I relayed the information that I would need a new battery when I called and I was told no problem they would be able to replace at my home. Later I was told we can jump you and you can drive yourself to the shop to get a battery installed. Not very convenient at all. Where s the service I was promised????

I try to use AAA for the first time ever, and instead of sending help they tell me I have to set up my account all over again, how insulting! I was on the side of the road with a low battery on my phone in dire need of assistance and you want me to make a new password and give you new payment info? Not cool! AAA works the same way as American healthcare! The tow company towed me for a third of the price it would have cost to reinstate my membership.

Ray is and knows so much. What he doesn t know he will figure outGreat experience. You check in at desk. They call you up to an agent. I would expect to wait a while. I don t think you can blame AAA or the employees, you never know how complicated what the other member s needs are going to be.We transferred a boat trailer from a state where they don t title my weight of trailer. Ray figured it all out for us.

Notary service was great, friendly very helpful. The greater at the desk on the other hand, yikes. Betty apparently was having a bad day or just naturally super arrogant. She talked to us like we were dumber than a box of rocks. I m glad my company doesn t treat clients like that! Wow is all I have to say!

Called 2 days in a row for roadside assistance. Stuck on phone for an hour and a half listening to piano music. By the time, they picked up the phone,it was too late to take my vehicle to my mechanic. I've been a member for 22 years. Thinking of finding another company!

Wonderfully pleasant, nice, courteous people. They helped us w/ several different things we needed done. We got two types of extremely reasonable insurance quotes. Tabitha was really patient, understanding & didn't rush us & wasn't pushy at all.

I went to here to add another vehicle to an existing policy and do a title transfer and they told me that they were to busy to take care of me on either side and said that if they get to me before they close they will. And gave me the option to go outside and wait in the heat and will call if they have time to see me that day. I have never went to a AAA insurance building and been handle so rudely

I have had two experiences with my local AAA office. The first was for my application for a handicap placard. It never came. After several calls turns out they never mailed the form. Second experience was for a canoe registration. The long lines are for the most part not their fault but the people are ignorant. We have been members of AAA for years but now questioning our decision to stay for so long. I thought membership had it s privilege in this office they are rude no matter what.

My wife and I went to this office in the hopes of finding great deals on auto and home insurance bundles! We were not disappointed as our agent Tim Pfister was great! He went over our current policy that we had with another company along with AAA's offering to get the best deal possible! Since we had AAA road coverage already we got even a better deal! We went with AAA"s insurance and had piece of mind knowing we not only saved money, got better coverage, but had a great agent in Tim to help us when needed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This place insures a woman who caused me bodily harm via her awful driving. Not gonna name any names but this woman is the reason people over 60 should be taking public transportation.

5 stars for the folks at this branch! They went above and beyond to try to help. Unfortunately, they seem to be limited by corporate policy and cannot transfer titles per the PA DMV's rules - they make up their own rules, which aren't always possible to follow. If you're looking for a title transfer, go somewhere else. Not worth wasting your time here, there are plenty of other places that charge a similar amount are able to work within PA's rules. No reason to waste time and money here (in my case, transfer fees/taxes were incorrect and higher than they should have been).

Loved how attentive to my needs they were - I needed to register an out-of-state car. Also their COVID-19 policy gives me a peace of mind. They only allow so many people at a time inside.

I went today to get my out of state title and registration handled and was helped by Lisa. She was absolutely amazing! Such a nice woman and doesnt make you feel like you're bothering her by being there like they do at the license center in Chippewa. I will definitely go to the Rochester AAA for anything for my car in the future. Only downside right now is since Corona, they have everyone wait outside and i waited for just under an hour on a Monday at 2pm. No big deal and can't blame anyone there for that. Oh and the lady who answered the phone everytime we called (I think her name was Peggy or something close) was also super helpful and kind. Love the people there.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The female agent was INCREDIBLY RUDE and just sarcastic. I would tell my friends to run from this place. Asking questions is apparently unacceptable because I got the feeling it was interrupting her from doing something.

Excellent customer service. You're usually in and out under 30 minutes, depending on how busy they are. I've been a member there now for 14 yrs. Only place I go to for car registration.

I sold a vehicle I owned to another individual. Had the title transfered here. The next day I realized I transfered the wrong title to another vehicle I currently own and drive. When I realized it. I called I told them about it and they told me that sorry once they put the paperwork through there was nothing they could do to stop it. Spoke to one manager and she told me sorry nothing we can do for you. The person I sold my vehicle now owns mine and I still his the vehicle I sold to him. When he received the title we were going back and the title transfers again They told me it wasn't their fault it was mine which I'm not denying. But they were getting paid to do a job they also had the responsibility to double check. This could have been prevented if they would be took an extra two seconds to double check. Even though I am AAA member I wouldn't recommend anyone do any business here. They're a very rude and unprofessional bunch of people. Their negligence caused me a whole bunch of grief.

Platinum members for 10 years!! AAA has degraded into the worst service I have ever seen for example we called for roadside assistance, key was stuck in ignition, worn tumbler, the tow truck driver shows up and informs us that we have Key tumbler insurance up to $150 for replacement and they will call locksmith for us. We proceed to call AAA for the locksmith and they had absolutely no locksmith available after three different calls to three companies. We decided to have the car towed to the house after the tow was complete the driver demanded that we pay his tolls back to Ohio. Discussing the unreasonable nature of asking us for tolls for AAA platinum members, he got angry and was about to leave we told him he needed to put the automatic transmission back in place for use and he was also angry that we had to ask him to do this. Tow truck driver was about to leave and we were asking him for the keys. We get the keys to the truck and he leaves and we noticed that our automatic start FOB is missing. The next day we make two phone calls one to a locksmith and the other to the tow company to get our fob. The locksmith in Newcastle told us it was gonna cost us $400 to get our ignition Tumblr fixed. We explain to him that we have the AAA insurance and he says he doesn t really care about that that he was going to charge us that no matter what. We disagree with his position and he proceeds to start throwing profanities at us. The tow truck company calls back and we explain to The person what happened with the key fob and they begin to explain to us that they did not have the key fob.We call our AAA main office and we also called the headquarters office in Florida and explain to him how awful this situation is turned.Like all things AAA they tell us that they care and it matters but we have heard nothing no sense and have no resolve in the end it cost me $70 for me to replace the Tumblr on my own and it s gonna cost me an additional $400 for me to replace the automatic start system.AAA is a simply awful service and there has to be another alternative. Don t waste your money on this awful joke of a racket. Will be switching to Goodsam roadside assistance.

People there are great. They're always busy, and need people to understand it's not their fault that you have to wait. Be kind!!!

Given wrong information over phone and when I went for my service I needed I was given poor service and attitudes and ended up leaving and going to a different location and had no issues. Will not be using this location in future and do not recommend to others!

Terrible customer service. They don't even know the rules for tag and titling a vehicle. Tried to charge me additional money and they blamed it on the State.Go somewhere else.

Didn't have to wait long which is an A+ all by itself. The lady helped with my request quickly and I was on my way. Thanks AAA!

This place is nothing fancy. It is just a place to rest at night. The hot tubs are either too hot or too cool.

The people were kind and respectful. But with the new restrictions, it took an hour just to renew my registration.
