DO NOT GO!!! CHECK YOUR INVOICES AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET CHARGED IN LABOR FOR TASKS THAT WERE JUST RE WORDED. Kyle the manager of this not so lovely tire shop will swindle any uneducated car people into paying an arm and a leg for basic services just be careful.

I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically as a walk in. The guy's demeanor with all customers was the same. The waiting area was clean and bright. My service was accomplished quickly. Thank you Mr. Tire for a job well done.

I had been experiencing issues with two of my tires and called in to the Norland Ave location. I spoke with a lovely lady who was able to put together a quote for four new tires. It was a little above my price range, so I declined to schedule. But a few minutes later, she actually called me back and offered me a deal on two tires and an alignment. Since I didn't actually need four, I accepted and they were able to schedule me for that evening. After everything was said and done, I had a pleasant experience dealing with Dave and the store manager, Jacob Harter. He gave me his card and said to give him a call anytime I needed anything. Five stars!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Mechanics are not certified, they have now permanently damaged two of my vehicles. Customer service is a joke. I brought my 2018 Toyota highlander to this Mr Tire for a simple spark plug change and maintenance check up, they called me saying the timing was out on the timing chain and it would be a $2100 repair job. Not seeing many other options I had them proceed with the repair job. They kept my vehicle for over two weeks!! With no explanation!! I eventually picked up the car, and after driving it for about 30 minutes felt the back end seize up causing me to lose control of the vehicle and swerve into the embankment. After having another CERTIFIED repair shop look at it, they found multiple loose bolts, and assembly peices not put together right, they said they'd never seen a worse repair job. The car is now considered a total loss due to the damage caused by the loose parts rolling around in the engine. SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I appreciate you all for taking me in same day I called for an oil change . The service did not take too long . It was hard not to notice the trash can by the bathroom was over flowing with trash and the bathroom could use a lot of attention as well . It was unacceptable conditions for your customers. Last minute option to come here. I will not be returning.

****BUYER BEWARE **** CAN"T GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING ****They sold me a set of "new" Goodyear tires a month ago. On Monday, the sidewall on one of them blew out while on the highway. Got home safely and checked the invoice. I noticed the listed manufacturing date of the tires was 2014! But it gets worse. I then checked each tire to verify it wasn't a misprint and found that all the tires had actually been manufactured in January 2010!!!!!! I had "new" 13 year old tires on my car!Then Mr. Tire told me I had to deal directly with GY for a warranty claim as they are not an official GY service center. Called GY and they were shocked that a tire dealer would sell tires that old. Also told me that model tire was discontinued in 2015!! GY replaced all 4 tires on my car for free at a different, authorized shop.

I've had good initial service at this location after purchasing a new set of tires which included free tire rotations for the lifetime of the tires. Upon going in for my second tire rotation, I was told I would have to pay for the service. After showing my initial purchase receipt to the guys at the counter which included the line item showing that the tires include free lifetime rotations, they still would not honor the service.

Thankful for a same day inspection appointment ! The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Also, the facility was spacious and clean.

People on here complaining they had to give the people permission & a paper to let them work on their car to the gentleman who's engine got ruined and second car got ruined. You did not come to this location. You went to the other one. Why don't you specify you? Just mad

I can not express my gratitude for the team at this location. Rental car company left me with no options to get my tire issue addressed and their preferred location couldn't take me in. I was in the area for work but squeezing in time to visit with my family. This location took me in immediately and addressed my issue. The highlight of my day after a series of bad circumstances with the rental company. Thank you team!

Showed up less than 40 minutes from closing time with special request that i needed 2 tires mounted today. Tim could have easily told me i was too late and to come back the next day due to how busy they were. However he went above and beyond and i was out the door in less than half hour. Thanks

Tim was great! Had all my tires checked thoroughly as a result of my tire sensor light coming on. I walked in around 9:30 but they didn't have anyone available that could look at my tires. The gentleman at the front desk was very efficient and accomodating as he was able to put me in for an appointment for noon when someone was available. I was there almost two hours.

Tire going flat way before warranty. Called probably a dozen times over several weeks trying to get an idea of a good deal they might offer for poor product. They offered 988$ for what another center, who did not freest customer with lack of care, will do for 780$. Save yourself grief, go elsewhere.

I cannot speak more highly of the customer service at this shop. I was on a road trip and had an 18 wheelers tire blow in front of me and hit my car. It caused damage to my car and I was in a panic! Not being from the area and not knowing anyone to turn to for help. I was given a card at the local auto zone and was on my way to this shop! In less than 20 mins the mechanics had my car put back together and assured me that everything else underneath the car looked fine. I was so grateful for the kindness of these men. They helped me immensely and got me through this very stressful situation. Thank you all so much for everything you did for me. I wish you all the best and for anyone who needs work done on their car I d recommend not going anywhere else!

Absolutely love the costumer service alan and Chris are the best people Iv ever met however I m am disappointed to see that the tv and couch were removed it really made the environment match the costumer service I m assuming cooperate is no longer allowing them to keep those things I will continue to shop here because of the exceptional service from Alan and Chris and the staff that is here but I am highly dissatisfied in the decisions that have been made to the store s appearance

The worst case scenario happened to us on our way home from a trip. Our tire blew out on the turnpike so we threw on a spare and headed to the nearest tire shop. The closest one closes at 6:00 we show up to Mr. Tire at 6:20. We were out before close (7pm). Tim was the only person at the shop and really helped us out. He also let us know that alignment caused our tire to blow. I hope we never need Tim s help again but I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone. He gave us fast, quality service and he s someone you can trust.

I have been to this location many times for all different services. Bill has helped me get new tires at a good price, he even advised me against a service that wouldn't have benefitted my car instead of doing the service just for the money. They are quick and efficient and always friendly. I get my state inspections here and all my other services as well.

Took 3 and a half hours to put new tires on an 18 rim and for an alignment.. then proceeded to do a pull to test it.

Stopped in on 3/29/23 to have my tires balanced due to a slight shake in the steering wheel. After 2.5 hours, when I left I noticed a major issue. My slight shake of the steering wheel turned into a major shake in the steering wheel as well as the whole truck at around 45+ mph. I took today off work and drove to my uncle s auto repair shop and rebalanced them, completely resolving the issue. The wheel weights on the tires were installed in a big clump in the middle of the wheels. When they were on the machine and tested it was calling for upwards of 7+ ounces on weight to counter what had been installed. All the tires needed rebalanced to make my vehicle drivable again. I m not sure if this is a lack of training or what. But I took my tires here for the convenience of distance and not having to do it myself. In the end I should have done it myself and saved time and money. I m disappointed and 100% do NOT recommend the establishment for getting your tires balanced.

Dropped off my car for an alignment. After about 2 hours I got a call saying they could not do it, stating that I needed an aftermarket part for my inner tie rod. It didn t make sense but I went back to pic it up. I got in my car and my steering wheel was sitting with a half turn on it leaving my VSC light on the dashboard on. They adjusted my rods only and left my steering a mess and refused to put it back. So when I drove it home the VSC kept trying to kick on do to the steering wheel position. Further the guy took my lug nut key and they have yet to give it back. I noticed it was missing when I took it else where that same week to have it fixed and they asked me for it. I don t recommend this place as I gave them a second chance due to the fact they were under new management but again got the same poor results.

Scheduled my car last minute with Josh for a state inspection, he was more than accommodating. The next day had a check engine light come one, took it in and Tim took great care of me and got my issue corrected. Top Notch, thanks guys!!
