Anthony and Stephanie were true professionals from start to finish! The glass in my wife's Lexus was replaced with factory glass and done in a way you'd never know it was shattered!

Five stars. Anthony came in well below the estimate I received from the nationally advertised company with the catchy jingle. Speaking to my auto dealer about calibrating the Lane Keeping Assist feature that would be required after replacing a windshield, they warned me about companies (such as the national company I just mentioned) not putting in the correct glass that might affect that feature. However, when I mentioned Anthony Volk Glass, they assured me that I had nothing to worry about and he was the person to go to. Again, they said this after I already found Anthony and got an estimate from him. They did not refer me to him. Seeing also how well reviewed he was on google, I didn't have any reservations about him replacing my windshield. I never even met Anthony in person and communicated directly with him through e-mail and phone through the whole process. He worked with my schedule and I felt that he really made my car a priority. I dropped the car off after business hours and picked my car up after business hours with no issues at all. It was completed when he said it was going to be completed and I paid what he originally estimated. And the windshield replacement is absolutely terrific. He used factory glass and even put the registration stickers/toll pass back where they were! I hope people who need windshield services in the Chester County area use Anthony Volk Glass exclusively.

Anthony's good reputation preceded him, which is always hard won. We had our windshield replaced today and he did a very nice job. The careful attention to finer details is always appreciated in a craftsman. For instance, the transferred PA State Inspection stickers were positioned perfectly. Anthony is highly recommended in my book too. Thank you, Anthony.

2021 Tesla Model 3. Tesla was no help replacing my glass except telling me to go to Anthony. He went and picked up the OEM glass and installed within a week. Very knowledgeable and meticulous with his installation. Staff is very friendly also. Highly recommend.

I had my windshield replaced about a week ago. Anthony is very customer focused. I sent him pics of the windshield. He made sure he had the right replacement. The appointment took about 2 hours. AVG treated me like family and they will treat you the same way. Patti was very helpful dealing with my insurance during the windshield replacement, Brian and Anthony both chatted with me regarding the repair, and Jim in the lobby creates great conversation. Used Anthony s business instead of the typical glass replacement. His crew came and changed my windshield out quickly and efficiently.Unfortunately a month after replacing my windshield another rock was kicked up off the highway from a construction truck and got a new ding in my new windshield. Called Anthony and went by his office in West Chester to patch it. He Patched it at no charge. Awesome !!!! Thanks Anthony!!A great place with good people and quick service. Use no one else........

Anthony and his team were simply amazing. After initially dealing with Safelite who failed twice, the dealer suggested Anthony Volk Glass. They were polite, professional, and didn't try to cross sell other unnecessary items just to make a buck. We're thrilled with their work and now having a windshield replaced on an older car that they were able to find. Highly recommend!!

The staff at Anthony Volk Glass are some of the most polite, competent and knowledgeable people I've encountered. They get 5 stars throughout the process. Their customer service when I called to inquire about replacing my cracked windshield, scheduling, courtesy reminder call and installation was off the charts especially in this industry. I had my windshield replaced about a week ago,Had a fantastic experience from the minute I called AVG . Anthony and Patti Rieben are very prompt in sending status updates, they are very pleasant, and Patti went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance company authorized an OEM windshield. When I picked up the car, it was clean, and I couldn't tell it had been worked on. Rather than using Safelite, I opted the original equipment and a high-quality installation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

If you need auto glass repairs - emergency or otherwise - you MUST choose Anthony Volk Glass! My 4 yo son dropped a rock from our 2nd story deck onto the sunroof of our 4Runner and shattered it completely . I called AVG after hours and by 7:40 the next morning, I received a call to get an appointment set up! We wanted to get quotes from Safelite and the dealership from which we purchased our car and neither of them called us back until days after our initial call! The customer service at Anthony Volk Glass is top notch. Seriously - these are kind, timely, efficient people who do an EXCELLENT job. My husband cannot stop talking about how great of a job they did repairing our sunroof! Don t sleep on AVG! 10/10 recommend!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Anthony and staff are knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I chose Anthony Volk Glass because when I originally called, Anthony was the only windshield replacement provider who took the time to explain how windshields are constructed to reassure me it wont collapse on me. They replaced my windshield on my Rav4, were 30 minutes early to the appointment at my house, and were finished within 45 minutes. The windshield looks fantastic, couldn't be happier. Some paint pulled off when they removed the tape that was securing the windshield to the roof while it dried, and unfortunately the roof needed to be repainted. Anthony made it so easy to get the car fixed, he handled the payment and was a joy to work with through this unfortunate incident. I genuinely recommend this company if you need an affordable and convenient windshield fix. Working with a business that actually cares about each interaction with a customer is better than a corporation who doesn't. Can't go wrong.

I made the mistake of going to Safelight for my windshield replacement a few years ago, and they totally botched the job and damaged my car. I then went to Anthony Volk Glass, upon recommendation from a close friend. To say that Anthony is meticulous is a huge understatement. He takes enormous pride in his work and the service was top notch. Anthony and his assistant came to me to perform the replacement, while I was at work. It was too easy. I have since recommended Anthony to all of my friends and family. I won't go anywhere else.

I am a repeat customer as I can't seem to get through a year without breaking the windshield in my Jeep. I would never go anywhere but Anthony Volk. Just had my first experience with Anthony Volk Glass. I had a chip repair done on the windshield of my Chevy Suburban. It is barely noticeable after the repair was done. Very happy with the service, quality of the repair and especially the communications. Anthony called me to let me know that the weather might prevent them from being able to do the repair, but the rain held out and they still came out even though they had a very busy schedule. Thanks so much!

Anthony is phenomenal. He replaced the windshield on my 2019 MINI Cooper convertible. Impeccable work using all OE parts, and worked with my insurance company to boot. Don t hesitate, just call and make your appointment! Seriously, 5 stars isn t enough.

Excellent service! They came right out to my house to replace my windshield which had been cracked beyond repair. They were very fast - the entire replacement took about 1/2 hour. Quality work - the new windshield looks and works great. And they were very nice and friendly. I hope I don't have another broken windshield in the near future, but if I do I know who to call.

Unsurpassed work. Anthony Volk Glass replaced my windshield professionally, after a heavily-advertised company turned my 3/4-inch star into a 3-inch crack before they left; the crack then grew to over a foot within a week.Anthony was recommended by my car dealership.Very pleased with Anthony's expertise, care, and service.

From the moment I walked in to Anthony's shop and met Anthony I knew I was in a quality shop! A national glass replacement company could not find tinted rain sensor front window glass for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee but Anthony was able to source and install within 24hrs! Thanks Anthony... you helped get my daughter back to college on time. I would trust this shop for quality work for sure!

Anthony has done 2 jobs for me, both times going above and beyond to keep me satisfied. The price was significantly lower than quoted by the dealer and the on-site work was done professionally, quickly and correctly the first time. He also went out of his way to assist me with a dealer which was trying to fail my inspection, quickly rectifying the issue. The service level is higher than expected, a rare thing in today. Thank you!

Great experience. Seamless. He knew all about insurance coverage and I only had to pay a small copay. Anthony came to my office and had the job complete in an hour or so and I walked back to my car and it was brand new! I wouldn t use anyone else to change my glass if I ever need again and would only recommend Anthony.

On my way to work, a dump truck merged in front of me and proceeded to spit out tiny rocks. I tried to break to move out of the range of the tiny bullets, but it was too late. One jumped up and hit my windshield scratching and chipping it in several locations. I called 4 places to find someone to seal/repair. One said I had to completely replace because it wouldn't pass inspection (liars), 2 could come out in a week and repair for well over $100 and then I spoke to Anthony. I explained the situation and he quoted me a little more than half of what the others quoted and could come out in 2 days. I made the appointment and actually had to change the time because I forgot about another appointment. Anthony was very accommodating given my error, came to my work and fixed the issue in about 10-15 minutes. He even charged me less than quoted because it was an easier fix than what I had described. It was so nice to deal with a company/individual that is honest. I don't write a ton of reviews, but I wanted to make sure that anyone looking for glass repair/replacement knew the best person to call.

I was having a crappy day and then to top it off, a rock cracks my windshield. I called Anthony Volk, and within a few hours he made a house call and had filled in the crack on my windshield to keep it from spreading. His crew was great! They were courteous, respectful and responsive. Heck, they even played with my one year old daughter so I could talk to him as he explained how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend this company.Do you yourself a favor and use this local company instead of other guys.

Very friendly and organized office staff went the extra mile to ensure an OEM windshield was approved by my insurance company. Car was spotless when picked up can't even tell it was worked on. Skipped Safelite and got original equipment and a high quality installation.
