What a great experience. Had to get my car to the mechanic. Called today (Sunday) and was answered right away. Richard shared that he could be there in about 45 minutes and gave me a heads up text when he was 15 min away. Came and did tow without any issues. Fair price!!!! Easy experience. Thank you!!! Def will use if need another tow in future.

Richard is a dependable and reliable person. My truck got stuck and it was a saturday evening, most of the towing services were closed, my insurance was ready to send help but by Monday afternoon. I called few towing services and one guy picked up and quoted $500 to help me out, was clearly trying to exploit the situation. Then someone provided me Richards contact, we called him and he came within 20 minutes. He charged me at normal rate (way cheaper than the first guy) despite knowing no one else was coming. He did a very efficient job and got me out within 10 minutes. He is now my go to person for future towing needs (though I don t wish to be in similar situation again)

Submitted a message online last night and received a call back in less than a minute. He came by this morning and picked up my junk car, absolutely hassle free. He was prepared for any situation, and cane with cash in hand. I had the best experience with Apex towing when I got rid of my junk van. They arrived very quick after I made the phone call and the van was gone in one hour. Also cash received was perfect, no hassle. I totally recommend this company for all towing needs or junk car removal.

Worst towing service dont hire this company ever. They didn t give me a quote pulled my car which was stuck on the side of our driveway and charged me 1025$. They are a rip off even the police officer was on our side.

Tried calling 4 other towing companies and only Apex was fine with getting my car from NJ to DE. Customer service was great and knew exactly where I was, and the shop I was taking it to. I had a truck to scrap and the owner was not only professional and polite but reasonable on pricing. I had cash in hand and the truck was removed in less than 30 minutes. Called Apex/Cash 4 Cars because I had a car that I just couldn't see dumping money into anymore. The guy I spoke to was very friendly and understanding. We set up a meeting time to go pick up my car. He was there in 20 minutes or so. He gave me a very fair offer along with a business card for their mechanic shop, and I gave him the title to my car. Very friendly people to do business with would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Apex.

The service I received was beyond exceptional and the driver of the tow truck Richard was super helpful during the entire process.
