Very flexible, friendly, and reasonably priced. I had to bring in a large SUV for a pre-purchase inspection last minute and Boss Automotive was the only mechanic in town that would see me. When I arrived, I wasn't treated like a sudden addition to the schedule but as a valued customer. Mr. Bishop and his team did quick work on the car and I was out of there within less than an hour. The final bill was straight forward and very reasonable. I will absolutely bring my cars back in the future. Highly recommended.

My daughter attends WCU and now lives there. She needed her car inspected and took it to Boss automotive. We could not be happier. Mike explained exactly what needed to be fixed, they kept the car to ensure there was no additional repairs needed. I couldn t be more grateful! My daughter will not be taking her car anywhere else! I have used Boss Automotive a few times now. I find them to be fair and reponsive to any problems I may have. I will continue to take my car there. What makes you nervous about going to an auto mechanic? Are they honest? I've been going to Boss since I purchased my car, two years now. Straightforward, honest, and nice people. Ken and Chet are great. Here's the thing. I always feel like I was treated right when I leave there. I will keep going back. If your looking for a solid, honest place go here.They go out of their way for customers. It's all about customer service.

I've been going to Boss Automotive for a year and a half now. Genuinely honest guys. They do great work and their prices are honest and fair. My car needed some work done and the price was more than I could afford. They did what they could to help me out. They never made me feel like they were taking advantage of me or like they were ripping me off. I won't take my car anywhere else!

These guys are great! My car has been making weird noises for over a year. Several mechanics have looked at it and tried all kinds of things that didn't work. It was finally written off as my car having passed the 50,000 mile marker and was just supposed to be louder now. Took my car to Boss Automotive today for the first time for an oil change. I never told them this was an issue but with no extra charge, they checked all systems to make sure my car was safe to be driving. They came out and asked if my car makes a certain noise and explained what was happening and how unsafe it could be and how expensive the residual damage would be if I ignored it but never pressured me or used any sort of fear mongering to "get a sell". I decided to replace the part and sure enough driving home my car felt brand new and quiet. Made me want to take it out for a pleasure drive before returning home. They treated me like a human rather than a sale. This will be my new and only trusted car shop.

Boss Automotive! Place is fantastic. Very good service and everyone is so friendly. They never try and run up pricing and make you pay for parts/services that are not necessary like other automotive shops around here... Been going to these guys for about a year now and never once left unhappy. Highly recommend!

went in for a fix a flat tire. They check vehicles over and need a rear brakes , and rotors . Glad they check the vehicles over. It was done that day price just right and work is great. DONT GO HERE! SCAM!!!! I scheduled an appointment yesterday for the this morning and said I'd pick up my car by 12pm at the latest today. I dropped it off last night. I got a call at 11:55am today saying that they drove my car around and the check engine light came on. Firstly, why are you driving my car around for just an oil change? They also said my coupon didn't work and they'd have to charge me an extra $$xxx for the service. They then told me that it would cost $60 just to read what the check engine light might be. I mentioned that something just doesn't feel right, as if it's a scam with them tacking on all this extra stuff. I cannot support companies that search for ways to charge the consumer. So not only did they call 5 minutes before I said I'd pick it up to tell me this, but they ended up getting offended and turning me away without even changing my oil in the time slot I scheduled. BAD SERVICE!!!

From the first phone call until I left the building, I was treated with such care and kindness. I felt like I was their favorite sister. I just moved to Pennsylvania and needed to have my car inspected. Not knowing any inspection places, I asked for referrals and was directed to Boss Automotive. I could not be any happier with their service. Now I know who to go to for ALL my car needs.

They took great care of my car. The mechanic examined my car thoroughly and gave me a clear and concise explanation of repairs needed. They operate with honesty and integrity. Would reccomend!!!

0ffice people are very nice. You get in there find out what is the problem & we are told what needs to be done. Before long we are heading home. Problem solved. Pleasant & trustworthy.

Everyone needs a great mechanic in their life...look no further. We called Boss after being referred by a friend. Originally were going with Infiniti dealer where we purchased the car. Boss saved us almost 50% on what was originally a BIG number. I'm even happier with their customer service. Chet Hernandez and his team exceeded all of my expectations. Boss has been servicing our Fleet for years. Chet, Ken and the crew always jump right on our vehicles with short notice and get our trucks back to us quickly. They really understand how important it is to our business to keep our trucks on the road so we can take care of our customers as quickly as they take care of us. Great service at fair prices. Really tough to find an honest auto mechanic, but with Chet at Boss Automotive I have found one. I thought I needed brakes and he told me no. Not many places would encourage you to spend less.

Friendly customer service. Ken and Chet know how to take care of their clients. I will never take my car to another shop....EVER! Hard to find honest mechanics and Boss auto is honest.

Dropped off my car for service and was given a ride to work. I was notified within an hour or so that my car was ready. Service was fast and more affordable than other places I've been to. Received an email with my service history and have also received reminders for upcoming service. Friendly staff. I will definitely go back.

Brought my "Honda Baby" in for her first "under the hood" checkup at Boss Automotive... I like the fact that the mechanics take the time to do preventive stuff... like checking the cabin filter to see how much life is left in it and asking (not pressuring) if you would like it replaced. It means a lot to know they care..Always courteous staff.Thanks guys!IleneG

I took my car here to Chet after tires Etc down the street screwed my car up. These guys got it fixed properly and quickly! I would recommend Boss Automotive to anyone looking for a new mechanic!

This location is not the closest to my residence, but I'LL take the drive from Abington for the great service. I intrust Boss Automotive with our vehicles. They're friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Clean waiting area with cable tv.
