One word Seamless . My sales person was Wayne Matsinger. The deal took 5 mins to close as I know the pricing I needed on the car and my trade. Wayne got it done and was fantastic at the dealership. I drove over two hours and wasn t disappointed at all.

Disappointing Experience with Car Inspection and Repair ServiceI am writing to share my recent experience with your dealership's car inspection and repair service, as I believe it's important to provide detailed feedback for improvement.Last year, around June, I brought my Mini Countryman in for inspection and was quoted a significant amount for repairs, which unfortunately I was unable to afford at the time. Fast forward to March 19, 2024, I reached out to schedule the most critical repairs for my vehicle.Upon calling the dealership, I was directed to Preston's voicemail. After several attempts, I finally reached him, only to be informed that he was busy with another customer and would call me back. Despite waiting patiently for over a day and a half, I did not receive any follow-up.Upon my insistence, Preston eventually contacted me and we discussed the repairs, although I found his communication unclear and confusing. I requested that my boyfriend speak with him for further clarification, and provided Preston with his contact information for a scheduled call the following day after 2 o'clock.Unfortunately, Preston failed to reach out as promised, leading to further frustration on my end. Today, I made the decision not to proceed with repairing my car at your shop due to this disappointing experience.I understand that providing a detailed account may seem lengthy, but I believe it's essential to convey the full extent of my experience for future improvements.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that my feedback contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction in the future.Sincerely,Disappointed customer

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. I was able to see a very professional sales rep, Scott who treated me with respect during the entire process. I was in and out in less than an hour which included a test drive, trade in and negotiating. Very easy process. Definitely recommended

My experience with the entire team at BMW of West Chester was terrific! Easy to talk with - they were interested in not just making a sale, but the right sale for me. They kept me informed (I was waiting on an in-transit car) and worked to make it happen when it needed to happen, and based on the deal and car I wanted. Great experience!

After months of searching the region for a 4 series with a Manual Transmission, one came up at Ottos on Auto Trader.My experience with this dealer was perfection and topped any other, BMW or not, across the board! Jay was wonderful to work with from the start, after driving 4 hours from Long Island I was greeted by a team that was very welcoming and attentive, a facility that was pristine, and an experience like no other. I was directed to a private climate controlled viewing bay, complete with leather couches, where my 440XI finished in the beautiful Snapper Rocks Blue was waiting for me. There was even glass podium with a welcome letter. Jay apologized profusley for the little bit of rain that got onto the car when moving it from the detailing garage to the viewing bay and quickly began drying her off as I inspected. He handed me a bespoke little box with the keys and several custom keychains and let me take her for a spin. Upon my return, I had a cup of coffee at the cafe, and while there was a slight delay in finance, Jay took the chance to bring me down to the basement where all the classics are kept and I got a little behind the scenes tour, very cool. Understanding the bittersweet moment of trading in my Mustang GT, Jay even offered to pose both cars in front of the dealer for a photo op, this is a true enthusiast center! After finance was complete, I spent the $50 gift certificate they gave me on some swag in the BMW lifestyle store and began the journey home. This place deserves 10 stars. I would not hesitate to take the drive out again just to get this experience in the future.

Otto's BMW is the only place I trust for servicing my vehicle. Working with Joe was a pleasure; he's professional, understanding, and efficient. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and despite a minor inconvenience with the initial diagnostic missing an alignment issue, I brought my vehicle back for service, and it was completed in less than 5 hours. I highly recommend Otto's BMW for all your service needs, with Joe as the reliable advisor.

So glad I purchased my BMW from this dealership! Scott was great from start to finish. He found me the PERFECT X1 which I didn't think I would like, but fell in love. What I specifically like about this dealership is the transparency with the cost. Other dealerships will offer a ridiculous price and work down. The price they offered was a great deal. The delivery of the vehicle was a great too. I highly recommend BMW of West Chester.

I highly recommend coming here and getting your new BMW. I worked with Wayne all through online to get my order in for a 2024 M340i. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I am enjoying my car now which took 4 months get here but worth the wait. I will definitely come back in the future for when I need another car.

Our experience with our salesman Robert was very nice and professional. He was very personable and informative. The bargaining process was very fair and straightforward. We can t say the same for our experience with the person we dealt with for financing. He committed to depositing our down payment check on a certain date but deposited it before that date. He also agreed to hold a check until we provided a registration for our trade-in the next day, which we did. Unfortunately, instead of destroying the check as he committed to do, he deposited that check even though we provided the registration as agreed the next day. Fortunately, our Salesman Robert, apologized and sent us a check next day delivery to cover the amount of the deposited check. Robert is the only reason we gave this review 3 stars otherwise the review rating would ve been less.

Quick. Responsive. World-class quality. Unbelievable. And I m not even talking about my new M car my experience with Lauren as a first-time buyer at a dealer was absolutely second to none. Lauren was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning, and was quick to respond to everything I needed no matter what was going on. She was super busy with everything going on at the dealer, but always made sure to give me the focused attention I needed with no pushback and no hesitation, even though I was calling from and residing in South Carolina. I purchased my car sight unseen, and definitely had my reservations all of which were erased as soon as I walked in the showroom door. On top of all of this, my service advisor Harold and my parts advisor Bobby were unbelievable and invaluable to my whole experience - they worked with me at length (remotely I may add) and with such positivity and professionalism to get me exactly what I needed in record time. Just a few minutes on the phone and I was fully aware that everyone here knew exactly what they were doing and had a passion for BMWs themselves. I m a hardcore and truly passionate BMW enthusiast and collector, and extremely particular as I am an vehicle test engineer for BMW, so I do not say this lightly when my expectations were blown away with this entire experience. Please, if you are considering purchasing a new or used BMW, no matter where you are in the country, look to Otto s BMW (BMW of West Chester) and you will not be disappointed!

We have multiple BMWs in the family and have always owned more than one. We ve bought BMWs from different dealerships and have been to many bmw dealerships being in bmw cca and knowing you can look at a car, ask questions, try to find out if your making a good financial decision and also find out if your buying a good car just to be told you can t buy it because your taking to long to purchase it or asking to many questions or they found someone who would pay more is crazy. Have fun buying a car from people who care more about money than you!!! My advice go to bmw of Ridgefield if you want a nice bmw!!

I just purchased a 2023 BMW i4 M50 from Justice Mogano at BMW of WestChester and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My salesman, Justice Mogano was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, plus explained all the features and benefits of the i4. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied and had no issues with the car. He is a great salesman and I highly recommend him and BMW of West Chester to anyone looking for a new BMW.Overall, I am very happy with my 2023 BMW i4 M50 Thank you, Justice Mogano and BMW of West Chester , for making my car buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one.

My service account manager Joe Izzi really went above and beyond. I brought my car in for a windshield repair and inspection and upon inspection he observed that my car sagging in the rear. Joe suggested that I do a diagnostic test to see what the issue was. After consultation and review of my car, Joe and I disagreed on a path forward. Joe went far beyond his duties to rectify the situation. I can attest that Joe and the members of his team have earned my forever business. This is the measure of true customer service!!!!

Summary: either sales or service lied about a bent wheel of a CPO car I bought, which is a SAFETY issue! And they let a customer drive the car away HIDING a safety issue.Bought a CPO on 7/1/23, asked for the list of items the dealer fixed to get the car certified, noticed there s a bent wheel and another curved wheel on the report. Asked the sales about it and he told me the wheel isn t bent. Had to talk to a service advisor to get a Service Manager to fix the wheel.This makes me question what other steps they skipped to certify the car, and any other cars they certified at the dealership. My entire family loves BMW s, but this is a disappointing experience with Otto s for a prestigious brand name of BMW

Unfortunately my experience with BMW of West Chester fell far below what should be the standard of customer service should be especially as a luxury brand. I did not leave a one star review because some of the team that I encountered during my many service visits were kind and pleasant. Natasha was a breath of fresh air, Caroline was patient and calm even in an intense conversation where I shared my frustrations and disappointment. One of the gentleman in service was very helpful unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Chris the manager was so so. One of my biggest disappointments besides constantly having the same issue with my car for the last 4 months and having to pay for it (with the exception of 1 time where my car repair failed in 3 days after the repair) was the level of customer service provide by Heather Dirits. Her tone has been aggressive off putting, and downright nasty. What makes it even worse was I let the manager know I did not want to deal with her. I was told that would be honored and that her lack of follow through and customer service was unacceptable. This is how I came to speak with Caroline. However at the next issue Heather was back on the case. I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I brought my car in 6 months ago due to a drivetrain malfunction. I brought my car to BMW because I wanted to make sure the repair was done right by the "master mechanics". I had full confidence in their abilities. They inspected and diagnosed the issue. They repaired a cylinder. I called to check in on the progress as if I didn't call Heather she wouldn't reach out to me with updates. I was informed that the check engine light was still on and they had no idea why. I found this perplexing because this was the very reason I came to the experts. How could they not know what the issue is? A day or so goes by and no progress. I finally got frustrated and a little more firm. Suddenly the next day my car was ready for pick up with no sensible explanation about what was done to get the check engine light off. I was told they drove the car some more. At that point I wasn't feeling confident at all. My car didn't feel quite right reached out to Heather NO RESPONSE. A few month later same error same symptoms. This time I am told in a matter of fact way like it's a common known fact , that I need all of my cylinders replace d because if one goes bad they all go bad. This was never discussed as we would have opted to have all the cylinders changed had we known. This felt deceptive and predatory. I shared this with Chris the manager so he gave us a discount. I don't feel like I should have had to considering the facts but I need my car what can I do. He gives us a discount and the repairs are completed. It's a much smoother process this time I'm thinking okay now the car will be fine. 3-4 days later it happens again. Same symptoms same error. I take it back they tell me they won't charge me to look at it .....WHAT? How could that even be a thought. I found that distasteful, off putting perplexing etc. I was ultimately not charged and was given a loaner. My car was in the shop for a week I believe. I picked it up and 2 months later is was back with the same symptoms and same malfunction. I called the as soon as I got the message it took days to finally speak to Heather. She abruptly let me know if it's a new issue I'd be responsible for the cost at that point I knew it would be called a" new issue " and cost another couple thousand dollars. This time it was the fuel pump injector said it could have contaminates in it and that could have caused the issue. This part is connected to the drivetrain system could they have contaminated it with the multiple service visits, did they neglect to inspect the entire drive train system on the 3 visits prior. Did they buy time knowing I'd be back with a new issue? So many questions not enough answers. When Heather called to relay that news she barely said hello and coldly says "unfortunately I don't have good news". RAN OUT OF CHARACTERS BUT I THINK YOU GET THE DRIFT.

This was my second time purchasing at Ottos BMW. I had the pleasure of working with Dan McCloy. I purchased an X3 and it was everything I was looking for. Dan was very patient with me, especially when it came to delivering the vehicle and showing me the many features the vehicle had. I am not very tech savvy, his patience was exceptional. Dan explained all steps in the process seamlessly and was on top of everything. I have bought many cars in the past, but never had 5 star service like I did with Dan. If anyone wants a BMW please see Dan.

I was traveling in the area 2 days ago and had my low coolant level alarm come on as I was traveling. I had used a local shop in Hershey to do a recent oil change and engine check for future travel. I was able to get in right away and the service gentleman was very nice and filled my coolant showing me how to check it should there be future issues. This is my 4th BMW 3 series. The cars are great but the service is unbeatable! I definitely would consider returning here for my next car. Thanks again!

From my first phone call with Dan, you could tell he was an honest, straight shooter. I am 800 miles away and Dan went above and beyond to ensure he earned my business. Just think how many other BMW dealers I could have dealt with between AL and PA. I enjoyed working with Dan.

It's the closest BMW dealership to my house so I have used them several times. Can't get anyone on the phone, I leave voice mails and nobody calls back. The last three times I have needed them have been awful.

I want to thank Robert Landenberg for the amazing customer service these past few weeks, I have a M340i that I purchased at BMW OF WEST CHESTER (Otto s) and I decided to do a few upgrades on the vehicle, I contacted the parts department one morning told them my ideas and immediately I got a response from Robert (Bobby) this guy went above and beyond my expectation's, I sent him as much information on the products as I could and he was able to not only find the parts but made sure that these parts fit my vehicle. His customer service is A+ not once did I feel any pushback from his emails , he was professional , Courteous , Friendly and Respectful in all aspects. It s hard to find great customer service these days and I tell you what, from purchasing the vehicle right down to purchasing parts for the vehicle. I have had nothing but a wonderful pleasant experience. Now mind you, I drive over 100 miles one way just to get my vehicle serviced at Otto s including The purchase of any parts that I need. I live in Dover Delaware. I have a BMW dealership about 10 minutes from my house, but I rather drive 100 miles to a dealership that not only has proven to me worthy, but also has treated me with Importance. I m big on keeping My business In a tri-state area or in my community. Bmw of Westchester Pennsylvania definitely deserves my business. Thank you Robert for everything you have done keep up the great work you rock!

Scott told me when I bought my car he ordered new floor mats for me it s been over a month and I still haven t gotten them. I also contacted him two times and he never replied. I trusted his word and he didn t follow through. Very disappointing experience.

Went there at closing and only wanted to drive a specific used car. Didn't go inside the showroom, but their building is so pretty. They were helpful and did not pressure is in any way.

I was more than satisfied with my experience here at Otto s. I came in for an appointment not knowing what to expect and was blown away by the amazing customer service that I was offered. The team really worked with me to get me the perfect fit vehicle for my everyday needs and price point. Not only was the process smooth and easy but the turnaround time was exceptionally fast. I plan on staying a lifelong BMW customer not only for the luxury vehicle but because of the support received here at Otto s BMW. I couldn t recommend enough.

Otto s has been my dealer for about 10 years now. Always good service. Recently, given the pandemic, it seems a little more crowded than normal. Maybe their just short staffed a little. But quality dealer for all your BMW service requirements.
