Very happy with the work I had done. Took my car in after a glancing hit with a deer. They assisted with getting the rental car delivered to me. They communicated every step of the way. When they found more damage than the adjuster had noticed, they took care of working with the insurance company to ensure coverage and they finished up and returned my car to me 3 days before their original estimated completion date. When I picked up my car, I was given a detailed list of everything that happened during the work, down to the details of every part they even touched. And, in addition to all of this, they also provided me with the information for recalls on my vehicle. Professional, quick, efficient, great customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A very good place for all your body shop needs. Staffs here are friendly , attentive , welcoming. Very informed staffs and make sure customers are attended well. Jeff here is more enthusiastic and attends customer with energy. There even suggest to get the rental car(if applicable) with hertz so you can drop the car and pick the rental car from the shop(so I don t need to drive to rental car company). All bookings are appointment based and they are very good on maintaining timing and make sure to deliver on time or before that. Work done by shop is above expectation and surely will recommend this location to my friends and family.

I have interacted with 3 D Collision three times all due to no fault of my own. Two acts of God and one issue in a parking lot. Very professional each time. Customer service was stellar and even had my rental car ready for the drop off and pickup. The work was excellent. Could not even tell there had been $4,600.00 of hail damage on my brand new car. This is a body shop not a collision center. They didn t run any diagnostics on our vehicle, they just made cosmetic fixes. They had the car for 3 weeks & returned it to us with a tail light that wasn t wired correctly so we had to return it for them to fix that, which they did. What they didn t fix was the damage from the accident besides putting some new paint on a tail bumper (my wife was rear ended). The car was returned with major clunking sounds that were worse then after the accident. We have had to bring to 2 separate mechanics to see what work needed to be done to have a safe vehicle to drive my child around in. We tried returning the vehicle to this establishment for further repairs & were told they didn t do diagnostics & would need to charge us for sending the car to the mechanics they work with. Rude customer service. What a sham. Stay away.

My first time using a body shop, and it's very pleasant thanks to a friend's recommendation to 3D Collision in West Chester. A whole team with very friendly and throughout attitude, when the most remarkable member is Jennifer, has helped me a great deal by informative updates of the whole process - related towing, rental and insurance. Jenn handled everything and I just needed to come signing some paperwork.They did a good job on my car too, I get it back very happy.Thanks Jenn and the whole team!

I have been using 3D for as many years as I can remember for all my Allstate repairs to my cars. It is always a great experience. Always kept informed and if by any chance I had a problem and that was only once. They fixed the problem.

Took my car in after I hit a deer; The entire process from booking to pick up was smooth. Customer service is amazing, I got my car back as promised and they kept me informed throughout the entire time. Always happy...20 years and 3 cars later . Jeff ,Lorna and the rest of the team are top notch people, even representing us and getting involved when OUR ...yes OUR... Insurance Company tried to compromise my repairs.Who does that anymore ??While the integrity of the front of the house rivals only the excellent workmanship being done downstairs to your vehicle.Consistent , reliable, and friendly.Always be back.

Took my car in for some bumper repair due to a minor parking lot accident and this place went above and beyond. Staff is friendly and very informative. Did a great job with my car and color matching. My daughter's car suffered some substantial front end/drive train damage. 3D kept us informed at every step of what was required, and developed a schedule for the expected repairs. We got the car back on schedule and it looked great! Highly recommend the crew at 3D on Boot Road - great team to work with. The whole was very friendly, and very easy to work with.

I've taken my BMW to this location for my rear bumper replacement (insurance) the first time, & my front fender replacement (out of pocket) the second time. Both times have been great communication with the customer service, & the paint & body work has been spot on. Gaps have been good, mounted properly, & color blending good so it doesn't have solid lines where the new paint & old paint was.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2018 Toyota Camry to be repaired after I rear ended a pick up truck. The people at 3D did an incredible job explaining the process, the repairs necessary and the timeline. On top of that, when I got my car back, it looked better than even before the accident! They did an excellent job fixing the car and even cleaned the interior for me. Very professional. My Yukon XL needed front end body work including head light replacement, grille, bumper, parking sensors, paint etc. When I got it back I swear my car looked better than even before the accident! Car washed tire shine smelled good.My favorite part about working with this business was the communication and updates. At some point my car had to go to the dealer. I was informed on every step via text and phone call. When the paint was done, front end was done, when they scheduled for the car to leave the shop, when it got there and returned, the different costs and repairs. Jeff really put my worries to ease. This was my first experience with 3D collision and in my opinion, they went above and beyond. The pictures speak for themselves.

3D Collision were wonderful to work with. They were thorough in reviewing the issue s with my car damage. They even pointed some things out that I had overlooked. Their communication was great. I prefer text messages. There were daily updates on where my car was in the process and what was being done next. The best was they estimated the date of completion and hit that date. I would recommend 3D Collision.

3D worked with our insurance company to provide an estimate for repairs. Ultimately our vehicle was totaled by the insurance company, however their excellent service and communication in a stressful time was much appreciated. We will definitely keep them in mind for future services if needed.
