I traveled down from upstate NY for a RX 2 weeks ago, it was a pleasure to work with these people. Paul Pollikoff and Jeremy greeted me at the entrance, Paul was very professional and my car was carefully detailed/waiting for me in the showroom, also he has prepared everything needed for out of state registration . The dealership itself is neat and spacious and I found it better than any of the Lexus dealers in upstate NY. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend this dealer to anybody.

Truly a pleasant buying experience. This very friendly dealership presented all the benefits of dealing with them right from the moment we walked in.Our salesman, Vince was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us all the gadgets and features in our used 2021 RX350L car purchase. The actual buying process was also extremely fluid and easy .Tom handled the transaction seamlessly.

What a great service experience! Not only did technicians perform the requested service on time and on budget, but they also diagnosed and solved other hidden problems and quelled concerns I had about other wear items . The car always feels and drives better after it s serviced at Lexus of Chester Springs. The service advisors communicate well (Steve is great!), and set clear expectations. On top of all of that, drop off and pick up was fast and easy ..only minutes and no hassle.

Jack is very nice person from this dealer. Very professional and patient person. He had very good attitude to help us when we met him at first time, showed different kind Lexus car to us, introduced and let us tried couple cars with us together. After we make decision, he was keep in touch with us until we got desired car last Saturday. We are appreciate his good service.

I'd absolutely recommend them.Jake was a great salesman, there was no high pressure for anything, just clearly laid out options, costs, and pros/cons.Overall everything was just easy. If you a looking for a Lexus, look no further and visit Lexus of Chester Springs. Not only they have in stock, but more importantly the Exceptional Customer Service they provide. At any given point my sales representative Austin never made me felt pressured and had assisted me from the test drive, answering any questions, and to the buying process. So what are waiting for???

I wanted to find a specific interior and exterior of a Lexus RX and not being able to find that combination at my local dealer I broaden my search. I located the car out of state and figured it would be quite the undertaking. Much to my surprise this dealership was a pleasure to work with in completing my purchase. They were able to give me a price that i was pleased with and terms that were more favorable than my local dealer. The sale was completed digitally in a very easy process. They even arranged economical shipping of the car to my location several states away. Thanks to Jeremy and Allison in making this the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever experienced.

Lexus of Chester Springs is very well run. I live in New Jersey and was worried what hoops I would have to jump through to buy a car in Pennsylvania. It was so seamless. The price was so much better, that it was worth the trip.

Lexus of Chester Springs has consistently been incredible. Bruce their valet is always wonderful to chat with and today I asked for my interior to be restored after I punctured some holes in the leather when moving some flooring and they did a beautiful job without needing to replace the panel. Everyone is professional and enjoyable to interact with. I highly recommend Lexus of Chester Springs.

The whole process of buying Lexus was smooth and seamless. Austin was very professional and responsive to all my questions and entire dealing was done on phone without stress once I specified what I was looking for. I was pleased with deal I got, the car was ready the day I went to pick it up. Paperwork was quick and Tom made the process pain free.

Excellent experience purchasing a new RX here. My sales consultant Ben and the manager Josh have been very professional and patient. The entire process was very smooth and you don t feel being pushed to make decisions at all. Pricing is transparent. You pay what you see without any disgusting additional charges like other dealers would do. I enjoyed doing business with them. Highly recommend this location!

Paul Pollikoff at Lexus of Chester Springs is truly superb at his job! In a time when it can be incredibly challenging to get the car of your dreams, Paul made it happen for us! Our new Lexus TX is truly beautiful and we honestly have it because of Paul. He went above and beyond to assist us in detailing the specifications for the car we wanted and then worked to make it happen for us - as quickly as they could. The purchase process was painless, from working with Paul to determine what our needs were to engaging Todd Martellacci in finance, the acquisition of my new car was easy and efficient.Paul also spent a great deal of time walking through the fabulous features of our car and I know I will be able to reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns adjusting to them all! Great experience with the salesman. His manager went very low on our trade and gave ridiculous reasons as to why. They ended up giving more but I should have looked elsewhere ahead of time. They had us because we had a hold on the car but risked losing it if we walked away because the TX is in short supply. My advice would be if you have a trade look elsewhere to get better value for it or to have in writing for leverage. But again, the salesman was very helpful.

I brought my G350 in for 75k service. When I went to pick it up I forgot to use my coupon and I left my garage opener in the loaner. I returned with the coupon and Illa (the service rep) was more than patient, retrieving my opener and taking $100 off of my bill. She went out of her way to satisfy me and I appreciate it!

Marco, service person, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He had my vehicle serviced and inspected in a timely manner. He was also nice enough to help connect my Bluetooth to my audio system. Excellent employee!!!!

Just wanted to share my extremely positive experience last week buying a new Lexus RX and trading in my 2017 Lexus. Jake was amazing though out the entire process with timely responses to my many questions. He was also wonderful when delivering the car and explaining and setting up the technology stuff. Ahmad came to my house to finish the technology tutorial and was knowledgeable and accommodating.Josh was also terrific when we were negotiating the trade in and sale price etc. and Tom in Finance was awesome to work with too. All in all the entire team at Chester Springs Lexus were professional and a pleasure to work with in every phase of the purchase/delivery.

Excellent Dealership.Our salesperson was S ba and he is excellent. Great follow up and a very nice personality. You can tell he loves his job.Lexus of Chester Springs is easy to get to on RT 100, and when you need service they will come to your house and drop off a loaner while they fix your car. Excellent service.My wile and I use to purchase Mercedes SUV sand this is the first time we switched to Lexus because of the styling, service and reliability.When we picked up our new car it was raining so they brought it inside. Below is our SUV.As an update we just brought it back for the 6 month service check up and I was greeted by a very nice man who offered to help me get items out of my car to check into service. Very good service group
