Great customer service! I was having issues with my tires and after a couple of visits, I ended up getting new ones. They have a good selection of tires, and I ended up getting the lowest priced ones.After the tires were installed I requested a test drive. Sometime during the test drive a wheel cover was lost Not only did Kevin, the owner, order a replacement at no cost to me, but when it arrived he put on 4 brand new wheel covers for freeAlthough Marsh doesn't do alignments there, Kevin, the owner, referred me to a garage nearby where I was able to get a 4 wheel alignment for only $45.They do perform other automotive services there including inspections and oil changes. I've included the picture of their oil change prices below, because I think they really can't be beat. It's like $38.50 for an oil change, or $10 in change if you just want them to do the work and you supply the materials.When my car was recently inspected I was told by a place I used to trust that my front brake pads were very low and needed replaced immediately. When Kevin was having the wheel covers installed I had Marsh check on all my brakes, and found out that they were still in very good condition and did not need replaced.So I now have a new permanent garage that I know I can trust whenever issues arise with my car, and that place is Marsh Tire. Their customer service went above and beyond what I expected.

I dropped my car off a week ago first thing Saturday morning. I needed an oil change inspection admission, and four brand new tires. A couple hours later he called me I went to pick it up, dreading what the bill was going to be and I can t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. in this world today everything is a sticker shock!!! it was nice not to feel like you overpaid for something. Not only was my car fixed a big weight off my shoulders. It truly brighten my day to have somebody in today s world give me a fair price. Thank you so much you have no idea how much I needed that.!!! This kind of service is a rare thing in Our world today!!!

Been using Marsh's services for years. Switching between snow/summer tires, fixing flats everything tire related. Marsh is a fascinating guy in and of himself, as he can tell you what tires he has that will fit your car off the top of his head. It may not be the fastest, but you'll get in and out with quality tires installed right.Always go to a shop like this with a quality guy. Places like Mr.Tire are out there to scam you. You'll get the fair price for the quality work.

Not professional employees and manager has to yell at them.Choice of clothing on employees should do better..you are on the clock not at home. Provide employees with uniforms! Teach them not to run their mouths. Plus side prices are reasonable!

Always the best prices and service! Kevin takes care of all of the Mon Valley... Sweet like man came in confused about his battery...they ran all kinds of tests coming out to talk to him each time. Made me smile. This is just one reason I drove all the way from SC to make sure to get the best tires because I trust him and family businesses just don't exist like this much anymore.

I took my truck here for tires and inspection. Get it back running funny. Take it back into the shop, Kevin (owner) tells me they think the transmission is slipping and recommended it be towed. I tell Kevin I work all week and will be there first thing Saturday to pay and have it taken out. As I'm driving i see my truck on the side of a road. The driver (a worker) says he was driving it to go get parts, not for my vehicle. I go to the shop and Kevin says the truck has been there all week. So that gives you the right to drive it? I also took a pic of the odometer before I dropped it off and come to find out 100miles was put on it and I had no gas! Kevin claimed its from pulling it in and out of the garage. Ya ok!!! So my truck was used unlawfully with a possible bad transmission after going in for tires and inspection!!

They do great work on cars and tires, but you have to do "Marsh Time" so bring a book with you for the wait

horrible. Took my car there to get a part fixed. Part was changed and that night car was worse. Took it next day said didn't know the issue but would try cleaning something. Called back said was worse and needed to buy a $200 part + labor that MIGHT fix it. I told them no. Continued to have issues found a vacuum leak by spraying start fluid on engine and it would idle up. Called to tell them took it down it was the part they fixed, claimed they fixed it and everything was fine. Left again same issue went back and told me I did something to the car. Needless to say won't be back, horrible service, rude customer service and did not stand behind their work. Used to be a great place went to them for years but not anymore.Edit to respond to their comment back.I did NOT ask for cheapest way. I took brand new parts into their that I wanted fixed. He did not use 2 of the things I asked to be replaced, today he wanted to replace them now. Why now when I asked originally to be done? Also wanted to replace the throttle body which was not the issue at all. Don't worry took it somewhere right after I left today and he fixed it no issues. Said EGR was not done properly, the intake and egr vacuum tube was not even connected along with no o ring gasket which you supposedly replaced this morning when I was there. Interesting how that works...

Great prices on tires. The wait times can suck. Have to watch your vehicle closely for damage and they put lugs on waaay too tight! Kevin is always good to deal with! Kevin, tire availability and prices are why we go back!

I moved here in 2012 and took my truck to Kevin!! It s 2020 and this is the only place I let work on my car! I love all the guys down marsh and truly love Kevin! When he found out I had cancer he has been nothing but nice! My car is always done right and prices are great! I love love love marsh tires

If you go there about an hour and a half before they close you'll get right in and done in no time. Workers are nice and know their stuff. They got this one dude there who makes furniture out of old car parts. Sat in a swivel chair he made out of old rotors! You would think this thing would've been uncomfortable and it certainly looked like it but no! It was quite comfortable indeed! He sells them as well.

Visit 7/8/17 With a 4 tire mount, balance, etc. of my own tires. Charged $98.28. Arrived right before 9am (open) spent more than 2hrs at the shop. Noise and shake after. Took to my own trusted specialized in my make and model mechanic, thinking there was an issue in my front end. Mechanic stated that no issue but each tire was 3+oz out of balance on each tire. Plus missing lug nut caps. While I would like to trust Marsh as I have over 10 years, I can no longer. Marsh has been getting bad reviews recently, mine not the worse of them. I've seen pictures. I called owner, he is polite as always but didn't really want to hear my issue. He did offer a refund of the balancing of the tires. I will not take it. That is not what I wanted out of the situation. Just wanted to let him know. With so many new tire and mechanic businesses popping up, Marsh is not keeping up. Kevin, your tired. Hire better staff and retire. Don't let your once good name get worse.

Great service, very reasonable prices and not very long wait time. The place is and looks seriously old school, but they get the work done quickly and efficiently thanks to Kevin directing the mechanics and assigning the priorities to everyone.I much prefer going here over any chain shop or even wallyworld.

My tires are hard to find. They are expensive new. Came here... Was sold two tires. Less than 2 weeks later they where blown out. Why. Dry rotted. I know they where used. But I was alone and clearly a single mom with kids I didn't know what to look for besides tread. Came back. For another one. He yells me 40 mins. I go to my car to see if I can find anywhere faster. My sons in children's I don't wanna waste too much time and there was tons of people. He was rude. Even after apologizing for leaving because I couldn't wait he wouldn't hear a word of it. Was ignorant and that's two tires I've had from them dry rotted sold on the same day .... Not trust worthy

I was in my way to have my precious 19 yeat old chihuahua put to rest and my tire pressure light alarm sounded and I had 10psi in my left front tire. My hubby who was holding our fur baby said to pull into Marshes and I did. I went in and told the owner what happened (crying my eyes out) and he had me pull right in and told them to put extra air in it and come back after to have it fixed and my hubby saw a nail and they were so compassionate to get the tire plugged as quickly as possible... the young man who fixed it and every worker who was there were thoughtful and quick. It is hard to find people who still care about one another...... thank you all who helped us out in our time of need!

I had tires put on 9/21/19. They had a hard time getting my lug nuts off due to another mechanic shop over torquing my lug nuts. They told they had to cut my lug nuts off and replaced some of the studs, which I was fine with. They replaced the new studs but failed to remove all the pieces of the old stud and it fell into the emergency brake housing and destroyed my e-brake, all while i was driving. Also the tires I had put on were directional and they put my two front and my two backs going in different directions. Never had a problem with them in the past but this is unacceptable. Luckily I wasn t on the highway and my wife and child weren t in the car when this happened. When the back of the old stud fell where it did the noise was so loud I thought my tire blew out or something.

Prompt service. Reasonable prices. An appointment is not required but I suggest coming early in the day as they seem to get a lot of business.

Kevin and his staff are great. I always go there with my own car and take my mother's to if anything needs done. I always recommend friends and family to go to them.

Marsh Tires gets you in fast and your car is done in a petty quick time. There prices on tires are going to be hard to beat. Great customer service.

If you need your car inspected this is definitely the place to go..Everyone I meet was very nice and polite I'm give Marsh 5 stars because of the great service I will definitely be coming back this establishment

These people are crooks. I took my van in for new tires and an oil change. The van was working fine until this kid changed my oil and it started to run out of the car fast. I took it back down there 10 minutes later and explained that the oil wasn't staying in the car, they changed the oil again saying it was the filter, after they change it and give it back a second time, I turned around and took it back again, explaining that it still was not staying in the car. They then tell me that I lost a gasket to the oil and they will not replace or fix it because it isn't their problem. My car was running fine until they touched it. Took it to another mechanic to see how much it would cost me to fix this problem, it would be $1000 to fix a $5 gasket because they had to take out the engine to replace it. The new mechanic then proceeds to tell me the only way this could have happened is if someone rev-ved the engine while changing the oil. Seriously? I will NEVER use them again and I refuse to refer anyone there.

I always buy my tires and get my inspections from marsh tire ! One of the only places around that sells retreads, which helps keep costs down ! The owner kevin is always there at the front desk(you cant say that about the big box stores) ! You can look through the window and see the guys are always back there working hard! The owner Kevin is a nice guy and he always took care of me!
