Not a good spot to have a John Deere serviced. I cannot comment on the other services that they offer however. It's just not a great place to have a John Deere serviced. I had my X350 serviced here last year, and have had nothing but issues with the belt that drives the blades since.EDIT: The belt was messed up due to the services provided. Also wrong oil filter was used and had to be cutoff.

Had 2 Qauds tuned up and serviced. My Honda battery was dead after driving 3.5 hours on a trailer and tried to start it. Nonidea how that happened with no key in it while traveling. I took it to another shop to have it worked on. It ran terrible after they had it. That quad always started for years. No idea what they did but I told them money was not an issue. Just make it run better. My Suzuki won t hold idle and never recharges the battery. Again I told them just do what ever it takes. $1800.00 later I m FKD. Never going back. They must have freinds plugging in reviews. Fool me once shame on you.

All Terrain has serviced my zero turn mowers over the years and always done good honest work at a fair price. Highly recommend for mower maintenance.

Called All Terrain a while back and they were very up front with me on cost per hour and time-frame of work. When I dropped the motorcycle off they were still up front about how long it would take - basically first come first serve which totally makes sense to me. Just picked it up the other day - everything was explained and I even got my old parts back. I will also say John is very knowledgeable and was happy to talk through any thoughts or concerns I had. He gave me options and did not try to sway me either way which felt great. He even gave me some advice on riding areas.Thanks John!

What a great place. The customer service is outstanding, they went above and beyond to help me out. It's been a rough road since early December dealing with Coleman, however, all terrain was a great asset in dealing with all the problems we both were dealt with. I will certainly do business with them in the future and definitely recommend them. Great job, and thank you for all the work.

Stay away!I just spoke to one of the most ignorant, rude people ! I called up. I proceeded to tell him my name, and what kind of motorcycle I had, and before I could even tell him what my problem was he cuts me off and tells me he does not work on my kind of bike? I said well all I really needed was the tire fixed . He said well if you can take the tire off and bring it in he ll fix it like he s doing me a favor but I can t bring the motorcycle into his shop? And he said it in a way like it was a piece of junk which it is not.My recommendation would be to stay far away from this shop! To take that attitude and be so condescending and rude makes me think they don t care about much else?

I met brothers Dave and John about 7 years ago when I needed tires for my adventure motorcycle. Since then they have been the only shop I deal with. I've had mowers serviced, motorcycle and dirt bike parts ordered and many friendly conversations. It's hard to find genuine people to deal with recently and all terrain has been a breath of fresh air. These guys are the best. Cheers

Got my 20 year old bike running perfect. Better than when I bought it. Excellent communication and even better work! Highly recommend. I won't be going anywhere else ever again. Thanks again John and Dave

This place is great. I called and got my motorcycle tire installed same day. These guys do great work. I will be definitely using them again for my motorcycle service

Quality service at a great price! These guys are hands down the best small engine shop around when it comes to motorcycles, mowers, atv's etc. Everything is up front, no hidden fees or extra. It's great to have such an honest shop in town.

I used this place once with (what I thought) was no issues and a fair price. The work I had done was around $200. Less than a year later, the same issue I originally took my tractor in for was happening again. I assumed since it was the SAME EXACT issue, why not take it back to them and they would fix it at little or no cost (common courtesy in this industry). They went ahead and did additional work on the tractor WITHOUT consulting with us or giving us a quote. So they called my wife (not sure why not me) and told her the work was done and that it would cost $500! I was walking in from work literally as she got off the phone with them and called them RIGHT back and explained how i had not received a quote and I would not have agreed to the work for $500. I asked them, since they did not give me a quote, could they hold on to the tractor for a while until i decide whether to buy a new one or just get the work done. They agreed. A couple weeks later, we call and tell them that we will take the tractor with the repairs. They tell us they removed all the work they had done and that it would cost me $300 in storage fees (which I was never told about) WITHOUT the work done! I was blown away as you can imagine. Long story short, they basically gave me the ultimatum to pay for the original work or pay the fees and get it back broken. So with no better option, I decided to give them the work anyway and when my tractor was dropped off yesterday it came with a dead battery and no gas. It was dropped off with a (practically) brand new battery which always started with NO problems and a half tank of gas. Pretty miraculous how all of a sudden the battery is completely dead when it always started with never an issue.I only used this place as a recommendation from a friend and although the reviews are good I would stay away or make sure to take pictures and document everything you have before handing it over to them. Better yet, use someone you truly know and trust. That's typically what I do, but made a mistake this time around.

The owners of this shop are seriously the best! They really care about their customers and you can trust that they will always do the right thing. I drive out of my way to come here for repairs because I trust they will get the job done well.

Every motorcycle shop within 3 miles of West Chester has been absolutely horrible. I will say that I have only called the six or seven same shops on three occasions for one item each time. On each of the three occasions I either received no answer, no help, and not a whole lot of even kindness.So they all have a lot of work to do in my opinion.Quite simply and honest assessment of my personal experience, that's all folks.

Their website says something about being "tired of waiting months" for your repair and something about working on all sorts of motorcycles and lawn equipment. They won't look at my scooter without a lot of hemming and hawing and work on a limited number of brands, so I'm thinking the website was written by a copywriter or taken from another website. They claimed I bought a knock off that I can't get repaired elsewhere, which isn't true--I just have to go out of the area rather than local. These local guys are still blaming COVID for their woes. Stinks.

Picked Up our Mowers Next Day, and Had Then Fixed & Returned In 1 Week. Very Honest & Fair, They Called With An Estimate & Asked If They Could Proceed 1st too. Pickup and Drop off was only $50 Total and it would have been impossible for me to get them there too. Support Local Small Business Owners. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I purchased a Tanaka string trimmer and leaf blower here back 2016, and I bring them in for service every other year, just to make sure a professional has looked them over and cleaned/lubed/filtered them. I also had a problem with my push mower, and they were able to fit me into a very busy spring schedule, and make me feel like a valued friend as well as a customer. I also like seeing the "toys" there, which I always want. I also noticed building improvements to their shop, some new computers and new faces working at the shop, so their experience and friendly professionalism is really paying off !! I am thankful to support this business and you should too!

Just went there for the first time and it really is a good shop. Fair prices and great service. Not the biggest place shop out there but their service is second to none. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I called ahead and they got my new tires in quick and managed to change them while I waited which saved me a lot of driving. They are one of the few shops in the area that will install and replace mousse tire inserts. Thanks again guys, i'll definitely be back soon.

I brought my weed wacker in it wouldn't start and was out of string. They got it fixed and even showed me how to restring it for when it runs out. Great guys thanks again.

Started going to this shop because it was more affordable and after going here for 4 years now I won't go anywhere else to get my dirt bikes fixed. John runs a great shop, great customer service, quick return time, and the prices are great. Highly recommend going here.

Absolutely great experience with this shop. I had a long ride planned on my recently bought 1991 Honda XR250l. It was not running good so the day before I had to leave I looked at the carb and valves. The carb was missing the mixture screw.... I called around so many shops asking if they may have a mixture screw in stock. Everybody who I had talked to, knew nothing about carburetors. Everyone just suggested a carb kit which they would have to order. When I called All Terrain, the gentleman who answered knew that my bike would only have one of two carbs. He spent a little bit of time and said he may have what I need. When I got there, I realized I had told him the wrong part. He then went and found a Carb kit for a Suzuki and told me the mixture screw were the same between the models. He installed for me. When he told me the price (which include the carb kit for the Suzuki) I could not believe how extremely reasonable he was. I wouldn't have felt right if I didn't tip him.All and all, I called last minute. Received far beyond exceptional customer service, and a fair price. The real value here is dealing with someone who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, who isn't in business to rip people off. My Suzuki katana had been sitting for years and had all kinds of wiring and carb issues. They were able to get me running again quickly and at a fair price. NOTE: I spent a significant ammount of money renting a trailer. But save the money and have them pick it up. I had no idea they did pickups and it's much cheaper than renting a trailer.

Great service with excellent recommendations for my dirt bike with straightforward costs and time expectations. I will definitely use in the future and I highly recommend this shop for your lawn/garden, motorcycle and ATV repairs.

Amazing service. My repair was not an easy one and they came and picked up equip twice with no delays and didn't stop short until everything was running perfectly. THEN...they followed up a few days later just to make sure it was working correctly and I was happy. We need more companies like this out there !!!

Dropped my atv that won't start there last week. Called today to see if they had looked at it and was told they wont even look at it until Wednesday or Thursday. This would have been super helpful information to have when I called to see about bringing it in, or when I dropped it off. When I told him I may need to come and pick it up and bring it somewhere else to look at it sooner because we use the atv for work every day he was short with me. I guess I just miss good customer service and being up front with customers about a timeline.

These guys are super. The pricing is very reasonable, their quality is super, and their turnaround time is excellent. I hope I don't need them often, but when I do, it's nice to know they're around.

Knowledgeable owner and employees. More than fair pricing. Quality work. And despite what others say, they have an extremely fast return rate. If anyone knows a better shop, take your stuff there, so my stuff gets done quicker.

Had a problem with my bike starting and another local shop was unable to fix it. Went to All Terrain and within 4 days the problem was fixed and I was riding again! Fair pricing and nice guys will definitely return
