Very satisfied with the purchase of my 2012 Mustang GT from Kyner's Auto Sales. The sale went smoothly without any problems at all. The price was fair and actually lower than other dealers for a similar car. From the sales team to the finance group and all else involved were excellent. They were courteous, professional and honest. No pressure to buy at all. They delivered the car to me and it looked brand new. If I ever need another car I will definitely go back to Kyner's Auto Sales. Very nice selection at fair prices.

Very pleasant salesman. However I will never buy anything from them again. Sold me a Cadillac that had a cracked rear wheel that when taken apart by a local tire shop it was discovered that blue duct tape and heavy sealant was used to delay air loss. I went to Kyners and reported the problem. Their repair shop was to call me to discuss the problem. I have not received any call. Never, Ever again will I shop there. I will be contacting the authorities. Suggest you stay clear of this business

Every encounter with employees has been a good one. It would be nice however, if the Service dept would keep you updated with the status of your vehicle. Ours was there for 2 weeks and besides from the initial diagnosis, we had to keep calling for an update. When we got it back, it was squeaky clean and excited to be home :)

My engine light came on so I called to get it checked. Service lady called to tell me what was wrong and I said fix everything. Picked up the vechile and 2 miles down the road the engine light came on again. I don t like taking a vechile back two or three times for the same thing. Then being talked to like I did something wrong. I told them I had warranty and they charged me full price, when I called the warranty place they told me Kyner s never put a claim in but they did the second time I took it in for the same problem. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my money back, seriously!!!!! Thanks for fixing my vechile

I Purchased an expensive vehicle from Kyners auto sales, The first time I drove it After I had driven it off the lot I noticed there was something wrong, Vehicle was shaking. I immediately called the dealership and took it back in to have it diagnosed and repaired. They had my vehicle for five weeks and it still was not repaired. I asked The dealership to refund my money since there was a problem from the time I drove it off the lot and they refused to do so; and it states on their website that they will buy your car and then I was told that they would trade it in for something else on their lot, but would not be able to give me what I purchased the vehicle for. Highly disappointed in this dealership would not recommend, I will never be back!

This review is based on the vehicle we purchased, NOT our sales rep. Car drove fine on test drive. When it was time to pick it up about 1 week later, After it was sent through for mechanical inspection. Brakes squeak bad, and has a stutter when at low rpms. We are hopeful that its only bad gas. We have been incontact with the service department. Our sales rep was extremely nice and informative **He gets 5 stars!!**

Prompt in ordering parts and scheduling an appointment to get the work done. Work was performed and our truck is running great. The recent trip to Kyner's service department was for our truck inspection since buying the truck from Kyner's the inspection was free with no wait time for an appointment. Pleased with service department overall!!!

Used my service contract to pay for most of the bill.Had to wait for parts to be delivered...fortunately I had noother appointments that day...Total time for service ~2.5 hours.Service evaluation: very satisfactory.Caveat: I wish the inspecting person would return thedrivers seat to as close as possible what it was pre-inspection.This is not a deal-breaker, but it takes a while for me tofinally get it back to the position that I need for it to be.

Went in state inspection and oil change, in and out in a very timely way. The service department is very friendly and efficient. Kyners is the only place I would buy a vehicle from. Everyone is so friendly and professional.

I bought an extra warranty when I bought my truck had it there for a speed sensor and the got out of paying for it with the warranty by saying I was using it for a work truck because I put latter racks on it to haul kayaks wile pulling my camper and they said there was mud up under the truck.Second time I took it there was for exhaust fumes coming into the cab and told them to service the truck while it was there. They serviced the truck for $500 + and told me to take the truck to a Diesel mechanic, which asks me why I paid for a extra warranty that they won t use to fix the truck and then tell me to take it to another person to use the warranty.I may as well just take the truck to a dodge dealer to be worked on since Kyner s don t ever want to fix anything that needs done .

I took my car in to get looked at because it was running good, they gave it a diagnosis test and they said there scanner could not read what the code was reading. They still chargered me a 54.00 fee for something they couldn't explain and told me to take it to a Dodge Dealership, and will cost me even more money. I feel if I got the car from them they should be able to give it a diagnosis test and tell me the problem, not told.to take it somewhere else because they can't. My car gas been nothing but trouble

No loaner car available for me. Referred to a jeep dealership to fix my coolant leak issue. Plus they had the wrong diagnoses. Refusing to help with a vehicle, since the one I bought from them is in adequate to drive normally until it's fixed. I deserve a refund for the incorrect diagnostic test that was performed. I will not buy another vehicle from them or refer anyone to them.

The service team at Kyner's is the best. Any time I've needed work done on my car they've explained everything in detail, including pricing, and have always completed the work in a timely manner. Also, the staff is very friendly and great to deal with!

I had a great experience. Salesmen was very professional, personal, and was not pushy at all. A month later and the truck is running great. I read some horror story reviews where the car purchased pops a check engine light on the way home, etc... did not have that at all.

I had warranty work done. I can understand the deductible, but what I don t understand is how I am charged for parts (bolts) that got broken while YOUR MECHANICS were doing the warranty work.I m fine with paying what I agreed to, when I bought the vehicle, but the bolts, that cost me 70+ dollars, I just don t understand.How am I responsible for things that broke, while, I was NOT the one doing the work??Warranty- 100% parts and labor, yeah. I would give no stars if possible I m not normally one to write a review, but there service department is a joke. They had my vehicle five times put two radiators and a thermostat in at each time and still never fix the actual issue and also tried to tell me over the phone that my cylinder heads were probably clogged without having the vehicle there to diagnose also, they do not have very good communication with their customersService: General repairs & maintenance

My experience was great. He took 2 days to fix my issue and I was back on the road. The service department diagnosed this situation on my vehicle and it ordered the parts for it.

Super friendly staff, made me feel comfortable when buying my new vehicle. I'm in love with my new one and I'm picky. All the cars were nice
