Shawn, and all the employees of the Chalfont Mavis tire go above and beyond! They are polite, knowledgeable, patient. They go over in detail, what they will be doing before hand. They don t try to sell you . If you need something, they explain what it is, and why it needs fixing. They will not push you to buy anything. The store is neat, and tidy, including the restroom. I appreciate the efficiency of the work they do, and the transparency. My car runs better after each visit, whether it is standard maintenance, or a larger issue. I feel confident that the work, and parts are quality. If you are looking to have work done on your car, and are in the area, I would definitely recommend coming to the Chalfont Mavis Discount Tire center. Shawn and his team run an honest, well oiled shop. They will have my family s business (and confidence) as lifelong customers.

My appointment was for 9am. It s now 3pm and they just took the car into the shop now. I was told twice over the phone that my car would be the next in shop. Once at 11am, and once at 3pm. They are not upfront about when they will service your car. Customer service also not kind. The appointment tab is not honored. I do not recommend this place.

First time here today. The crew was very inviting and friendly. Will be coming back for future maintenanceUpdate was here for oil change Erin was the bomb! Great price Erin was great to work with.

We bought tires from them yesterday and they installed them for us.They stained my car from the inside, on both sides, as if they stained the interior with greasy oil on BOTH SIDES. When I showed them, the manager said that it was nothing to worry about, you need to be positive, and with his dirty rag he wiped the inside of the interior, leaving even more dirt inside. He also lied that they did not open the door on the passenger side, although I have a recording on the camera that they opened and sat in the front passenger seat because they were looking for the keys there. The manager says what can I do, go to the detailing shop and wash it, why should I wash the car at my own expense when they dirty it and don t admit it and also lie that it wasn t them who dirty it."Mavis has always known their customers come first with top-quality service." But, no, with those manager's attitude it is hard to believe that Mavis cares about his customers. When you get a clean car, you have to give back a clean car, or at least admit that you accidentally got dirty, and not make a fool out of me.

I love this location! Everyone especially Erin are always so friendly and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and able to put my mind at easy knowing that they will take good care of my car! Thx guys

Staff provided excellent service during your recent car inspection at Mavis Tire. Came in for tire rotation and balance. There was 2 online coupons , for Free service. I made a appointment on line. I was taken on time . The professional and courteous manner I was treated was great. I will be sure to return in the near future.

Dropped car off for 5 hours came back nothing was done ..they told me I have to buy tires from them .I can't use the ones I brought ..you would think they would say that when I dropped the car off instead I come back before they close an they say they don't do used tires . An dude looks like a sex offender I no he's on Megan's law. So don't bring kids there

Terrible service. I realized why I stopped going here years ago. The guy inside is nice enough, however they don't honor appointments! I made an appointment for a simple inspection done 2 weeks prior. Get an email the morning of saying good to go. I get there and the guy says he can't take anymore inspections. I said I have an appointment. He then said we'll orcomputers are acting weird so I can't help you. What's the point of making an appointment if you don't honor it? Terrible customer service

Had a great first experience. Chris was really good and demonstrated top-notch customer service. Tom was also great and they were both willing to help me get my car issues figured out. Pricing was better than most places around here and I'll definitely be going to them for any automotive work or advice.Great job fellas. I'm glad I found your shop.
