Bought my 2023 Can Am Maverick X3 last year and they've been taking care of me ever since. Customer service is tops at this place. My wife bought her Kawasaki 900 Vulcan Classic there and is now looking at a Can Am Spider. This shop knows how to take care of their customers.

I'm very happy that I bought my first motorcycle here!Skylar was amazing to work with, considering how knowledgeable and kind he is. He was able to answer all of my questions and did everything he could to help me get a great bike for a great price.I didn't know what I wanted when I walked in, but Skylar found the perfect beginner bike for me (easy for me to hold up and maneuver, super fun, not TOO powerful).Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

I drove 4 plus hours to pick up my 2024 Ninja ZX-6r and I d do it again. It wasn t many in my area but Tyler and Codie made the drive worth it. He was very professional, informative and personal. It was almost as if I were talking to someone I knew for quite some time and it s hard to find salesmen that treats you like family. I m a new rider so he went through all the fundamentals of the bike and answered all 20-30 plus of my questions. Even strapped my bike down for me ensuring the bike isn t going anywhere. I m a salesmen myself and I can tell Tyler is one of the best salesmen out there. He has the drive and ambition, and with that, you can do anything you put your mind to. Codie the finance manager did a wonderful job. Very friendly and welcoming. Explained the entire process and made it as brief as possible. These guys deserve a raise. If it wasn t for them, I d be driving a tad bit closer to pick up the same bike with a guy I got off the phone with after speaking with Tyler. The entire staff made the entire process worth it, including the general manager, didn t catch his name and the other reps that were very informative as well. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. If you want your first bike or any motorcycle in general, this is the place to go. All around, well done MotoMember.

Cannot be happier with the entire staff that I had come in contact with,but especially the salesman Jared who went above and beyond to find the exact motorcycle that I was looking for within a 24HR time frame. Thank you again Jared,and all your staff for the professionalism I was treated to. Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a on or off road vehicle to these fine folks in Chambersburg Pa.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new machine whether you're new to riding or if you've been riding for years! My experience started by getting pre-qualified on a bike I didn't want by accident, but Amanda quickly reached out to me and got me fixed up, she even informed me they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but would within the week. Never the less I still went to look and just browse, well Amanda with the help of Jared and Codie put me together an amazing deal on an even better bike! Not only that but the team stayed late (they close at 6pm, I left at 7:30pm, bless their souls) and got me hooked up with insurance at the time of purchase to ensure I could not only take the bike home same day, but it would be road legal. After all that even though it was his time to go home JR hooked me up with a helmet, even went as far as to come over and make sure I got one I liked and fit me safe, taking extra time out of his day which I greatly appreciate. Finally to wrap my experience up Jared and Amanda helped me get my machine into the back of my truck and gave me a few pointers/tips on properly securing it with ratchet straps. I cannot express my amazement and satisfaction regarding my experience and the team at this location, I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in my life and going back for any future machine or gear purchases.

Big majors thumbs up to Jared, what a kool and honest guy, without him I wouldn t have brought my 23 brand new krt zx10. Saved me hours of travel. Motomember are awesome to buy from. Thank to my sales guy Jared and another thanks to Cody for having the money counter lol. amazing.

On a whim, I submitted interest on a Yamaha R1 and was fortunate enough to be contacted by Skylar. Skylar worked with me through the entire process, ensuring I knew every inch of the bike before I purchased a brand new R1. I could not believe such a friendly staff still exists in todays market and will be recommending friends and family to Motomember if they are in the market for a new motorcycle.

I want to thank Skylar for his knowledge, patience, and drive to get me and my husband the bikes we wanted, along with the education to safely ride them. I want to thank Harold for welcoming me when I arrived to dealer, he s very passionate about his job and customer service is a top priority. I want to thank him for putting up with me and helping my growling stomach while I was there . It s a great team of workers, despite the 2hr difference, I will definitely be returning to get my dream bike!!!! Thank you both!!!

Austin was amazing to work with! We first stopped in to do a test ride, and he knew exactly where to lead us so that we had a great experience. Our purchase went smoothly and he knew how to answer all our questions and gave us honest answers so that we were prepared when we left with our bike.

My wife and I recently purchased two dirt bikes for our boys and our experience could not have been better. Tyler is great and an asset to the company. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile was and is greatly appreciated. This was out first visit here but definitely will not be our last. The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend you give this place a shot.

Very nice place. This was my first visit here. The sales team was great and knew their stuff which is a plus when unfamiliar with the experience. They also were not pushy or overbearing in any way.Definitely a dream world for man sized toys!

Had an awesome experience here because of Tyler. The man has more knowledge about the machines they sell than anyone I ve met. I walked in browsing unsure of what I wanted and not prepared to buy and walked out with a goal of what to buy. He seemingly read my personality and picked out the perfect machine for me that was within my budget. I will definitely be going back to buy it from him!

Went into buy a dirt bike today for a xmas present for my 12yr old. Tyler Clarke was my salesman and he was very friendly and enthusiastic about all powersports. You can tell he lives and breathes powersports stuff and was full of knowledge of what was needed for my kid as a new rider and for me who is gonna be the one working on and maintaining it. Great experience and will be shopping there again for myself.

Overall an amazing experience with motomember! Staff was amazingly friendly and our salesman rob really helped my wife and I find her a good first bike. They were honest and upfront; I felt very confident in the information they told us. I have a history in racing motocross and in sport bikes so I know the struggles that come with motorcycle dealers. I had such a good experience that three weeks later I came in and bought this cbr1000rr. They were very thorough and with my experience in the industry I understood that this is an expensive hobby; hence why it costs more to have them change your oil than what it would to change oil in your car. These guys are all knowledgeable and ride themselves. I read some of these negative reviews and it makes me chuckle because people don t realize that you are dealing with performance engines; not a commuter car so if you re not ready to foot the bill then maybe you should find a cheaper hobby. These guys work on these machines day in and day out so if I m going to trust someone to work on my stuff then it s these guys! Keep up the good work gents and keep this industry great!

Had a great experience because of Tyler. We we looking for trikes and after talking to him and test driving we purchased a Can Am Spyder Rt Limited. Tyler was so knowledgeable about this bike and super friendly. I actually texted him on his day off to tell him we would take the deal and although he was bow hunting, he returned my text immediately. That is SERVICE!!! Will definitely talk to him from now on.

Was in the market for a new four wheeler. We got in touch with Jared S and super glad we did. Told him what our price range was and what we were looking for. Showed us a few and finally decided on one. Jared was very professional, patient, and personable. He didn t try to just push a sale, he took the time to listen to our needs and helped guide us in the right direction. Jared S and Athena made purchasing our four wheeler smooth and easy. Nothing but a great experience!

I purchased a 2022 Ryker from Skyler . The Place was very busy , but when it was my turn. He took time to explain everything and focus on my deal. The couple minor issues I have had with the bike since purchased they took care of right away.
