I highly recommend this auto body shop! They have great customer service and very efficient service and timing! They did a wonderful job on my Abagail Snow! Here are some before and after pictures! The thing I like most about my repair is the rainbow prisms that shine off my lights at night. Don t know if that was intended but it definitely is appreciated!

Extremely satisfied with my repairs, customer service was on point, I was kept informed with the process of my repairs by Ed and Melissa, they were amazing! The guys in the shop were quick, efficient and fixed my car like new! My paint was matched perfectly and my vehicle was detailed and looked brand new!!! I highly recommend this shop! Sorry for the super late review. Calliber collision did an excellent job fixing my Mazda CX-3 in about a week s time this past September. Everyone were so professional and nice from the women at the front desk, to the mechanics, and to the boss. A fantastic crew that does beyond quality work. From the paint to the parts to make my 2017 car look brand new. I didn t have a way to get back to my car to pick it up when they were finish and they were there to pick me up to retrieve my car, you don t get that type of service elsewhere. They care about their work and make sure the job is done right and almost perfectly! I highly recommend and will go back for continued service on my car!!

Amazing company to work with. They treated my family like their own and were on top of everything during the entire process .from scheduling an appointment to working with my insurance without me having to be the middle man, rental car services, and constant updates- they re fantastic. Don t go anywhere else if you re in the mon valley area!

Update:I spoke with them and it was explained that a part was originally quoted as a repair, and upon taking it apart, it became a replacement. Which is why there was a part that needed ordered after my car was in their possession. It would have been greatly appreciated to have that explained when it occured, but I do understand why it ended up taking a lot longer than expected. For my troubles, they did help with the rental coverage and lowered the amount I owed upon picking up my car. It is now back in my possession and looks good as new. They even cleaned it for me.Dropped my car off on the 7th because they were supposed to have my parts ready to go. On the 14th they said the part wasn't in, and should be in on the 15th. I checked back in today and now they're saying the part was supposed to arrive the 17th, but it didn't. Attached are photos of the damage they're repairing. As you can see, it shouldn't be two weeks worth of work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were probably the best auto body shop we have ever worked with. They called twice a week to give updates and all the work looks like nothing ever happened. Also to add the customer service was top notch and very personable. Highly recommend Dale!

After having an unfortunate incident involving a deer and the front of my truck, I had the pleasure of taking my truck to Caliber Collision in Charleroi. Edward and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. My truck was completed in no time at all and it looks absolutely amazing. Edward assured me he would only use quality OEM parts and sure enough, he did and I could not be happier with the results. The truck looks excellent and I am confident that it will continue to look and perform that way for many more miles and years to come. Please do not take your car to this place. Every time you receive the car back you will notice something wrong or something missing that they did work wise. I have had 3 separate incidents in the last 5 months and took the car twice to caliber collision. Of those two times I seemed to notice something was messed up or just plain out not done right. So from the last incident I took it to another shop and they found all the problems caliber collision seemed to just not care about or fix , missing parts , mishandling of the vehicle and a whole bunch of other problems! Beware of this place save yourself the hassle.

On my way home from work last week - someone played bumper cars with me without my consent. The Mustang faired pretty well from another car hitting it from behind and only had some minor damage to the paint.Caliber Collision - Charleroi provided one of the best customer service experiences that I ve ever had from the moment I called to schedule my appointment for repairs. They were quick to get me in for an appointment, handled pretty much everything with the rental car, answered all of my questions with knowledge & kindness, provided informative updates during the repair and even buffed out a small scratch on my drivers door as an added bonus! While my repair was small - the work was completed quickly & efficiently and the quality of work is outstanding. While I hope to not need their services again - I would use the Charleroi location again without hesitation and recommend them 15/10.&&& they returned my car to me looking better than the day I bought it - look at that SHINE! I can t recommend this specific shop enough, from their quality of work, their turnaround time, and their upmost professionalism all the way around. Had a run in with a deer, while this repair shop was 35 minutes away, it was worth every second of traveling for the peace of mind to know it was done right. Communication was OUTSTANDING, we heard from someone pretty much every other day if not every day, updates to the repairs and status were very thorough. The general manager, Dale, was steps above any other general manager I ve ever worked with in any line of business. Being involved in an accident already puts you in a bad mood for the day, and these guys understand that and do the most to try to ease your mind and take the burdens into their hands to get it handled. My incident happened at 5AM on Wednesday (10/26/21), by 730AM I had the general manager pull my claim from another repair shop I wasn t fond of. By 9am the car was on the tow truck and heading to Caliber. As I mentioned the whole process was communicated and my vehicle was ready for pick up the following Friday (11/5/21) JUST 10 DAYS SINCE IT ARRIVED. especially in these crazy times of labor shortages and back orders. These guys didn t skip a beat. 5 stars is not enough for this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The paint did not match. I was told the quarter panel would also be done to blend the paint from the rear door. That did not happen despite my insurance issuing a check to Caliber for the full amount including the quarter panel and rear door. My front door was damaged during repairs and now also needs repainted. They did admit that happened in their care and said they would cover fixing the cost and paint the quarter panel that was covered in my original quote. I asked if they would cover additional rental costs since I should ve had my car back and they agreed and said they would call enterprise. Caliber stated they would call on a Thursday, I called enterprise the following Wednesday and caliber had not called to rectify the rental payment information.I finally got my car back to find my back bumper now has chipped paint. Absolutely awful business.

The text I received were not true! Work that was claimed to be completed in a text Was in reality not completed. I was texted that my car should be ready for me on a Tuesday and I didn t get it until Thursday. I will not return to these people unless I absolutely have no other option.

Ed and Dale are outstanding.My vehicle put them through the ringer, and they just continued to give it hell until it was right. Caliber Collision was wonderful to work with. The staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and took wonderful care of my vehicle. The repair process was simple and they sent text messages to inform me of repairs every step of the way. They got everything done several days before the predicted date of completion. I was very pleased with the work and surprised to see that they washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out before I picked it up. These guys are a first-rate company and I will return for any repairs we need. Very satisfied!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is simply the best. They go above and beyond. The service will be better than you expect. They do more, like making sure to wash your vehicle before the release it to you. Additionally, and the best part, they are honest to a fault. They returned money to my insurance company for parts claimed that they didn t use. Who does that today? I give them 5 stars just for that!! Highly recommended!!

This is my second encounter with Caliber in Charleroi. I must say that this time was just as good as the first. Our car was done before time and the work was excellent. The entire staff (Melissa the Manager, Claudine the front desk lady, and Ed the estimator} are all to be commended for their top notched professionalism. If you want a job done right and on time "PLEASE" take your vehicle to them! You will not be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you need to have collision repair of any kind, there is no better place to go. Absolutely fantastic work, my car somehow looked even better than the day I bought it thanks to Caliber. I have had a rough last few months to say the least, so when I was involved in an accident (in a car I just VERY recently purchased mind you) and my insurance company suggested this shop, I figured why not and it was local, so already a huge plus. I could not be happier to have my vehicle in such good hands. Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen that work magic on the cars brought to them. Not only did they repair what was a tricky spot to do body work on, the customer service I received was such a gift. Ed and Melissa would call and leave me a voicemail while I was working myself and would update me on what was being or needed to be done. I know that they are probably just genuinely nice/great human beings in general, but they have no idea how much that meant to me especially during a very stressful time personally. The assurance of those calls letting me know things were going as planned, and the car was being fixed was just a weight off the chest. If you have a vehicle in need of repair, just go here don t think twice. I promise you will be pleased. Thank you so much again to everyone who works here, you will ALWAYS have my recommendation to whomever may need it.
