We absolutely loved buying our 2010 Toyota 4Runner from this dealership. Corey was a great salesman and made the process worry free and easy! The car did not have a spare key, but Corey had one made for me and included a warranty package! The buying process was so easy and the car was cleaned when we came to pick it up. If you re looking to deal with a trustworthy car dealership, then Chambersburg Affordable is the place to go.

bought a used volkswagen there . they made sure it was running perfect before i bought it. replaced the windshield for free even though it only had a small chip. oil change right. before and gas money handed to me when i purchased the car. super nice people, they work with you . my mom and her boyfriend also got a car here.

This is an outstanding place an I m picky when it comes to certain places but the from sales person to the owner was an is very nice an easy to talk to! They got me into a nice car with low down payment a low monthly payments! I love my Benz ! A with the warranty leaves me with no worries! Not a lot places give u that a with the gap that comes with it can t complain here !! But I d recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks affordable!Gene.m

Corey was amazing! He listened to what I wanted in a car and was able to give me many options that fit my requests . During a snow storm I even locked my keys in my car by accident and he drove to my location and was able to bring the extra set to get in my car . That really is going above beyond for your client . Do not shop here, their cars are not worth it or reliable. Customer service is terrible and they won t reimburse you. Last year around the end of July I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ from this company that was just over 100,000 miles. Was told it was in great condition, took it for a test drive with no issues. Signed papers and got the car. Within the first month I started having issues with this car. These are issues that they would have known of if they had correctly and thoroughly inspected the vehicle beforehand. I took it to them so their own in house mechanic could look at it and was told the issue was the starter. It took them a week half to get the starter fixed. Kept giving me the excuse that their mechanic is 70 years old and slow. Not my issue, get a better one. Once I got the car back it worked for 2 days before it was once again not working, not starting whatsoever. Again had it towed to them so they could look at it and was told that they needed to fix something else and it wasn t the starter now. They ordered the part and had my car sitting for another week and a half. Got the part in and they kept working on other cars before mine because the other cars had minor issues compared to mine and they needed to get those done even though I brought mine in beforehand. Nothing their mechanic did fixed my car whatsoever , he doesn t seem knowledgeable at all. Didn t offer me a rental or anything. I had this car for less than 3 months. There shouldn t have been anything issues. Had my car towed from their garage because they got nothing done and sent it to a reputable one in town who found the real issue within the first hour of them having it. My car needed a whole new engine, would be $5000 to fix. I did a $2500 deposit on this car and paid the first 2 months. Affordable offered me nothing. They just expected me to pay for it and deal with it. Terrible company and terrible cars. I wouldn t recommend shopping with them unless it s your last resort, I ve seen plenty of other reviews with other people having very similar issues. Wish I would ve read those before I made my purchase. Wasted $3000 with them. I assume I m going to receive a negative response to my review like others have because they don t want their name tarnished but I have proof of everything. Reported them to the better business bureau because of this. They need to be looked into

I went there Friday and got a 2020 Chevy equinox. Everyone was so nice and walked me through everything. Corey and heather were both amazing!!! Got an amazing sandwich out of the deal too. I highly recommend going here!

I just recently bought my 2015 gmc yukon denali from corey at affordable auto sales and fell in love with it. Corey made the buying experience easy as can be. Also if I had a problem with anything it was taken care of fast as possible. I'll recommend them too anyone look for a new ride any day of the week.

Went to look at a vehicle listed online as available. After waiting 10 minutes in the office area while listening to the secretary flirt in the back, she finally came out. Asked if she could help us, told her what car we were interested in and she responded, sorry it just sold. That s it. Didn t ask if we wanted to look at any others, what price range, nothing.

They will definitely put you in a vehicle if you have something to put down. The down fall is that most of their vehicles have some type of mechanical issue that they cover with a bandaid so to speak. While financing their vehicles, you are THE ONLY person legally allowed to operate said vehicle. Not even your wife can drive the vehicle say to pick you up from oral surgery, they will attempt repossession. But the primary reason I advise shopping around is ALL their vehicles are equiped with a GPS tracker allowing them to shut the vehicle down at any given point. Doesn't matter if it's a discrepancy in their system, you can be driving 65 mph on interstate 81 and the vehicle will instantly shut off. When changing insurance policies they did not receive notice as quick as they preferred so they intentionally shut the vehicle off and sent me a text message saying it was up for repossession. Tho I did not allow that to happen, they will try repossession at all costs so they can resale the vehicle but keep the down pymt. Finally, believe other options are more secure. I purchased before auto pay was mandatory and refused to give permission for auto pay. Yet they pulled payments with auto pay without my permission which is illegal. Cars look clean but come with aaaaalot of baggage. Be safe, be smart. ....and to further elaborate, when this post was read by the owner zero accountability was held. Received only excuses on how my complaints were torward the financing company, not them. Tho, the company that financed(because I'm paid in full) was the company Affordable Auto next to sheets in Chambersburg relied on for completing sale. Also attempted to make it sound like I never purchased from them and that "I" am unaware where I spent $20,000,lol. Just be careful with these people, it gets petty..

If you are in need of a vehicle and enjoy prompt, courteous service look no further than Amy! She is, bar none, top notch. I didn t have to do a thing but provide some info and she took care of the rest.Whoever writes Amy s paychecks better pay her accordingly as she is a very valuable employee to your business. She has all the qualities that employers are looking for today, just sayin .

honestly one of, if not the greatest places to get a car from. the staff is very friendly and very understanding. have had a car from them for the past 2 years and has run perfectly fine with no issues. hoping to get in more vehicles in the future

Amy was wonderful when it came to my car buying experience. I cant tell you how many greats things I can say about her. It took a great deal of stress off of my shoulders when it came to the car buying process . And now I have a great reliable car. Plus they offer payment plans, which is a great option in this economy

Applied for financing on a vehicle and was told I needed to provide 6 consistent months of recent pay stubs to show I had income. I did that then was told that the in house financing would need to see more consistent income. How does that work? I provided the last 6 months you said you needed and then you contradicted yourselves saying I needed to show more consistent income. How much more consistent can it get?
