The owner and his wife were for very friendly, patient and helpful. Dave, owner/mechanic, worked diligently to fix our truck. We have a Dodge Ram 3500 with a Cummins 6.0l Diesel engine. The DEF pump went bad. Called 5 dealerships and not only could I not get an appointment, nobody had the part. Finally, found the part and they made room to replace it. Have traveled about 1000 miles since then and all is fine. Great folks and excellent mechanic!

Probably the first time I had a great experience getting my inspection done. Easy to get to with easy parking and the owners were kind informative and super helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Dave and Christy are amazing to work with! They did a complete engine and transmission replacement in our 2006 Suburban. We decided to do an engine upgrade and they helped through every step of the process. They took more time than needed to answer every question before, during, and after. They took extra care in making sure everything was perfect. Right down to painting the engine block for us. We will be customers for life! Can't wait to see what the next project brings.

Dave (owner) Is very experienced and knowledgeable in all automotive repairs. He personally does all necessary work and does not try to find other problem areas to raise repair bill, like many of the car dealerships often do. Very honest and conscientious. Will repair at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Appointment recommended.

Dave is honest, truthful, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and goes out of his way to fix your car's problem at a reasonable price. This business is family owned by great people and the work is guaranteed. Always remember mutual respect is always appreciated. If it takes time to fix something right... Patience is a virtue because this service center cares to get the job done correctly. Sometimes in this world where instant gratification is wanted.... we forget quality is better than quick fixes in this business. I would give 10 to Charlie's Service Center.

Called in the morning to check the price of changing brake pad, stating I will provide the pad. Answer 60$.I dropped the car telling them again the pad where in the trunk. When I came to pick up the car I nearly fainted when I saw the bill:60$ for the front, 60$ for the back, 40$ to machine the rotor (which were fine), 58$ for front pad, 56$ for back pad. Total 274$ instead of 60$.When I told them about the pad the answer was "sorry we misunderstood", when I asked about rotor the answer "you must have have some vibration". The worse is that I have now unknown quality pad on my car
