Great service, prompt replies and appointment schedule. Appointments are on time and completed quickly. I used ot for Hitch installation to Toyota Highlander. Completely satisfied and will definitely use in future and will recommend it as well.

Coming in with a bit of a weird story, but these guys are amazing! I broke down on the side of Pottstown Pike about half a mile away, and on a whim walked into the shop and asked to borrow a tank of gas to fill up. Not only did the guy (Paul) give me a gas tank, he gave me ride down to my car, filled the tank up for me, and made sure I was safe to drive! Thank you Paul and everyone at Eagle Auto!

I have a 2014 car with 186,000 miles on it that wouldn't pass inspection. Car sense wanted 2500 to fix it to get it through inspection. I went to Eagle collision and worked with Rob and Kris. They were willing to take a more economical approach and try and correct the issue one step at a time. They were very understanding of my not wanting to dump $2500 into the car if not needed. Well it took a couple of different attempts but thanks to their patience and willingness to take this approach, my car has now passed inspection and I saved 1900 bucks.. they have earned a customer who will be a regular going forward. It's great to support a local establishment that cares about their customers concerns vs. how much they can make off you.

The team at Eagle Collision consistently does a great job. I've unfortunately had to had multiple cars repaired in the last few years. Each time they delivered exactly as described, on-time and doing a fantastic job. They are always very fairly priced - which makes them a home run.

Eagle collision is a local shop near me and the people there are awesome. They work quickly and are super skilled at what they do. I recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Gave my car for detailing ... the service stopped at "D". Went in the next day, car is not washed, not waxed, engines are not cleaned and basic cleaning was not inside the car but just a superficial wash outside. After some discussion, they agreed to redo or should say "actually do the work". The next morning, engines were cleaned, but inside still the same. Wish i had paid for service via Credit card would have "disputed the amount". NEVER AGAIN!!!! Oh by the way, i went in after reading all good reviews :), totally disappointed. Avoid this place.

I took my 8 year old Volvo S60 that had 2 parking incidents to Eagle Collision for repair. For a very reasonable price they repaired both areas to like new condition without replacing both fenders. I was very pleased and would definitely go back if needed.

I had a great experience at Eagle Collision. They were accommodating to my schedule, communicated effectively, managed everything with the Insurance company for me, and repaired my car perfectly. I Highly Recommend Eagle Collision! They are a great Chester Springs business!!!

I can't believe they call themselves "German Car Specialists". I took my car here out of my own choice for insurance work because I like to support local business. I had my front bumper replaced and asked to have all of the broken plastics that were damaged from the accident replaced as well. After many weeks of calling with no answer, multiple false promises of completion dates, etc I finally got my car back almost a MONTH later. The bumper looked alright at first, but then I noticed that the bumper was not aligned properly, there were paint drips in multiple places, the fitment was incorrect (specifically the headlight alignment), the lip had a huge gap due to incorrect mounting, the driver side headlight brackets were broken, etc. I took the bumper off myself and found even more of a mess. The plastics that I asked to be replaced were simply epoxied back together, and on top of that some of the broken bumper mounts were held on with self tapping screws instead of properly replacing the parts. What a joke. Insurance can't help me out now because I chose this place on my own. If you care at all about your car stay away from here.

Great locally-owned repair center. They will work with you especially providing value service for an older car without collision. Good work on newer, covered cars as well

didn't really get any service except waste of a working day . They kept my car whole day for state inspection , only to be told in the evening we didn't do anything . Called 5 times , left voicemail but no one responded whole day or had the courtesy to call back
