Extra space storage in chalfont is a great place to store those extra items you don t have room for. The units are clean and well maintained. The grounds are also keep in great condition. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

The staff here was amazing! Especially with speaking with Ellaina. She was knowledgeable and professional. She took her time answering my questions and made me feel like this was the place where I could store my stuff and not worry. Definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

Sean was incredibly helpful, pleasant and polite. I honestly did not expect this from a representative in this business but it was a very happy surprise! I ve already been a customer for 3 years and I was starting to consider moving elsewhere, but with Sean s knowledge, he has convinced me to stay for at least another 2 years. I have no doubt that he will make it higher up in the company, which is great for him as he deserves it, but the customers will lose an ally sorely needed.

The manager on site was very helpful selecting a storage space, ensuring I would be able to enter after hours and also made sure the site was convenient to a 23" truck. Our space was on a long straight-away, one turn off the gate and with easy access for circling around for exiting. The property has good drainage so nothing will get wet left on the floor. Each time I have returned to the property the gate was up (during hours) and worked properly after-hours without issue. One of the better operated sites in the Chalfont area and I would recommend this location based on ease, convenience, and management assistance.

Moving is stressful. Especially across the country. I needed storage until we were ready for our big move to Florida and extra space storage was wonderful. Ellaina helped me find the right size storage for my needs and we so helpful through this stressful process. She also helped us get all the moving supplies we needed. I highly recommend.

Ellaina is was very nice and helpful. I was set up and in my unit very quickly and was able to get all the accommodations I required. I would recommend anyone looking for quality long term or short term storage.

My husband stopped in to check out this facility to see what our options are. We were greated by Ellaina who offered to give us a tour. She was super helpful, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. It's hard to find great customer service these days, we appreciated all of her help. It's a nice facility and the friendly staff is an added bonus.

This place is well kept very clean. The manager was very professional and friendly. She explained all fees and pricing on rental units. This location is easy and convenient to get to. I would definitely recommend this facility

You should stop shopping around and just call these guys. Rented 2 units, one large one small, and the units were swept clean and had fresh tags when I arrived. Staff is really helpful and friendly on site. Trust me, you can t beat this price for what you get, and I ve used the other local Chalfont/North Wales self storage sites. Plus they have better access hours for drive-up.

I don't do reviews much, but after my experience with John and extra space storage I had to leave a 5 star review. He is amazing and his personality really makes this place pop! He was very helpful to get me the units I needed and the prices are very competitive with other storage centers in the area. The premises are very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend john and extra space storage if you are in the market to rent some extra space.

Alaina was so helpful! We had a lock that wouldn't open and she came to our unit with a metal cutter (goggles and all) and rescued us.She was so pleasant and helpful and we are completely satisfied. We are relieved to know that our belongings are safe.

Moved to this storage place to have a unit close to home with a convenient location. John was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. When I went to fill out the lease, John showed me around the property (extreme well-kept, wide aisles, clean) and made sure I had no issues. Extra Space does offer 24 hour access, which is great knowing you don't have a curfew. Overall, glad I made this choice!
