I want you to AutoZone on East 9th Street and Avenue of the States in Chester, Pa. It's a nice store well lit with plenty of parts and supplies. The staff is kind and friendly and willing to help. The hours of service is great most days they are usually open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. they have plenty of parking space.

Went in for a check emissions light. They helped me free of charge as advertised. Didn't have much of a wait time either. They let me know the part I needed and the cost. I actually went and purchased the part from somewhere else for cheaper. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is pretty convenient, right in the middle of the city.UPDATE: Jan 18th, 2024. Ran into Nels, one of their Managers is still there after 24 years. Great guy. Went in for some Coolant, and he was still as courteous from when I met him at the Springfield store. Keep hiring good people like him.

The Store Manager Corbin A. helped me out more than I even imagined. He helped me fix my car the least expensive way possible and he even did the dirty work and fixed it. Corbin is a great store manager and I would recommend everyone going to this store asking for his help, because you won t be disappointed!

Corbin and his team went above and beyond today. They were having problems with their phone systems and reached out immediately on personal devices to make sure customers got what they needed. Excellent customer service all around.

Was trying to find the keys for my tires!!! To put new tires on the truck had been to WALMART 3 times and they couldn't find it went to AUTOZONE !!!!! TO SEE IF I COULD BUY THEM THE YOUNG MAN WENT RIGHT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK AND FIND THEM!!!!! WALMART LOOK 3 TIMES AND COULDN'T FIND THEM!!!THANKS AUTOZONE FOR HIRING GOOD PEOPLE!!!!WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

I needed to buy something for my car but just as I entered the parking lot my tire blew out. I went to the store for help to change the tire since I was with my babies. So Corbin Adams, a very kind person, did not hesitate to help me. I am grateful to him and his work team.

I love this AutoZone! Employees actually know about cars. They are usually able to give first hand knowledge. So when they tell you there opinions, take the advice. They may even tell you to go to RockAuto on parts not in stock or what have you.

The staff here have neutral attitudes; they are not inhospitable nor are they hospitable. They won't welcome you with service or dissuade you from approaching. There's definitely room for improvement.

So I come in here often enough and the customer service is good but today, the female associate with cornrows in her hair for some reason felt the need to sing and sing loudly. Which wouldn t be a problem if she could hold a note!! Like a band of cats would sound better. I don t see how the staff can listen to her voice!! If i was then i would change the station to songs that she didn t know! Thank God I wasn t in line that long because i seriously considered putting my stuff back. That ish was annoying. And that s on mary had a little lamb!!

The customer service has always been 4 out of 5 stars. Now what I don't like is something at this location isn't working. The check engine scan, can't take cards, and today we can't take cash. Three times in last 45 days. Store broken service wonderful.

Had a headlight out for about a week and was anxious id be pulled over anytime I drove. I called pep boys and they didn t have the part so I figured I d go the diy route and stop at autozone. Not only did they have the part but Corbin even installed it for me! I tried to give him a tip which he refused. Cost me $35 and I have an extra headlight for when the other one dies! Corbin made my day and is a true example of exemplary customer service.

I just witnessed the store manager of this location get asked to help a gentleman whose car had broken down on the main street right out front of the store and without hesitation he was out the door to help him. He helped push the car off the busy road and into a empty lot. With all the negativity going on it was nice to see something positive.

Friendly courteous staff had what I needed in stock. Unfortunately staff did not present a competent degree of knowledge about auto repair. Also read the signs carefully because sale items will show a good price but the fine print says mail in rebate for an Auto Zone gift card. Not the same

I've been here a few times for minor car trouble. Today I visited this place for a new battery. I needed a new battery so I chose AutoZone. As long as they can get to the battery easily they will do it for free, otherwise you'll have to go somewhere else. They were fast sufficient and courteous I was out of there in no time. You may also get $18 off if they take your old battery. That, I didn't know. They are boarded up for reasons I don't know but yes they are still open.

Good shopping experience, I don't have a clue in a auto shop but they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the part i needed for my car and that made me feel comfortable. One of the employees even offered to help me put the part in my car, which i thought was really great. Store was clean and the employees were friendly.

I needed things for my car and I stopped by to check out the prices. Not only did I find good prices, the lady who works at the front is very knowledgeable about her job. Should I have a need for oil, windshield washer fluid and the like, if I were in that area I would go there again.

Today my husband went there with a friend. This girl who work there refused to take their order because my husband and his friend are Puertorricans or Hispanic. Even they were speaking English very well and she said that she can t talk with people like them. Never happened before also I like the service that other employees give to us but dear employee let me tell you something if you re black like us and you refuse to give us the service we deserve only because we re Hispanic you re wrong we re the same blood. Also we Puertorricans have 3 races in 1, Africans, Indians and Hispanic. We re humans beings like you. Get some education, I need you re in the wrong job!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Easily seen from the road with plenty of parking. Recommend joining their rewards program to increase savings and receive news letter with upcoming sales.
