Needed a new battery in my car. Nice that I had a choice of three, and it was installed for me while I waited. Service was quick - I was waited on within 2-3 minutes of walking into the store. No complaints.

Any time I've stopped in and called. The girls and guys are extremely helpful. Have my vehicle ripped apart. So needed tools and parts ASAP. Advanced auto workers wouldn't even leave the desk to help me find the right socket for the axel nuts. Went to AutoZone and they helped me find everything. Then matched up my old bearings with some new ones. Very helpful people. If you call before you go they will have the parts waiting for you at the counter. Saves a lot of time.

I stopped to have my engine light checked and a very nice young man, Gabriel, checked the code on the engine light and a few other things under the hood. He deserves to be recognized because he is very helpful and polite.Thank you Gabriel!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the Rochester AutoZone, especially to Jonathan D, who sprung into action when I walked in drenched from the rain after my battery died. I was able to get a jump so I could make it to AutozZone. He greeted me immediately and I explained what happened and he came out to test my vehicle. He did confirm the battery was dead and hooked me up with new one. He was very professional and kind and explained everything to me. I was quite upset and he really put me at ease with his calm demeanor. It's nice when you're dealing with someone that knows what they're doing and just helps you through it. I had to give him a hug because he literally stood in the rain to help me. I highly recommend Rochester AutoZone! Everyone seemed really nice there but definitely ask for Jonathan D!!! He is awesome!

AutoZone is one of the best automotive stores. I've been coming here for years and they always treat me the same. Great staff, they're knowledgeable and will help you out in any way they can. The stores technology has improved over the years. The website is more user-friendly than before, you can store all the vehicles you own in their system so you can find parts easier. The prices are competitive with all the big box stores and if they don't have it, they will get it for you in a reasonable amount of time.

Needed a rear turn signal light. I first went to the Advance Auto up the street who refused to install the new light citing 'Company Policy".Jonathan at Auto Zone replaced the light in just a couple minutes time. You've now got my business at Advance's loss is your gain. Thanks again Jonathon.

5 stars, man. I needed push pins that the store didnt carry and this awesome manager named Chris gave me two push pins off his bike. Hellova guy! Thanks Chris! Great customer service!

Walked in today and said I need a new battery in my key fob . The response from the associate was we don t change those. We can t be liable for that. I walked right out of the store. Never asked for you to change it I just said I need a new battery. Seriously Lacking customer service skills.

I raced down to this location late last Thursday night after work, after miraculously getting my other/problem car jumped on the brief stopover at home, and walked in the door about 5 minutes before close. The manager (I think Michael) and his associate James greeted me professionally and were very friendly despite the late hour, and James swapped out and installed my newly purchased battery incredibly quick and safely. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend to everyone!

I came to this store last Friday with a check engine light on. My car was recently purchased a few months ago, and the error code came back that it was an issue with my catalytic converter. Seeing as this is an expensive part and I have been having significant financial struggles lately, I got overcome with emotion. This was following a really bad week at work, as well as other significant financial struggles in my life lately. Mike and Steve were at the store, and they suggested that I use cata-clean and see if that would resolve my issue before taking it to a shop and spending hundreds on expensive parts and labor. They then proceeded to take care of the cost of the cata-clean out of the kindness of their hearts, and sent me on my way. I couldn't do anything but cry because of the generosity. As a struggling single mother, I can't thank you enough for your generosity, Mike and Steve. I really hope that a general manager or owner sees this so that they can be rewarded. They went above and beyond what any store associate would do and it truly touched me. Thank you so much. I will not forget it.

Today was an awesome day there. Service was outstanding!! I am one to say it as it is. The customer sevice lady helped an older lady with her radiator and let her know the fluids were very low and then helped me with my wiper blades. I bought one at Walmart and it was the right size wrong kind for my car. She even put both on even though I only bought the one. All in between rain drops!! Awesome.. I wish I would have gotten her name!!

Jen was awesome, she was able to help me find a hard to get window regulator for my 2013 Chevy volt. It was a part that the dealer couldn't even get. Thanks for going out of your way to help me Jen!

I came in looking for rear brake pads for my Escalade. A few years ago I had to have the rear end changed out so the pads that I purchased on RockAuto didn t fit. I explained my situation to Eric he was the person behind the counter. He didn t even punch anything into the computer. He went back and pick up some pads off the shelf and they were exactly what I needed. In today s world experience is hard to find. I greatly appreciate his service. And you should be very thankful that you have him as an employee

The employees of Rochester PA Auto Zone are awesome. All friendly and very helpful. Steve and Nathan went above and beyond today helping me with my powering steering pump line that was leaking profusely!! Thanks guys! I hope someone gives you a great job or raise!!!

Went on a Sunday night after car had trouble starting. Wife is 9 months pregnant and this is our main vehicle so panicked a little knowing it was Sunday night and she may need to go to the hospital any minute. Copy P at the Rochester store waited on me immediately, checked the battery, confirmed it wasn t holding a charge and had me checked out with a new battery and installed in less than 10 minutes! Car started right up with no problems! Cody was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I will definitely be back for any future needs! Thanks Cody!

The customer service at the Rochester store is amazing. Crystal and Jason answered all our questions and spent time explaining everything. I would recommend this Autozone to anyone who enjoys being treated with respect. The 10% veterans discount is always a nice thank you for our service too! Thank you.

I had trouble finding a starter for my truck. Every other parts store couldn't help me. I was in a jam and needed the starter immediately. The manager pulled some strings and went out of his way to give me my part the very next morning. Mind you I ordered it Late. He felt so badd that I was screwed over by other parts stores. That he gave me a discount. He didn't need to do any of That but he Did. The service was outstanding. It's not often you get the mom and pop feel from a chain store. Thanks again.

They have a nice selection of auto products. They will spot check your vehicle with their equipment to help diagnose issues and even replace your battery.

All autozones are unprofessional they ve have been charging they re commercial accounts a lot more than what it s priced, the discrimination doesn t stops, they ve been using their commercial account s check for the product that they need for their personal car, I would rather go to advance than auto zone

This review is from my grandmother. She just wanted to say how thankful she was from the help of Jason at Autozone in Rochester. He took the time to help her when advanced auto told her nothing and sent her along. She said every time she goes there he goes above and beyond. Thanks again Jason!

Buddy travelling from Texas broke down here and was promised parts would arrive this morning. He called and asked the clerk to check on their arrival. Clerk said they were both here. Friend reiterated they were ordered at different times. Clerk said they're here. Went there, part was not there. Clerk said theres one in Pittsburgh.

I had a light put in and had windshield wiper put on. Jason waited on me and performed the work. He did a very good job and was very friendly . I was very satisfied . Will come back again. Thanks Jason
