Oh boy this is going to be fun seeing how you take down my other reviews. So I came in for the sale well when I got there the guys talked me into full synthetic which I accepted, 50$ more than the sale price. Well I was there for a max of 5 min which I should have known, NOBODY can do an oil change and all fluids in 5 mins. Well about a month and a half after I was there I stared having car problems. My car was shutting off while driving and was throwing different codes that autozone said was fuel intake, or a relay issue that would cost about 1200$ to fix so I found a reliable garage with good reviews. He got my car up and just so you know I had only drove 3000 miles since the so called oil change. The facts is YOU never changed my oil which started to cause a lot of issues. So with that being said, I would never recommend this place to anyone, you almost destroyed my care and in this economy, that is just scumbag actions. I hope that no one else has to deal with your negligence. I have talked to legal representation and will be in contact. I know you re gonna either try and take this down or puts so fancy spin on your excuses. Fact is no matter what you say your employees are liars and scumbags.

Nice and friendly went in for an oil change which went smoothly. But the receipt says they checked all these things that they didn t actually check. Didn t get charged thankfully but if extra services are free I wish they would ve actually done things thoroughly. I would ve loved to have full service and would ve paid extra if I needed anything they checked for.

Just stopped for oil change to break up Christmas shopping. Matt and Alex were fast, very pleasant, and asked me if I had any promotion discount. Wanted to get the high mileage treatment, but it was sold out. Great service and $35 synthetic blend oil change. Thanks.

Stopped in today because I saw the $35 oil change coupon on Facebook, showed him the coupon and he changed my oil (full synthetic),installed a new filter and checked the fluids and even put air in the tires. Out the door paid a little over $38 and was out the door in 11 minutes. I'm satisfied with the work. Would recommend!

Terrible experience. After they stripped my drain plug, they told me they couldn't change my oil cause of it. And I still stand by the one star because what kinda mechanic can't get a drain plug out. It's ok, I get it. 4 o'clock on a friday afternoon place closes at 5. I wouldn't wanna stick around either. Not to mention, they were gonna charge me a full 100 bucks until I pulled out the Facebook coupon advertising the 39.95 oil change. And not to mention when I took my car back over to my original mechanic. He took the drain plug right out and even changed it for me NO PROBLEM. Your mechanics need to try harder and not make excuses next time.

These guys are extremely efficient. This was my first experience for an oil change with this company and I will for sure return in 3K miles! There's one man on deck below and one above. Having worked in an auto shop with lifts, this set up is MUCH more efficient for oil changes. They topped off the washer fluid that I didn't expect. Cudos gentlemen. No blasting music for those who may be hearing sensitive or have loved ones with autism as I have. So, this is an Autism friendly shop, folks!

I took my Honda CIvic here a couple months ago and a few days later I noticed a scraping sound coming from the bottom of the car occasionally when I would go over bumps.The next time I got my oil changed I went to a different shop and they told me that I was missing a couple bolts that they were able to replace for me. No more scraping.Today (about five months of no scraping), my wife took the car back to Costa because she was in the area and wanted to quickly get the oil changed before finishing her errands. About thirty minutes after leaving, she called me and noted that the "scraping sound" had once again returned.Coincidence?Service: Oil change

120-140 for a disabled veteran And no one was there but you didn t have time! I ll stick to my 65$ Jiffy Lube full service Thanks but no thanks!! False advertising also.. Bad business!!!!

Ripped me off!!! I took my Fiat 500 there for and oil change and air filter. They said they didn t have the filters but I could go pick them up and then come back. I did just that. They ended up charging me $68.75 for an oil change (4 quarts of oil) and they put the new air filter in that I paid $30 for at the auto store even though they said the old one was clean. Why wouldn t they just tell me I didn t need it changed and to return the one I bought to save myself some money??? Guess they wanted to charge me for the installation?! I guess they also charged me for the filters that I provided?! Don t go to Sites, better prices same service at Jiffy Lube!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

On my travels I had to get an oil change desperately and found good reviews of Sites Jet Lube in Chambersburg. Family owned business, no appointment needed and there was not wait time on my visit. From start to finish it took about 15 minutes. They did change my air filter as well and the total was a little more than I expected. There was a discount oil change for women on Tuesdays and therefore I got $2 off my final bill so I can't complain. Service was good and they were friendly.

My boyfriend called to ask about an oil change and transmission problems. The person on the phone explained they can only check the transmission fluid and nothing else with it, but they were rude and rushed him off the phone. Then when he got there they were still rude and acted annoyed, and none of the staff were wearing masks. When he asked about where to go for checking his transmission the one worker just said I don t have any recommendations and left it at that. For a place where their marquee says God bless America they don t seem to be anything like a christian or like they are taking the pandemic seriously.

I've been getting my oil changed at Sites now for a few years on both of my vehicles and love their quick and courteous service.Most of the time I'm in and out within 15 minutes.

I happily drive by the other guys to come here. Just walked out with an 11 min oil change, try getting that at the big name oil guy! Plus they don't try to pressure you into buying products you don't need.

Went to get an oil change, within a few weeks,my oil light came on in my car,I went to another place, here my car hardly had any oil in it,and had the same oil filter from the dealership,..I had paid almost 60dollars for the oil change, almost messed my car up, I will never go there again..
