I can't speak highly enough of this location for my first experience. It was a rocky start, but when it came time for my actual appointment, I couldn't have left happier. Peter, the store manager, handled my appointment today and was informative, friendly, and instilled confidence in my decision. Gabe was my technician. He did a quality job and was friendly. I recommend considering this location and requesting both of them when looking for tires.

Finally a garage I can trust. I took my vehicle in for repair and inspection. Peter and his guys did a fantastic job. They didn't try to fix things that weren't broken or charge me for things I didn't need. Great customer service . I'll be taking my vehicle here for now on. Great job

We blew a tire on route 81 and limped in on our donut tire. Andrew met us at the door and gently recommended all four tires be replaced. I felt very comfortable with him and agreed. All of the staff were considerate and did a great job. Andrew convinced us to get the Firestone card and save money on our $800+ purchase. My only negative was something as a retired retailer I consider important. The facility was old and unclean. They are in need of a serious upgrade. One of the best ways to inspire confidence with an unfamiliar patron is to have a comfortable environment. We were actually uncomfortable about even sitting in the wait area. It s a shame that they have such good staffing but not a facility that they can be proud of!

Be aware of this place they use the state inspection system to fleece the customers and take advantage of the members of the community I would not recommend these people to do any work on your vehicle because multiple times they have tried to scam me with two state inspections the first time they try to scare me they said that my brakes needed to be replaced it took my brakes apart at home and they were perfectly fine there was enough meat on the front disc pads and I prove them wrong they had to reverse their decision and saying that my car did not pass inspection because it had failed brakes and give me my inspection stickerThen on my second vehicle they told me that my wipers were not valid and not cleaning my windows when my wipers were practically brand new less than 30 days old then they said that my rear license plate light needed to be replaced my vehicle is equipped with two lights and the state standard says as long as you have a white light Illuminating and the license plate can be seen from 50 ft away in a dark situation it passes inspection then they told me my inner passenger tie rod needed to be replaced I inspected my car by raising the wheel 1 inch off the ground and see if there was any movement on the wheel and there was no movement on the Wheel when I jog the wheel to the left and right putting my hands at 3:00 and 9:00 and trying to jiggle the wheel to see if there was any movement then I put a pry bar underneath the tire and check to see if there was any movement with the inner and outer tie rod in both inner and outer tie rod were in perfect shape they wanted me to pay them a bill of over $900 to repair their fake report of damages to my car in order for me to pass inspection I told him hell no I'm not a Certified mechanic but I've been doing the majority of my own mechanical work are my vehicles for over 40 years so I knew what was happening and I was aware that Firestone was trying to take advantage of me and they thought I was an ignorant customer and member of the community that they can take advantage of I fought them and prove them wrong to the point where they return me my 100% refund for the money I spent on the inspection then I went to another inspection establishment and my car pass the inspection with no issues found these people are Dirty Rotten Scoundrels do not trust them to work on your vehicle because they tend to use the state inspection system to lie to the customers and inflate an invoice where they take advantage of the customers.

I hate writing bad reviews but I m so disappointed with this location! First of all, we have parked our car in our brand-new garage for over a year & there s has never been a spot on our garage floor! So, my husband took our VW here several months ago to get the oil changed & several hours later realized it was leaking oil. He quickly took it back & they did fix it, saying it was leaking from a broken seal. Oil changes in this particular vehicle can be very costly but we had a coupon & the price was pretty reasonable with the discount & they were quick to fix it so we gave them another chance & just a few days ago, my husband took the car in again for another oil change. Unfortunately, the next day our car was leaking oil AGAIN, so he again takes it back in & they said they couldn t find anything but that they thought it was leaking oil from the turbo or it could ve been residual. The car continued to leak so we had my uncle who is a retired mechanic of 50+ years, take a quick look at it (he doesn t like working on German cars ) but he said it was definitely leaking from the cap. We then took the car to a place that is more familiar with VW (Motive Works) & they changed the oil again & so far it seems like they have fixed it. Firestone had a promo so we paid about half price for the oil change this last time but I feel like they should give us our money back or something! This is ridiculous & just a terrible way to do business! Now of course, if anything changes, I ll gladly update this review because I understand cars can be tricky & we re all human things happen but as of today, I m very disappointed!Update: Never heard anything back from this location but I m happy to repot that the car is no longer leaking, no thanks to Firestone but the other place did find the issue & apparently it seems the cap was tightened too much which was causing it to leak. I understand that German cars can be a little tricky but if that s the case, I d rather them say we don t feel comfortable doing this on this vehicle.Another thing that has me turned off by this location is how a particular employee treated another customer. There was an elderly lady, just lost her husband, on a fixed income & the gentleman failed her vehicle for a shock & TINT she had on the car for over 10 years. This poor lady left with an estimate of over $3,000 just to pass the PA annual inspection!

I have had my car serviced there two times. They went over and beyond to help me both times. The second time they checked out my car for safety before a long trip when a car repair at another shop had some issues. They had a great attitude and showed me the problem so that I could get the repair done right. I am very grateful for their help!

6 months ago I had the brakes done on my equinox. They only lasted 1500 mi. I took it to my regular mechanic and watched him disassemble it and remove the parts. To my surprise no ceramic disc pads, just the cheapest ones you can buy and the work order said ceramic. I used this shop for 17 years. I never had any problems and yes it had changed management and employees but I sure didn't expect fraud! They were told also to checkthe rear brakes. They didn't. And they were completely worn out. So I paid to have a complete break job + 4 rotors done again. I went back to Firestone to speak to somebody there and I was told that all the employees had been let go and the management had been changed. I think they should have at least offer to compensate me for the second brake job but they didn't offer anything. I don't know anything about the management they have now. Maybe they're not committing fraud but I can't say. I'm not done yet that's for sure!

I just went to get my car detailed (at a different shop) and they informed me the lug nuts on both front tires were VERY loose and one of the nuts was missing!!! Meaning my wheels could have eventually come off the car!! They asked me where I last had my car checked out and of course it was Firestone. Firestone also needed to keep my car up to 5 hours longer than expected the last two times I went to them. In one case they even had to keep the car overnight because they were missing a part even though I had an appointment (they couldn't be bothered to prepare for)! Firestone even offered me a good deal for next time but I'd rather trust literally anyone than them at this point. Go somewhere else, it's safer and quicker.

This place has gone down hill very fast. I usually take my car here to get aligned recently they told me they couldn't align it anymore, due to the camber not being adjustable anymore. The told me there was nothing I could do, that my tires would always wear weird now but I needed new tires. All they want to do is charge you crazy money for something you can get online for half the price. And they have no clue how to do their jobs. I took my car to weaver tires in shippensburg and they took it upgraded what needed upgraded and aligned my car, after being told there was nothing I could do, I did something and fixed it fancy that. Firestone workers are lazy and all they wanna do is rip you off. This whole shop should be fired and new brought in maybe people who actually care about their community!!!! Instead of just about making money. DONT GO TO FIRESTONE!!!!!!

We were just in for 2 tires and other work. 2 weeks before that I had a blow out. (They got me back on the road asap)Today, 7/16/2021 wait was not bad! Exactly as they stated. Price was affordable for the service I had. Customer service was top notch on both visits! Thank you

We really need to be able to give a zero stars, I'll never spend another dime with this location or chain. A few years back I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on a work vehicle, I waited for the vehicle and it was a nice day so I sat outside and was able to visually see the truck for all but 15 minutes and then it was ready, so I assumed I was about to be told the lift wasn't working or some reason why I didn't get the tire rotation and dude looked me in the eyes and said that the completed it , I really stopped using them at that point but the job said that it works for them, so I got my current inspection done there and provided everything that was required, windshield cracked and had to be replaced, brought the old sticker in and just wanted a replacement for the same time frame as the original. The service manager says that I needed to provide all the paperwork again and he would taking the old sticker (actually said so I can't sell it) and they'd be charging me for a new sticker. I put in a request to just get a new inspection to start from the current date and break all ties with this shop. They may ask me to just get the replacement sticker here, but either way, once I have my inspection sticker, I'll never step back into there again. I see why it looks so run down now, poor customer service and bad business practices hit hard.

I took my 2013 dodge caravan there, they replaced the fuel pump. After months of going back and forth with them and the $889 I spent on the fuel pump, only to take it somewhere else and find out it was the ignition switch. Enter At Your Own Risk!

I went to get 4 new tires which i needed after already being told what I needed to get my car inspected which were just tires. So I go to fire stone to get new tires and a sticker for my inspection. The old man whose usually the one who schedules and runs everything up front comes out to tell me I need front breaks and quotes me at $442 plus tax for front breaks. I tell him I just had my car looked at by a mechanic and was told I just needed tires. He says he can t pass my car without them. So I told him I will price check things before I schedule that. He tells me they price match. He also tells me the price is that way also because of inflation . So i leave and call my boyfriends mechanic that works at his service center. And he gave me a quote and it was under $100 plus the labor which is no where near $442. So be careful of the old man at fire stone that runs it. Price gouger!!!!BEWARE!!! I had really hoped my experience with this business would be a good lasting one but sadly that is not the case. I gave them a couple chances but after being blatantly lied to on my last visit I m done doing business with them.They lie & cut corners. I ve only had oil changes & tires put on here. Two very basic things. If they can t be honest or do these things properly, I would be more than worried about other work they do to vehicles. I do not recommend this garage.

Been going here for oil changes several years now. However, never again. I dropped my vehicle off in the AM, went to work, and when I picked my car up at 5:45PM, the windshield was broken. They were supposed to be open until 6pm, but closed at 5 instead. I immediately tried to call them, only to find they don't even have an answering machine. I drove home with my broken windshield and called them the next morning. When I explained the damage, they said they didnt know how that would have happened and refused to assist me in any way. Then the next week, my check engine light came on. I had my regular mechanic look at my vehicle and he discovered there were only 3 quarts of oil in my car! They completely shorted me a quart of oil on my oil change! Minor complaints also included not resetting my maint req'd light or putting a sticker indicating the mileage for my next oil change. What a mess. Save yourself a headache and just go elswhere!Service: Oil change

I waited an hour for my tire sensors to be checked and was charged $23 for this. Most shops don't charge for this service nor does it take an hour! Part of my wait included techs having their lunch break. My tire pressure wasn't even checked as courtesy. An upfront communication about a charge would have been nice. I wasn't expecting it, so I never asked. After my quote, it was suggested to replace all sensors. After calling other places, I can get sensors at half the cost I was quoted.

was better when Craig managed the store. Went there to get new tires staff was friendly but insisted on running diagnostics on the car(which I didn't want) tried to sell me overpriced windshield wipers and other services I didn't want or need. Plus the next day after I got my tires two of them went flat had to go to someone else to get them properly sealed. will not be going back there
