If I could leave 0 stars I would. I m extremely dissatisfied with their service and the owner. They tried to scam my insurance company s money from the very beginning. They initially didn t replace my bumper with a new one like it was stated in the estimate they created. When asked why it wasn t brand new, they told me they thought it was out of pocket despite my estimate showing insurance claim. Then I proceeded to have to take my car back 2 more times for their lack of professional and complete work. The last time the owner was rude and didn t want to complete work that was clearly unfinished. I had to contact my insurance company and they were rude with my insurance and myself once again. I would never recommend them at all. I would like to also add that I came in with a high quality BMW X5 in excellent condition aside from the area that needed repaired from the collision. So there s no excuse to treat my vehicle as a hoopty. I can t help but also believe they may be racist because with all the so called positive reviews, they dealt with me very poorly as a person of color. I also didn t see any other people of color the many days I had to go there to deal with my car. All the pictures shown are items they fixed . Insurance also determined they were responsible for fixing my car based on those images. Their response was they no longer wanted to work with us and deal with the issue. I definitely have no interest in dealing with them ever again. So I will be taking my vehicle to someone else. Regardless of who I take it to, insurance informed them that they will be still financially responsible and will be billed whatever the cost is. I don t understand how they are able to still be in business with their lack of professionalism, accountability, and quality work.

Amsley s is our go to collision shop and has been for nearly twenty years. I d like to say we haven t needed a regular collision shop, but we have been in many times They have always gone above and beyond, precise color matches, workmanship that I feel is top notch, an art form and pride in craftsmanship. The past couple times we have needed work (not my fault!) when I spoke with the adjusters I specifically stated we would be using Amsley s- unfortunately totaled means no body work but they are a non-negotiable in our house if we need the work done. Friendly service going above and beyond, they remind you of the kind of place you grew up knowing- you knew they would do it right, and it would look better than before, they will greet you with a smile and take care of the whole job- hoping you will be our go to on speed dial for another twenty

I don't have a lot of experience at repair shops. Amsley's Collision did a wonderful job on my Lexus.I am absolutely amazed.I hope I never need a repair again, but if I do, It will be Amsley doing the work.KUDOS TO YOU!!

I contacted amsley's to work on my 87 944 that had a low speed front impact. I scheduled an apt a week out with them to do an estimate. On that call I wanted to send them pictured of the car to see if it was worth driving an hour to see them, they said no need. So they day comes to bring it in, he takes one look at it and says ehhh we arnt interested in working on it due to the age and we are booked 2 months out..... so suffice to say I'm extremely aggravated because my time and fuel was wasted. Unprofessional and I won't be calling them ever again.

I didn't really *want* to deal with them professionally (no one wants something wrong with the car) but I had a minor problem with my door and they totally helped. John even took some time to help before the scheduled appointment. Very friendly staff - up front / honest - wonderful all around. If I ever needed them again, I would never hesitate. *****

Took my car in here after a collision on the recommendation of a friend who works at a nearby dealership. He spoke very highly of them, and I've gotta say, he wasn't wrong. They cut off and replaced a section of the rear quarter panel, replaced 2 doors, repainted/blended, as well as replaced some damaged suspension components. John and other staff I dealt with were very polite. There were some very minor things I found when I came to pick the car up the first time. They gave me a loaner to use (Hyundai Genesis... very nice and clean!) and had the car back to me in a couple of days. White pearl paint is matched very well (pearl coat is one of the more difficult ones to get right). Flake and orange peel is on point. Car's good as new. I can say with confidence that this shop stands by their work and goes out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied.I'm picky when it comes to the finish on my vehicles. I know where I'll be taking my Mustang in for some work when I get it back on the road. I'd recommend Amsley's to anybody!

We had beyond excellent service. Our car just had some bumper damage but the whole car came back looking great.... inside and out. And my son loves his t-shirt. Wore it two straight days until I forced him to give it up for the wash machine. Thank you.

My side door was banged up, and USAA gave me a quote. Amsley matched the quote, finished the repair two days early, flawless repair, and even detailed my truck inside and out before I picked it up.10/10 would recommend.

Brought a 2010 Jeep Liberty to them on a monday. They returned it Thursday. (which beat what they estimated) They exceeded all expectations. Great work Great Value. Less expensive then the Big name shops. Honda. Jennings Etc. Thanks Amsley's

Had body work done on a Jeep Wrangler, rear fender, and tailgate were dented. Amsley's did the repairs, looked like new. About eight years later paint cracked at the repair spot, called John at Amsley's, he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I took it in the next day, and Larry looked at it, and told me he never saw anything like it. He said if I had the receipt they would fix it, and they only keep records for 5 years. I checked at home couldn't find receipt, called back and talked to John, he said sorry can't help me. Very disappointed !

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLEI damaged The side of my car. I called the adjusterI realized after cleaning the car offThe damage was not as bad as I though.So I went in hand with the quote from my adjuster to Amsley's Collision ServicesI preceded to talk to the gentleman about what needed to be done.He cut me off and repeatedly asked me if I was a claims adjuster When I said no But I know cars.He Told me You don't need me then and walked away and shut the door on meHe was rude obnoxious.He treated me like I was I was ignorantI felt like he was ripping off my insurance company.

fast friendly service , precise color matching, its like the accident never happened, these are things we hear from are valued customers,hundreds of times a year.. i guarantee we will do our best on every job big or small old car or brand new ,we take care of it care like its our own. bill amsley

Kad work from two accidents (1 my own fault). Both were quick clean and great looking. Even detailed truck when finished. Larry, the owner is a great guy who knows his stuff.

Best bodyshop I have ever used. Super friendly. Fast turn around. Price was right on point, but most of all their work was done to perfection. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I got into a very bad situation while being near this collision place and let me just say they were absolutely NO help. I drove to this collision place letting Larry know what happened and asking if he knew what was wrong or if I could possibly get it fixed and he blew my friend and I off, refused to look at it, and on top of it all I walked in on Larry inside the lobby telling Carol and the rest of his friends what just happened to us and joking. I would NOT give this place a star or my money EVER this place sucks and they are honestly rude people that obviously don't want any business.

Went here planning to fix my door handle and ended up being more trouble than what I attended it to be (bent rod internally), got a fair price with the rod fix being no extra charge along with great customer service. Would Recommend!

Went in for scheduled estimate and was refused because I wouldn't select them to perform the insurance work before I got an estimate. I've never heard of taking a company requires I select them to do the work before I get an estimate. This was reported to State Farm as well because that was who suggested I go to Amsley's.

It states that they do car detailing but when I called they don't do it so I'm confused and would like to know if it states detailing them it should be done or change you site.
