This is my second time doing business with Executive Auto Body and per usual they have exceeded my expectations. Fran is a true professional and great at what he does. When someone is passionate about what they do it reflects on their work. That being said my car came out beautiful! Everyone who I ve come in contact with here from the receptionist Katie to Fran himself were very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 definitely recommend bringing your car here for all your repair needs! Thank you so much!!

I made a huge mistake having my 2006 Jeep repaired at this place, Executive Auto Body in Cheltenham, PA, when I dropped it off on, 3/11/2024. I should have listened to State Farm when they highly encouraged me to take the vehicle to a State Farm PREFERRED shop; though, I knew of this shop from a friend. The Jeep had front driver's side bumper and beyond damage. The appt. was scheduled and the repairs were complete in a couple of days. When I picked up the Jeep, the paint looked good upon quick inspection. Once I got home and really inspected, I noticed the driver's side headlamp was loose and not secured, and the front grill was hanging on by the push pin retainer clips under the hood. Upon further inspection, the front bumper was hanging too low, and what clips were remaining and not broken on the front grille did not meet up with the bumper to securely snap-in, and I doubt they ever will. There is a larger gap between the driver's side headlamp than the passenger side. The passenger side of the bumper, where it should meet the passenger side fender, is off by a quarter to a half inch or more. I'm not even sure the steel underneath the bumper is repaired properly, if at all, since the bumper is hanging low. This could cause me or anyone driving my vehicle serious injury if this vehicle should end up in another front end accident. I also had what was a small ding with paint missing on the original rear bumper repaired since it was convenient, and paid out of pocket. The rear bumper was not even reinstalled correctly leaving a quarter inch gap on the driver's side where the bumper meets the back fender. I took the vehicle back and Fran looked at it and started to get angry at my questions trying to gaslight me into believing, "that's how the bumper fits" he said, and you can't do anything about it. I don't think so Fran! I really had to maintain my composure that morning. When you have a vehicle for 18 years, constantly washing it, you know the body lines. He did replace push pins under the hood that secured the headlamps and grille when I asked, and was going to put in a supplement to have the front grille replaced; though, I had to drive back there again so pictures could be taken. The more I thought about it, the more aggravated and upset I became and didn't bother. They couldn't fix it properly the first time, why would I want to deal with these people again who seem to think I wouldn't notice. Also, the Jeep was way out of alignment and I was left to take care of that myself. Now I have to call State Farm and advise of the shoddy repairs and have it inspected to make sure the radiator support and bumper reinforcement are not bent, which can lead to a faulty airbag deployment in a future minor crash. I later find out State Farm dropped the preferred status of this shop some time ago. Good for all of you who got your vehicle reparied properly from this place. I was completely disrespected as a paying customer and don't appreciate being gaslit. Is there anyone left that you can trust to properly make repairs. Other than that, my experience with everyone else was pleasant. The one star is for the shoddy repairs, and now having to have the front bumper removed by another shop to have the steel inspected. I have pics if requested.

Our Forester was towed here after the accident without us knowing of their existing relationship with our insurance company. It was convenient.There was no problem accessing our vehicle. My only complaint is that I was asked to be present when the insurance appraiser came through. In the past, the appraiser came and went and I never saw who did the inspection. That was convenient.

So friendly and helpful! They worked with my insurance company and had two doors crumpled in completely. They communicated with the car rental company and made things as easy as possible the entire way. Their estimate matched insurance perfectly and I am so happy with how my car looks. They even got me a number for a good mechanic to do my breaks. I could not be happier! Thank you all so much

ExAutoBody did an excellent job on 2020 MDX in 3 days. Excellent customer service if I may add and these guys are serious about their job. God forbid if I have to get any body work on my car again. I will definitely choose these Executive Auto Body team. Thanks

I am very happy with the work they did for me at Executive Auto Body. They made my car look like it's brand new again. I even had an issue with my car's remote key fob and they fixed it for me free of charge. This is probably the first time I ever have to write a negative review .There were 2 dents on the car . one was about a year ago which was estimated but I decided not to fix for few reasons. The second and the most recent one was estimated for a fix but the first was partially fixed when the car was picked up.The Manager was rude and threatened me when I pointed out this error. Franko lied about the error . I again provided my record and documentation via email without any response. I made the required payment ( for a wrong job ) however, to be racist and allege of insurance fraud without a proof is obnoxious, repulsive and odious. It is nothing but a medieval intimidation tactics .Few facts :-What you had on your document was different from what was discussed.-It remains the car owners prerogative ( based on my insurance policy) to fix the car regardless of insurance involvement.- I believe the error was intentional because the cost for the previous dent was higher than the recent one. No evidence of insurance fraud but rather a manipulation of the events on your end to favorably receive a fat insurance check.- USAA needs a better representation for veterans. Executive Auto operates way below the standard.I regretted recommending this place to others.Service: Painting

Quality of their work has decreased significantly. They don't do their own alignment, they sub it out. My truck was pulling hard to the left when I picked it up. Had to bring it back after they had it for over seven days. There were bolts loose on my back bumper which I tightened up on my own. My truck is still not right. I would not recommend this place

While they were not able to help me, because they cannot fix Teslas, they were very friendly and professional, and they helped me find someone who could repair my Tesla. They have an excellent local reputation for top-quality work.

The insurance services performed(over $6,000) were acceptable. However the next time(~30 days) I took my vehicle in for maintenance(Sussman Honda-very reputable)I was advised that the engine air cleaner was missing!?! I spoke with Fran Palo about the loss. He "assured" me that he would investigate and return my call. I knew he was lying as we was stating this! This was a few months ago. Should I expect his call? Not a chance! I have referred over a dozen clients to his body shop. What I fool I was!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Executive Auto Body. Their work is impeccable. Executive Auto Body has been a favorite of my dads, a retired police officer . I had to bring my father's Lexus there after he had an unfortunate accident in his late 80's. He told me he goes to Executive Auto Body and I could tell he had confidence in their work. So I went there and I left with peace of mind. I have no doubt in my mind this business is run with the highest integrity. Nobody wants to have accidents so when it happened to us I had a very smooth and stress-free process thanks to their commitment to service and their years of experience.

I was told by two body shops that my repairs would take 2-3 days. I dropped my car off at Executive Auto Body in the morning and got a phone call by 3:00 the same day that it was ready to pick up. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will be using this place for all of my future car needs.

Everyone here is very nice and they'll email, text, or call you as often as you want to give status updates. That doesn't make up for the fact, though, that I had to take time off work several times to return for them to fix things they either missed it screwed up on our weeks-old Prius V. I didn't have to pay for their screw ups, but still... nice people isn't reason enough to return to this place for repairs.

I have been a customer at Executive for well over ten years. On the occasions I've needed my car repaired the staff has always been PHENOMINAL about working with me and I've always been extremely satisfied with the results each and every time. If I wasn't about to move to Florida, I would NEVER take my car to anyone else!

One of our cars was run into and badly damaged by another car, and was towed to Executive Auto Body in Cheltenham, Pa. Since we live in coastal south New Jersey, we had concerns over having the work done by a shop 2 hours driving time away. They assured us the work would be done on time, done correctly and more importantly they would keep us updated. Executive called me twice a week with updates, arranged for a rental car, and when our car's repairs were completed, delivered it to us in New Jersey, as promised. Even with one small follow up repair matter, they were fast, efficient and very accommodating to our schedule and geographic hurdles! I highly recommend them.

My family has used Executive Auto Body on multiple occasions. I have never experienced auto body repair as customer focused and honest as this. If you need any work done after an accident or fender bender - hands down, this is the place to go. And, their relationship with USAA is tight!

Awesome!!!, work and people are great, very accommodating and knowledgeable, real family owned and operated, I've had three cars repaired there and not only were they perfect but they were done ahead of schedule, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ok so i got into my accident april 21st. I came to the cottman shop and they looked at my car missed the mirror but i pointef it out. (Thats fine) they order the parts and i scheduled a appointment may 24th. I bring my car there and 2 days later it was done.I did a walk around and they didnt replace the mirror. They had to order the part and come back. I get home and the door, side panel and bumper were not on right the gaps were ridiculous. Ill give you all the pictures. So i call and when they got the mirror they call me and i go back then point out the gaps. They say they are gong to fix it i also point out that they scratched the paint on the inner door. (That may have been the 2nd time i cam back its all a mess) and it was making a noise while i was driving.All and all i go back pick up the car and the mirror is fixed and the gaps are still there. I get a claims specialist and they come in with it all. So i point out all thats wrong and even the bumper should have been replacrd because its not sitting right. on the way home i hear rattling in the engine and someone had said that tools fell out of my car... and i get home and open my hood and my engine cover is missing. I was looki g at the details. Also it looked like the painted the scratch with nail Polish.3rd time i bring it back to fix the gaps AGAIN and with the bumper also the paint was messed up with over spray and there were a few other scratches on unrelated areas... so i went back.4th time still not fixed but i was so angry and tired of the shop i call allstate and we decide to take it to a for dealership. I find out the strut was either not replaced or it was replaced with a bad one. Then the ball joint was not replaced. They fix that and didnt want to touch the paint so i had to take it to another shop because executive when they buffed or something they left swirl marks so the other shop had to fix that.My car finally got somewhat done this past month.They dont seem to care about the extent of their mistakes. They missed some issues and failed to repair them or even notice them.In speaking to the owner he definitely made me feel better and was apologetic to the whole situation. I will add this to the review and advise that this may be an isolated incident. I still had a bad experience but the owner definitely showed me that he was taking responsibility and apologized.

We first went to Executive because it was our Insurance Co. go to place for repair after an accident. We are so glad we found them. This is a great place..The staff,the service,the prices are all excellent. Highly recommend
