There's so many good things to say about Greg Kong besides the exceptional superchargers and service. I placed my order on a Friday morning, and my supercharger shipped that day. Arrived packed extremely well on the following Tuesday with a sweet Kong T- Shirt. On top of it all, Greg actually answers the phone when you call. Lifetime customer here!

Kong performance gen 3 lid surpassed my expectations. This thing is coldddd. I ll never have to worry about high iat s as I did with the factory lid and C&r bricks. Total game changer. Thanks Kong

Great company to deal with, awesome product! My company JDM Engineering has used Kong a few times for 2020 GT500 Supercharger porting and throttle bodies. Both products work excellent and helped us to gain huge performance on our customers vehicles!

I honestly can t say enough great things about Kong Performance. I ve been a customer since 2015, getting to know the owner Greg has been an absolute pleasure. I ve never once had an issue. The quality and customer service I ve received has always been top notch, along with all the Kong performance products/parts! Greg always goes way above and beyond to service his customers. He s extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest! It s extremely rare as hens teeth to find someone with all these qualities that isn t full of BS! Kong performance is the real deal!If there was ever a list made of 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile and 60-130 & 100-150 times you would clearly see kong performance cars are at the top of the list dominating the competition! I am beyond satisfied how well my ZR1 has turned out.If you are looking for the best in the business then look no further. I highly recommend Kong performance for all your LS9, LSA, LT4 , LT5, Hellcat, Demon, TrackHawk, Redeye, GT500, supercharger porting needs and more!

Greg and the Team at Kong Performance are the best! Greg personally answered all questions and concerns I had, even helped me troubleshoot my issue with my LSA blower by having me send videos to him. Hard to find great customer service but these guys blew my expectations away! 10/10 thanks again guys!

I inquired about an order I had placed. Greg emailed quickly and said it would be shipping in the next day or 2. I asked about overnight shipping and again he responded with absolutely we can do that. He helped make a big deadline. Great communication for a small business. Hard to come by these days.

Awesome experience. Was very skeptical about shipping my LT4 supercharger at first and had so many questions. Greg crushed the whole process. Very good communication answered all my questions and doubts and I m enjoying my car a lot more . Well worth the time and work and would recommend to anyone wanting to get work done from these guys !!

I am currently waiting on a package from Kong I ordered a hptuner device over a week ago now, I have yet to get a tracking number I ve tried multiple time to get a hold of them to get info. All I get is a voicemail and no response to emails I paid $25 for shipping something that should ve cost $5 I would thought it would been shipped out in a timely manner. The customer service experience just isn t there!Update: waited almost another 3 weeks for my tuner to arrive, only received very spotty and non informative emails from Greg. He stated he hasn t heard anything from hp tuners all week. but When I email them I get a message back next day at the latest. I believe that I am being misled because Greg also stated they re loosing money on my sale because they made a mistake with pricing on their website. Long story short I haven t received my tuner, But I have been charged in full, my car hasn t been able to move in over a month. Don t like leaving bad reviews but this situation really got under my skin. Needless to say I ll be going elsewhere for my performance part needs.

The craftsmanship of Kong Performance is spot on for anyone looking to take their build to the next level. Ultimately that is what counts. Customer service is great once you are able to establish communication, but establishing that communication can be tricky due to how busy they are.

I ordered an Anodized Black Trackhawk 108mm throttlebody ..was shipped and arrived in Australia in record time (4 days). Was securely packed, and the throttlebody itself is extremely well built and looks amazing.I cant recommend these guys enough

The only place to get a supercharger ported. They make the most power and are absolutely hands down the most reliable people with the best customer service. The owner is kind, responsive, and willing to answer any questions, anytime. Their LT4 supercharger gets down like y all wouldn t believe! Looking forward to future projects with this company.

Dropped my blower off to Greg over the winter to get my blower Ported for my 2019 mustang gt. Greg was super easy to work with , notified me when it was done ( about weeks time ) and I went and picked it up. Super easy guy to deal with. Also dalton , was very informative with his information and answered any questions I had. My car was on 12-13 psi on stock 3.5 pulley with 15% lower , with kongs port , its now on 16-17 psi without touching a thing. Very happy and 100% recommend them!

Greg was great to work with. Answered all my questions about his service and my options. Had my sc and snout ported with a 2.3 pulley. Turn around time was about 7 days (including weekend).. No complaints, My Zo6 is very happy.

Great experience with Kong. We purchased a 2650 for my CTS-V last year and it went flawless. The car picked up 150hp over a max effort LSA blower.More recently I used their porting service for my Trackhawk super charger and snout along with purchasing their 108mm throttle body.Best Porting service, the shop who built and tuned my trackhawk said it made 2-3lbs more of boost than other porting services. It is really nice to know they use high quality in house CNC machines compared to others who hand port or sub contract their porting.

So previously I had written a bad review of Kong performance due to some frustration I was having with communication and time related issues but I want everyone to know that Greg Kong personally called me and discussed what happened and made sure to help me understand what caused the delays. I appreciate that and I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars just based on that phone call!! Greg is a good guy

From turn around time to finished product quality and customer service Greg has gone above and beyond to meet the requirements needed. Very professional, honest and involved while updating me. Anyone questioning where to go for supercharger porting i would absolutely recommend Kong Performance.

I previously got my blower ported with Kong performance and bought numerous other parts and personally had not just a bad experience but probably the worst all around anywhere from not getting a response for week or even longer at a time, being lied to, and then almost even being robbed of my supercharger this ordeal lasted 3 months and just not worth it in my opinion with alot of other better shops out there. This place needs a customer service team and not just having to deal with one biased owners opinions and what he thinks is right wich Is actually unfair like telling some one a price for a job and repair on a supercharger and guaranteeing it would be just that on 3 separate occasions then trying to upcharge them for the repair, or giving them the option to keep there supercharger completely and and still be charged full price for a 2650 like that's personally obserd in every way shape or form and this is all through emails,messages, and phone calls with both me and the shop building the car (actual facts). My recommendation is to use another shop don't go through the same headaches there's good shops out there for porting and parts that have actual great customer service out there, I WAISTED alot of good money for just headaches and a horrible experience. REGRETFULResponding to the response:We actually spoke about this on the phone for about an hour you and I, I let you know that you assured me this twice on email one to me, one to my builder, you spoke to both of us on the phone in separate occasions and assured the same thing as well as on social media and the day we spoke about this you where taking no fern answer and didn't even take into consideration that you said these things you still only gave me those options of keeping my supercharger for free and charging me full price for a 2650 or paying the upcharge, didn't even get a hey you know what I was wrong sorry let me do this for you, nothing. you where just more like sorry not my problem deal with it.Was a very unpleasant experience to say the least and wouldn't go through it again wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.Thank you.

They are one of the top performance shops. They are always trying to do everything as best as they can for their customers. I ve known them for 5 years and never had one issue with them. Highly recommended!
