Had an outdoor ac unit not work. I thought it might be the fan and went to S&S to see if they had replacement. Unfortunately the exact model was out. However Mike asked if I could bring in the capacitor to be tested because that could be my issue. I did just that and turns out that it was the problem. Mike and the rest of the employees were very friendly and helpful with me. Saved me hundreds. Very knowledgeable group and could not have received better help. I highly recommend!

If you re in the market for a home standby generator, give Mike a call! They have a 10 year warranty from Briggs & Stratton!!

Called around for a battery for my car. 2 places quoted me $210 and they do not put the battery in. 1 of them gave me SS Electric in Chambersburg. Called them the lady on the phone was so nice quoted me a price of $97.14. No brainer went today. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. Told her I called and she had the paper with my info on it. Who does that nowadays. Pulled my car in Garage and 2 gentleman came to my car greeted me with a smile .Best customer service any where. I will recommend them to everyone.

Terrible customer service . Not a battery expert and had dimensions for a small battery a friend from VA that wanted me to pick it up on my way past . She kept asking me questions like I know batteries. I explained I came to her because they are supposed to be the experts my response wasn t the best through frustration. I said you are the expert should I go somewhere else . The owner came from the back and said why don t you take your business elsewhere. Wow no customer service . Little did they know I m in need of several batteries and my friend referred me there for Milwaukee tools they lost a lot of business today and future. I will travel to Hagerstown for tools for our new business and by the way Battery one got me what I needed for no hassle.

Had a fantastic experience with Dave (Westy). Bought an impact driver, hammer drill, wet/dry vac, impact bit set, and utility knives, all Milwaukee, and saved over $170 versus buying it all at Lowe's or Home Depot.I was pleasantly surprised at how unbiased he was considering he has a bobblehead of himself wearing a Milwaukee shirt lol. I came in looking for Dewalt and never felt pressured one way or the other, just decided to go with Milwaukee after he gave me very objective information. Very knowledgeable.They great deals for trading in old power tools. Will definitely be back in the future.

I have been dealing with S&S Electric for over 25 years . I have dealt with them as a customer and as a supplier and I have found them to be good customers to me and have treated me well as a customer. They repair all kinds of electric tools and motors and have a wide selection of both. I have never had a reason to be anything but pleased when dealing with them.

This place is remarkably fantastic. The people are very friendly and go out of their way to save you money, even if it means they make nothing on your visit. I highly recommend them and assure you won't regret your visit. Worth more then 5 stars.

Needed a battery for my APC UPS #450m and they had it in stock. They installed it and tested to make sure it worked! Great service with a smile . Melody was very helpful!

My wife's battery died. I jump started the car and took it to the Chambersburg Battery Warehouse. They diagnosed a bad cell. The battery was less than a year old and had been bought at a different Battery Warehouse in a different state. The guys at the Chambersburg Battery Warehouse not only did a great and quick job in replacing the bad battery, they also covered it completely under warranty! A professional and friendly group of helpful folks - I would recommend them to anyone.
