These guys know how to run a clean, efficient shop. I asked for an oil change, and I walked out with a $99 bill. I think they did excellent work, I don't and won't bring any of my vehicles to that other popular, peanut butter sounding place. I do have everything that they should talk to you a little first so you don't have a heart attack with stIcker shock in their lobby.... ironically, IMMEDIATELY after oil has FINALLY been changed. Went to get my car inspected. This place said I needed new motor and transmission mounts at a cost of $1,200 in order to pass inspection!! I suspected that wasn t true since my car had been to the dealership less than 6 months ago and all they recommended was possibly new tires to pass inspection. I found another place that takes walk-ins and had no problem passing inspection.My coworker had a similar experience when having an oil change done. They told him he needed brakes and rotors at a price of $1,200.00. He had recently had his front brakes replaced.

If you re going to Mr. Tire then bring your wallet. Super expensive and they always try to tell you something else is wrong with your vehicle. My vehicle passed Pa inspection then I took it to Mr. Tire for new tires and they bring out a list of items that NEEDED replaced. As I said bring your wallet.

I was not going to bring public attention to it, and just let it go, however, what happened yesterday has made me change my mind. For the last 7 years I have always ALWAYS taken our cars to Mr. Tire. We have had them do oil changes, tires, brakes, and whatever else decided to "break" at the time. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at that location. All I have asked in return for was honesty and dependable work done to my car. I would always ask them, "hey do you see anything unsafe? OR anything that really needs me to be at to get done here real soon?" and they would always reply with, "eh, not really just keep up with your maintenance." OF course, after they hand me a 1400$ mechanic bill............ Over the last year and a half, that location has gone downhill with the reputable service quality and the attitude of the workers along with honesty from them.I recently caught them in a lie about my suspension system and then got it looked at by two other garages to double check that I was in fact correct. They not only LIED about what was actually wrong with the car, but then they tried to quadruple charge me on labor cost for the job as well. A job that should cost about 700$, they tried to charge me $2300. When I asked for the invoice, the guy got nervous and that's when I knew I really needed to be looking at it and asking questions. BUT to be honest, this experience was just the tip of the iceberg.Yesterday, I experienced the most horrific time coming home from work. My car made the most terrible noise I have ever heard a car make ever!! Then it literally just died..... So I called a tow truck and had it towed to a garage that I was going to have look over my car this Wednesday anyways... so.. I was already in their system anyhow. The people at this new garage was so nice and were patient with me because I am sure they could see I was really shaken up. They literally called me back with in 2 hours with what was wrong with my car..... and that is when I got angry. Not at this new garage, but at MR TIRES because this is when I knew they have been lying the whole time and NEVER ONCE took my concerns to heart and actually looked at it. ALL 3 of my motor mounts need replaced, which tells me, that they probably didn't all go at one time, this has been happening over time, SO if you work on my car, and inspect my car EVERY SINGLE YEAR how you not noticed that my MOTOR was wiggling around under my hood????!!!!!!!! You noticed that my gasket needed replaced and that I needed all new 4 tires in February, which I paid $1400 for. BUT you couldn't tell me that my motor was sliding all around......Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't even be writing this, but I am slightly enraged, and the lying isn't even the major reason why. I mean at this point in the world, there are more lies than there are truths...What set me off, was the fact that these ppl KNOW I drive a dangerous highway (I-81) every day to and from work. There are accidents on this road literally every day. There are a lot of fatal accidents because a lot of tractor trailers are on this highway. Speed limit is 70, but you better be hitting 80 on the on ramp or else you aren't getting on. SO, could you imagine, me getting on this highway yesterday, doing 75mph, and all of a sudden, my car cut off.... with tractor trailers behind me also doing 75-80 mph????!!!!!! That would have been devastating!!!!!!!! That could have caused so many injuries and possible deaths... That is why I am pissed...... and WHY we will NEVER go back to that garage.....

Tire had a bolt in it, Andrew L. Looked at it and quickly assessed that it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. Jake and Andrew explained why it couldn't be fixed and was able to fit me in the next day with a new tire.While I was there the computer system was having issues and Andrew showed excellent customer service skills by continuing to be pleasant and interacting with me, although he was faced with a stressful situation, he kept a pleasant attitude. Most of my interaction was with Andrew and he provided top notch customer service and was fast and very friendly and easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and makes sure customer satisfaction is his top priority!All the guys at the Wayne Ave Location are great and really take care of you!!I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone needing stuff done!!Thanks guys!! You guys are wonderful!

Andrew & Andrew were both very helpful with my needs and tuned up my car perfectly, and at a fast pace to boot so I wasn t there long, would recommend to anyone!

I took my car in due to concerns my brakes needed replaced. After they put it on the lift & removed a tire they came in & told me that the front brakes were great & rear brakes like new. I was told my car had some recall notices for other things, which I thanked them for. I paid $159 for this information.I still hear the noise every time I had to brake driving home, for the record the recalled parts were unrelated in anyway to braking, so called back to be told again my brakes are excellent so no worries.I had them checked out by someone else. Guess what? No brake pads left so metal on metal as my brake shies were grinding away at the rotors. I wasn t merely told, I was shown. This is ludicrous, dangerous, and absolutely unacceptable! I can t believe how badly run this shop is with Ben having left! Mr. Tire should be appalled at the lack of professionalism & ability in the current staff!

They were able to help me as a walk-in for my tire pressure issue. Had a nail in the rim which couldn t be repaired so I had to purchase a new tire and get home pretty quick.

Pricing upfront, pretty quick, and good conversation! The manager even took me out to show me an additional concern, but gave me the option to address it then or on my own time! Of course I went back a few weeks later to address it with them, and it was smooth sailing (or I guess driving) from then on!

While the service i received while there was excellent, my overall experience wasn't the greatest. When scheduling my appointment earlier in the week, I ordered a specific set of tires and added a state inspection. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn't have the tires I ordered, forcing me to purchase a more expensive set, or schedule a future appointment when the tires I wanted came in. Also I was informed that they do not employ an inspection technician, so I would have to go elsewhere for that. A courtesy call earlier in the week before my appointment would've been appreciated letting me know these circumstances. The manager did assist me with the purchase of a different set of tires and tossed in a free roadhazard warranty. I was lucky enough to be able to afford the extra $250 above quoted price for the tires I ended up purchasing. Some people don't have that luxury.

A+, had an alignment done here with all 4 new tires. Ended up having a defective tie rod leaking grease, replaced it and they stood by their 6 month alignment warranty. Definitely will be coming back here again! Thanks guys.

They make up things to fix your car like blowing oil out of your valves and grease out of your boot. Went to two other garages and both said they were fine. Not the first time they lied to me about issues with my car. Don t lie to an ex mechanic about their cars. I don t work on them for a reason. Doesn t mean I don t know better.

Went in and they seemed friendly and helpful. When I had called the day before, they had said they could do the standard oil change for $40, and we set an appointment for the next day. I went in and was told they didn't have anymore conventional oil and had to upgrade to a blended oil. They also said because it was more efficient, it was cheaper in the long run. The blend, which they said is every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 miles was $90. I figured maybe it affects the efficiency of your car enough it pays off in the end, since $90 is more than double $40, but I'm still not sure. They also claimed they can't get more conventional oil because the companies aren't making it anymore, since it's so low on demand. They also added a few more services that I'm not sure I needed. My FIL and husband both think I got ripped off because I'm a woman and don't know any better, which is possible because I haven't really had issues with that in the past. Usually I go to a place, get the cheap oil, and go home. Most places around here just don't post their prices for oil changes, and I didn't want to take the time calling around, even though I probably should have just walked out when they didn't have what they had said the day before they could do. And they were more thorough than just an oil change, like they checked my air filter and found a mouse nest on it, which I don't know if that would have been done at another shop, but I may have been ripped off overall. If you go in, and they say they have conventional oil after they told me they couldn't get it anymore, I probably was.

I went in because I was having trouble with my wipers not functioning properly. Something I thought was going to turn out to be expensive and ruined my mood. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed and new wipers for an amount that was nowhere near what I thought it would be! It was my first time here and I can say I will definitely be back! Store manager Devin was so welcoming and explained everything to me patiently. It was a great experience and from here on out I will definitely make this my go to place! My children(5&9) even commented on how nice he was! Thank you so much definitely made a bad day a whole lot better!

Austin and his staff saved our trip!We were traveling through on our way to Tennessee and our caliper was ceased and smoking they went above and beyond to get us back on the road!Staff was friendly, professional, and very communicative, highly recommend!

Had an appointment for 3:30 to put two new tires on and it took until 5:00. They also put one of the tires they just installed to 41 PSI, when it's supposed to be at 32. The employees were nice but not the best service.

On the way home from an appointment and car wash today I heard a scraping noise under my car and was close to this Mr Tire so I stopped in and explained the situation and these guys took a quick look under the car and said it was the heat/oil shield dragging. They immediately pulled the car in and took it off for me and put it in the back of my car. If the bolts weren t special to Honda I m sure they would have put it back on for me too.We have used this Mr Tire for years as a family and they always have been great!!

Had a tire issue & was in a jam to get to a job fair. I googled a place on my route & called to see if they could fix my tire. Austin told me no problem.I stopped by, was greeted, & information gathered. Austin took care of my tire & I was able to make it to my job fair!!!Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!!If you need a tire repaired, Mr. Tire off of Wayne Ave is the place to go!!

I had a flat tire I called and they had the tire in stock that I needed. No other tire place had it in stock it would have had to be ordered which would have took two days to receive. Austin got me in immediately and it took 20 minutes. I was in and out quickly. I have been going to the Wayne Ave location since 2019 and I have never had any bad experiences. I would recommend Mr. Tire on Wayne Ave to anyone.

These guys did a great job of getting me in quickly and had the tire I needed to replace the one with a hole in it. Devin the store manager made sure I was taken care of that day. I will definitely be shopping with Mr. Tire again in the future

Had something in my tire so I stopped in to see if it could be fixed and they had my car in and out in no time. I was not expecting this since it was a Saturday afternoon. The service was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Made an appointment to get new tires. The price was right and intall fees were about what you would expect anywhere. The manager, Devin, was the man! Made this process quick and painless. I told him I had another appointment lined up after getting tires. From the time I parked to the time I paid was only an hour. Had me out with time to spare. If you are in the market for new tires, you can t beat the Wayne Ave. Mr. Tire location. Ask for Devin. One of the best store managers in any business that I have dealt with.

When our vehicle broke down while moving from Florida to New York, a local recommended that we tow it to Mr. Tire on Wayne Ave. Our vehicle had extensive damage that we decided not to fix, but the team at Mr. Tire allowed us to keep the vehicle there until we could secure a rental and find a buyer. They even helped us move all of our belongings into the rental so that we could get back on the road that day. We are so thankful for their patience and willingness to jump in and help while we figured out how to finish our move.

10/10 honestly. the front of house guy (we didn t catch his name) was so kind and understanding. they worked fast and efficiently, and even told us of problems we didn t know we had. we ve been going here for maybe 2 years and this was the best service we ve received yet!

My truck was showing my tire was low on air. I wasn t able to see anything in the tire and after filling with air, it dropped again so I stopped in on a Sunday for them to take a look. They were able to fit me in quickly and found the issue. Great customer service.

I was traveling nearby and had car problems an hour before Mr. Tire Chambersburg PA closed on a Saturday. These guys are friendly, and really helpful. They got me back on the road and at a great price. Give this company your car business!
