I'm looking for a body shop came from West Virginia and was not disappointed. Not only did they make the vehicle look brand new, but they also fixed my hood at no charge! If I ever need body work done again even if I live 3 hours away I will bring the car here.

Mike & Dale are the BEST!! Had a problem getting a door window for my car. One shop had my car tied up for 9 days and still could not locate a window from a salvage yard. I decided to stop in at Collision Connection and spoke to Mike about my problem. Even though Mike was busy with other things he immediately got on the phone and called 2 local salvage yards. 2 hours later the one place had a window for me. WOW that was fast. I picked up the window and delivered it to Mike. The car was finished the NEXT DAY. I am very impressed with their business ways. Mike and Dale are kind, helpful, and skilled auto body technicians. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any auto body work done. Thanks again Mike & Dale.

My husband is an auto painter. A very experienced painter. We just didn t have anywhere for him to paint it as the shop where he works doesn t allow outside work. He had seen other cars CC had repaired and said that he thought they would do a good job. They really did. They stuck to the original estimate. No surprises. I dropped off my car Monday night, it was ready by Friday. It looks amazing. I highly recommend this place.Service: Painting

Used them through State Farm. Never heard from anyone at Collision Connection; no calls or emails, nothing. The car was totaled - took one week for estimate to be completed. Seems as if only one person works there. I do not recommend this shop. Try Caliber Collision instead; 10xs better.

Dale and Mike are top notch. They do a fantastic job and stand by their work. It may take a few weeks to get an appointment to have the work done but its very worth the wait. They are that good at what they do and are extremely busy. Your repair will be done correctly and with great precision. We have had several vehicles repaired by them and extremely happy with each one.

Mike and Dale run a fantastic shop. I came in with a scratch on the door of my new truck. They scheduled me in for the best time that worked for me, got the work done quickly and did a fantastic job. My scratch didn't require paint thanks to their excellent work, saving me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. They have earned my business time and again.

Fantastic service and excellent work. I had some minor repairs that I needed fixed just days before a left on a long trip. Collision Connection was able to fit my vehicle into their busy schedule within a matter of two days! They did great work, paying attention to the smallest of details and even washed my entire car. I would highly recommend Collision Connection to any one needing auto body repair work.

Mikie and Dale are the best! You make have to wait...but if you want the best work...you will wait! I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!!!

Probably not going to have work done here since they are booked up for the next month an half. That probably says something about their quality and dependability in itself though. Owner is very personable also. If I do have work done here I will update my review at that time.

I went there with an insurance claim expecting them to jump on it because insurance was covering it but, instead they fixed the problem right away and didn't charge anyone. Great group of guys and definitely will use them again if I have too.
