Great shop! Very trustworthy! My tire was losing air and it wasn't fixable. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my tire and then gave me a great deal on a new tire! I called around just to be sure and this Mavis had the best price in town. Couldn't be happier with this place, I will definitely be back.

Mavis was great for my oil change while I was in town visiting my grandparents. They were so kind when the filter needed for my car was taking longer than expected to come in and communicated so well while I waited. A+ customer service and easy online booking and transparency. I usually get offered extra services as a young female and can be talked down to by employees at vehicle shops and every employee was extremely respectful here. Thank you for great service!

I went into Mavis yesterday with a friend and was very impressed. She got an awesome deal on brand new tires! Cody was super helpful and very informative. Also Tony did super efficient work & we were able to watch it being worked on. I will definitely be making an appointment in the near future! Highly recommend!

James and Cody were awesome. Helpful. Easy to work with. Thank God I found them as my tire pressure was low and I couldn't figure out what was going after putting air three times. Within a minute they found a screw. Took care of it and I was on my way. Awesomeness!

My car was brought in via penndot emergency services due to my tires being installed improperly at a different Mavis location. They were polite and fixed the issues that day after what would be a very long journey on the turnpike yesterday. Thanks guy for all your hard and efficient work!

As a single professional Mom, buying tires and getting work done on your vehicle can be very stressful, especially when you don t know about such things. James and Cody were patient and kind and answered all my questions and didn t push me to have extra things done. They checked what I asked them to check before doing any work and explained everything to me. James even talked to me while I waited. It was informative and an awesome atmosphere! I will only be coming here from now on for my tires! Which I wont need anytime soon bc I found the right tire for my needs! But I will be going for the free rotation! Thanks guys!

Mavis in Chambersburg Pa put tires on my Nissan Rogue a week ago and I have to say they were very fast, easy and professional. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I like that they didn t push extra stuff on me. They understood I was on a budget but got me the best tires I could afford. All the techs were very nice and answered all my questions.

Mavis has been my go-to place for any of my car needs. They always get me booked for the soonest date possible. All of the mechanics do a wonderful job each time I take my vehicle there. I highly recommend to family and friends!!

James and Cody saved our day. We had a rental minivan with a slow leak. The rental company said to go to BWI for a replacement van, almost two hours away. I talked with the rental company about that, and they then agreed to cover a repair. Not being from the area, I found a place about ten minutes away. On the route we came upon Mavis Tire first. I explained the situation to James, who then took the van in and found a screw in the tire. Cody came out and told us it was repairable and had us on our way in twenty minutes. What a relief to find such kind and professional people. Thank you, Mavis Discount Tire.

Service here was great. I was away from home and I noticed my windshield wipers were HORRIBLE and my tire pressure light was on. I showed up with no appointment and they did their best to get me back on the road as quick as possible. New wipers blades and safe tires! 10/10 recommend!!

Here in PA on vacation in our rental car. The warning light came on that we have low tire pressure. Called over here and they took us right in! We had a nail! Not good on a road trip! Aurelia was very nice and helped us out. Nice little kid play area, a phone charging station, clean bathrooms, cold water fountains and tv viewing area. They really took care of us. Thanks for the piece of mind. Priceless! Abe says, You Need To Come To Mavis !

Great service when an alert for low psi came on in my rental car. The Mavis team found the puncture in the tire, plugged it and billed Hertz directly. Fantastic service. Thank you Mavis team!

Not sure of their service, but their scheduling system could be better. Scheduled online for a Saturday spot. Surprised they had spots, but the reviews looked ok, and assumed they had a good system. Show up at 10am, and they say sorry, but system gives you a spot, but doesn t hold/reserve . We can get you in at 2pm. Huh? It s 2024, all the other company online systems work! Left on the spot!

While traveling across the country our tire was close to popping and we needed an immediate tire change. Every tire/auto shop in the area was unwilling to help us in our time of need except for Mavis. We were in and out of Mavis Tires and brakes in 30 mins with a brand new tire. They even graciously unhitched and re-hitched our uhaul for us! Everyone was kind and helpful, we are so grateful to this shop!

Arrived today on Christmas Eve with a broken panel underneath. They lifted the van and fixed it. And then they said no charge! Amazing! We really appreciate their kindness and graciousness. It makes our day!

Aaaahhhhhhmazing! I went in for two front tires to pass my inspection. The gentleman at the front was positive and friendly and very welcoming. I will be returning because they helped me so quickly and they didn t try to push me to purchase rear tires when all I needed was front. Prices were the best I found in the Chambersburg area and I will be returning to get my rear tires from this amazing team!

Being cautious with businesses is a part of my character. I didn't have referrals for Mavis but read all reviews about the business and investigated their "about" page too. After my research I decided to give them an opportunity to work on my beloved and much needed truck. My truck needed tires badly. I am impressed that I was able to order them online from Mavis, make an appointment online, and walk in handing over my keys. So simple. Having worked at Frazier Tire in Virginia, this process was greatly appreciated and much better than what we usually go through to get tires.After tires were installed, they let me know that I needed brake pads and rotors. I had a previous inspection which told me "eventuality" the truck would need brake pads. I put off getting the work done until Mavis Tire proved right. Because of this, I now trust them when they say "you're going to need..." I am here today at the store getting the brakes done, pads, rotors new, and a flush that was recommended. I remain cautious at all times with all businesses. With confidence I can say that I trust Mavis to be truthful and honest with me concerning the repairs needed for my truck.Thank you, Aurelia, for your help.

Exceptional service! Had a flat tire and they checked to see if they could fix it first and then gave a great price for a new tire, done within 20 min and seen right away! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. The staff is well trained to get you in and out as fast and happy as possible. Detailed inspection and even tips on how to save money. I ordered online and the tires arrived a day earlier than expected so they gave me a call and let me know if I wanted to get them a day earlier. So... Thank you guys!

I have used Mavis for awhile now and each time I go in for any of my car issues, the mechanics are very helpful, they get the job done in a timely manner, answer all of my questions, they always go the extra mile. I highly recommend Mavis!

Our family blew a camper tire on the interstate and I called several different places for our tire size. No luck! I called Mavis to see if they had our size in stock and they did! The staff was very friendly and super fast with the changing of our tire. Would recommend 100%!

Awesome! Punctured a tire on I-81N, 6 hours into an 11 hour trip from NC to CT. So glad it happened at exit 17 where a web search showed Mavis was closest. The guys could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Ended up needing 2 new rear tires. Mounted, balanced, installed, and out the door in under 1 hour! Truly saved my trip. Forever grateful!

My experience at mavis is definitely a five star. Cody and all the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Definitely will be my go to place.
