Davies Ford is amazing. I have been car shopping for a couple months now looking for a well maintained and priced Ford Explorer ST or similar vehicle. After going through about 5-10 different cars, I stumbled across a gold certified ST at Davies. I can t say enough about how pleased we were with our experience buying our F-150 from Davies Ford! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and very professional. Our salesman was Joshua Kimbril, he was very patient and took his time explaining everything. They treat you like your family there, I would recommend them to everyone!

I ve had bad experiences with other Ford dealerships and was ready to stop taking my vehicles to them for service. I decided to give Davies a shot and I m glad I did. My car was taken care of quickly and they honored the special request I put in the service notes. Barry in service was easy to talk to and very polite. Highly RecommendOrdered a new 2024 Hybrid Maverick Lariat from Davies Ford and was pleasantly surprised at how different they are! This was not in any way a typical new car dealer experience - it was actually nice to go there!! Our salesman Doc literally treated us like family (in a good way:).I knew exactly what I wanted and they sold it to me without any of the usual shenanigans most dealers try. I never had to talk to the "sales manager" for upsells, no trade in hocus pocus or pressure of any kind.I would feel very comfortable letting my wife go in there to buy a car or get service done without me, and that's saying a lot!

Purchased a 2018 Fusion Sport from Davies in the summer of 2020. Circumstances were weird around buying cars at that time, and I didn't want to immediately write a review due to the issue of the pandemic and the mandatory shutdowns for most businesses.At this point though, I feel that I have gone long enough to know that many of the details of my purchase were NOT related to the pandemic, but also that the dealership sold me a good car.I first got in contact with Davies around May to inquire about a Fusion they had in their inventory. It looked to me like the car had been on the lot for quite some time, especially since they had to transport it from their warehouse before I could come see it. The car looked good on the online posting, and equally so in person. I was happy with the condition of the car and was told that due to the pandemic, they were not yet allowed to sell it. I had no problem with this.Fast forward to June (dates are approximate, but it was just a few weeks later), and I got a call and was told that it would be possible for me to come sign the paperwork and pick up my car.When I arrived, the car was pulled to the front of the dealership, which I see is pretty standard for their sales. However, I also noticed that the passenger side rear wheel had been curbed at some point between when I had first seen the car, and that day. I also had saved the pictures from the online listing, which confirmed that no damage was present at the time the car was listed. I was upset about this, but not unreasonable, and requested that the dealership have the wheel refinished at their expense (not even replaced, just refinished). I was met with immediate resistance, and even told "Not everything in life is perfect" by my salesman. Eventually, and only by speaking to the finance manager separately, was I able to come to an agreement with them that they would cut me a check for the cost of the refinishing, if I would go get a quote from a wheel service. This did in fact work out and they honored the agreement.There was also the back and forth of the extended service plan, which I understand is something they have to try to sell, especially on a car that I suspect they lost money on. But I flat-out told them at the start that anything that put my payment above a specific dollar amount per month was out of the question, and they continued to try to push the issue a half-dozen more times throughout the paperwork process.The car itself has been wonderful, and I have had zero mechanical issues with it, though that is hardly a testament to the dealership. A few weeks after my purchase, the oil life indicator did appear on my dash, and I changed the oil. The oil in the car was black, and I suspect it was not changed as part of the CPO inspection process, as it should have been, but I would prefer to do my own oil changes anyways, so this wasn't an issue.I can't speak to the quality of the service department, as the car has never gone back, it is serviced at Meegan Ford instead.Overall, I don't know if my bad sales experience was a fluke due to the crazy year when it took place, or if I was simply unlucky, but I do not plan on purchasing another car from Davies Ford in the future.

About 3 months ago ago my husband and I had what we thought was a bad / frustrating experience with Davies Ford. And in that moment he vented about his frustration on Facebook and his doubts about their service . We are very sorry that that happened. But I am very happy to report that we listened to their feelings and gave them another try. It seems to have been they were in process of restructuring their service team etc .to provide better overall care.and quality in their program and we are very pleased that we took another chance to have us help them because their restructuring of their service team from. SCOTT TO CHRIS Z. TO FRANCES AND MAX AND EVEN Brian the mechanic came through for us . As they worked on the car kept in contact every day with us - even went as far as giving us a loaner as the month went by and the engine needed to be replaced. They dealt with our picky warranty company held them responsible for payment and today we are completely satisfied with their care of us and the car.We are glad we took a second chance and wanted to clear the air and give credit where credit is due ! Thanks guys!

We came all the way from virginia to pick up a super clean Focus RS! We had a great drive up and enjoyed seeing the interesting town the dealership is located in, very vintage and unique! The car was taken care of very well and the purchase process was very smooth and straight forward. By far one of the best dealership experiences my dad and I have had in a very long time. Also, got the pleasure of dealing with #BobTheInternetGuy , a really down to earth, great guy! Wouldn t have been able to make this deal possible without him and his team; definitely worth the drive out here, would do it again in a heartbeat! Just landed a brand new 24 Maverick and it wouldn t have been possible without Bob. This truck sold a few days prior but luckily for me the potential buyer backed out Bob was on the phone with me 15 minutes after he heard and helped me get the truck. I was at the dealer in an hour and out the door with a sweet deal a few hours later and I couldn t be happier with the experience. This kind of feels like a Christmas miracle but honestly it wouldn t have been possible without Bob being on top of things and helping me get my dream truck. My wife had finally found the Ford Lightning in the color she wanted. We spoke to Internet Bob on the phone, told him what we were looking for and he made it happen! The transaction was simple. The night we brought the truck home there was a minor issue, Called Bob, he came to our house with his truck, swapped vehicles, had it serviced next day and they returned it to my wife at her workplace. Ive never had service like that from other car dealerships. We hope to do more business with Bob in the future.
