When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted by Jackie. She was so kind, attentive and helpful. Jackie was helping another customer and Matt asked me how could he help. I was able to get the lightbulb I needed to replace in my car and he was very knowledgeable of what I needed. Thanks Jackie and Matt for being so nice, professional and going above and beyond. Great customer service.

Absolutely love this location because of Matt he is soKnowledgeable and helped me so much he installed a battery for me and did and amazing job.Amazing service will come back again!!

Most of the employees here are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the website will say certain things are in stock that actually aren't, so it's best to call before you drive over there.

I like going to this one, because the people know what they're talking about. So much better than other stores, that only just have parts pickers. Hey sorry I haven't got a chance to get to your store I'm sure you get this all the time but I thought you were AutoZone. Sorry but at least you get the reading right I'll keep that

They were very helpful and quick. I purchased wiper blades for my finances car and they install them. Also sold me some great windshield washer solution. I love Advance Auto Parts!

Terrible. My battery died, had to keep car running. I wanted to purchase a new one. I called the day before spoke to Brian. Went to Advance auto next day, Brian said battery still good. He tested it and advise to just drive and clran pff the acid witb coca-cola and it should be recharge..i had battery since 2017..went I purchase the car. Strange !! I followed Brian suggestion on what he said. Next day battery dead again. Called spoke to Brian, now he said, I can get someone to come get a battery to put it in my car. Apparently, he did not care At ALL. I will Never go here again. Went to autozone..excellent service. They chk alternator- very good and battery- he said look at it..its collapsed and separating. It could hv explodedI have pictures. I was upset with Advance Auto Brian. But thankful to Autozone for caring enough to help and educate me. Fo not use Advance Auto.

Called the store to inquire if the brake pads I need for my vehicle were instock. The man answered the and placed me on hold. After 10 minutes of being placed on hold I drove to the store while remaining on hold. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes later still on hold. I walked into the store and waited in line still on hold. The employee Chris also man who put me on hold finished helping a customer then placed parts in the back. I'm still on hold! Lonnie another employee working was helping another customer and while assisting her he answered the phone and assisted that customer. Now Chris returns to the desk didn't take me off hold. Chris asked another customer who was behind me, if he needed help. This customer said I was first. When I told him I have been on hold with him for over 20 mins and then watched him walk to the back, come back out and ask another behind me for help, Chris did not take to well to that. He told me I needed to leave because I didn't have a mask on, although my nose and moth were covered. What a joke that place is. It should also be noted that Lonnie's (other employee) face was covered but not with a medical mask

Great place to do business the staff is very helpful and take good care of there customers the Manager does a great job with his staff and customers I give him a 10 plus keep up the great job that you and your Team is doing

Glenn is a top notch associate for Advanced Auto Parts. He always greets me and makes my shopping experience a very pleasant one. I highly recommend shopping at the Advanced Auto Parts in Boothwyn. You won't regret it!

Visited store for 1st time on 10/1. Store had the brake pads I was looking for, for my SAAB and the parts person was helpful and courteous.

been there 3 times for a front turning headlight and they still havent sold me the right one. also was in for a scan for my car and their scanning machine did not work.

come here very often have run into numerous times the manager being directly rude the first incident was with a starter return the manager took the box and rushed me talked to me in a rude manner most recently I took waste oil there again the manager was rude to me about and complained to me about how its not their problem used to be great don't know what's happening now

Worst customer service especially do not!!!! Get a job here they will fire you for calling out sick with a note from the doctor! Very big attitude when you call them as well!

Ordered 3 Windshield wiper blades online for store pick up next day. When I arrived only 2 were at store the 3rd one was in transit. Credit card chg was slightly higher than store chg. Have to call customer service to resolve.
