Called today for a last minute appointment for a deluxe detail. I was scheduled promptly by Darlene who was very helpful and courteous. Rafael was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process and any limitations due to the age of the car. This was a present for my daughter and she was thrilled with her car and how clean it looked . I was very pleased with the work. There is also a Groupon available.Will definitely use this business again!Services: Steam cleaning, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Getting them to respond was a bit difficult but once you did they followed up. Rafael who did the actual detail did a wonderful job. Don't expect to wait for it because it will take a long time but worth the wait.

Manny did an awesome job tinting my windows. The manager was very nice as well. I am so pleased with the finishing product. It looks very neat & natural. I will definitely recommend them.

I scheduled a 2-door tint job and a Prestige Deluxe Full Detail. The guys were very professional, explained the process and let me know my baby would be back in showroom shape. The waiting area was comfy and they do have free wifi. I'm 100% satisfied with the work that Rafael and Manny did. I will be back on a monthly basis to get the whip cleaned up!Services: Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Window tinting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This is one of those places where you shouldn't expect a magical job if it will take magic to really see a difference. Thankfully, Groupon got me a good deal on it.I brought my grandfather's car to get detailed a few days ago. It took four hours, but the young man who cleaned the car did a mediocre job. He didn't deep clean the seats or the steering wheel. I was able to wipe those with a wipe, and dirt was coming off. He also didn't remove the stains from the sunroof upholstery. I tried to explain that hydrogen peroxide may work, but he walked off and slammed the door.The work he did was very basic even though the car needed a deep cleaning. I'm not sure if he didn't have a steam gun or just didn't do the detail properly. He and his manager came to my grandfather's house the next day to clean the car better. It took only 40 minutes but took him 4 hours alone for work that only required 2 hours.Having a car detailed is possibly something you only need done once. My grandfather very likely won't even be driving anymore, and my own car was detailed in Brookhaven (who also did a only decent job), so I see no more plans for another detail in my soon future.

I found this business on Groupon which was a great deal. I had an appointment booked for over a month and even took off work for this appointment. They canceled on me the day before and did not offer a different time that day. Not only did I miss out of work but Groupon does not refund, only gives credit. This place is unreliable.

Manny and Ralph were AMAZING!! They are so very kind and accommodating! Once I got to the shop, they walked me to the office where they have a tv, microwave, and water for customers and let me know I could watch what I wanted and help myself to the water. Once my car was finished, I was impressed by the job and they both told me if there is anything that comes up to let them know and they will fix it. They really stress customer satisfaction, and they provided that 100%! Would absolutely recommend and will be going back for a detail.Service: Window tinting

We take our company vehicles here to get detailed and have had perfect results every time. We couldn t believe the transformation. In the environments we work in, the trucks can get very dirty. I had a wonderful experience with this detailer. They did an excellent job on my car! I plan to use them exclusively to clean my car from now on. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a detailer to go here first. You won't be disappointed.
