write a little review but just so everyone sees how this company treated me and my family and it was not fair. Why couldn t they just tell me they couldn t do it yesterday. On top of everything, discriminating us like they had a problem with us. I paid full cash for everything. My family has multiple businesses including a cleaning company and 3 restaurants, we know how to treat people and everyone get to a compromise. Most importantly try to have the best customer service. Very disappointed with this place !!!

These people are amazing. The insurance company was going to pay for a refurbished bumper, but they took the time to find a factory direct new one and price-matched it with the refurbished. They also really checked everything to make sure that the insurance company didn't miss something in their estimate. Turns out that they did! And my car had been washed and detailed so well that I almost didn't recognize it! What's more, the people there answered every question and addressed every concern. If one person couldn't answer a question, that person would find someone who could. They were very professional in their dealings with me, and I definitely appreciated not being "spoken to" like I was just "some dumb lady".Thank you Bush Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I thought they were professional at what they do but they don't do a good job. My bumper came out of place again because the small piece they repaired came off. The airbag light was on when I picked up my vehicle, the windshield washer hose was disconnected. They left a huge scratch on the tint of my windshield which I had to change, and recently when it rained the water started leaking because when they opened the window pillar panel they disconnected the drain hose that comes from the sunroof, they also made a very unprofessional polishing leaving circular marks on the paint... I will never go back to that place.

Top to bottom better than I had hoped. Bob went out of his way to get clips for something he noticed for my car when he was just giving me a quote and had not earned my business yet, the work done on my car ended up being great. I was late to pick up my rental, sandy didn t give me a hard time she just told me to call when close to the shop. They were easy to work with outside of insurance with the other person involved in the incident.. the rental they gave me was so reasonably priced but it was a red challenger .. then they had the car done faster than even the early time table he told me initially. 5/5 obviously I d never go anywhere elseService: Body & Trim

I used Bush Collision because they were a provider for the insurance of the person who hit my car. The estimate from the insurance did not match what I had gotten from my local collision repair, so I was very nervous. Brian talked to me, worked with me and did an amazing job. The timeline was super fast. I'll definitely use Bush in the future, though I really hope I don't have to! Thanks Brian!!

Fantastic management team and process. Would recommend to anyone in need of auto body work. We had fire damage on a 2017 Ford Escape caused by another vehicle in a parking lot. Roughly $9K in damage and the car was repaired in roughly 2.5 weeks with great communication and the vehicle looks better than it did prior minus a few paint chips Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Collision repair was easy process. Drop Off was efficient and pleasant. Rental was right there. Notified within reasonable time that car was ready. Pick up was quick and easy. Car Looked Fabulous! A pleasure to work with this company. The people were friendly, responded quickly and answered all questions. They didn't overpromise; they over delivered. We were back in our vehicle in a week. The repaired areas looked better than the undamaged areas, and they performed a complete detail of the vehicle before turning it back to us.
