5 stars are not enough. Bobbie gave a free and honest assessment a while back. Now that l need tires, (GREAT price, and got the order in way faster than humanly possible) I would never go anywhere else. Top notch service & nice people.

Highly recommend Creamery Tire. They did not initially have my tire in stock but they ordered it and it was in at 8 AM the very next morning. When I dropped my car off, they finished it within an hour of opening and I was able to pick it up immediately. Very good service.

Wow, great service and great price. A friend of mine told me about this place and I did not believe him. The price they quoted was the out the door price. No gimmicks or hidden fees.I bought 4 tires and had them installed cheaper than another sight by three and get one free.Was there at non peak time. And the pit crew had the tires changed in a flash. It was minutes.Yes I would suggest you buy tires here. But before you go call first, they may need to get the tires from the other store. Took less than a day.

Always fast and good service. Cost me about 20 bucks for a tire patch and was and to just walk in and have them look at my car. Will always recommend them.

Great experience. I went to the Chalfont location. I called one morning and 24 hours later I was out the door with new tires. I could have had them the same day but I couldn't get there that day. The staff is good as well, Bobbi works the store front and is efficient and friendly. The guys in the shop work together like a well oiled machine. I've been hearing about how good this place is for years and everything I've heard appears to be true. I'll be going back for sure.

Bro, the worst experience I had in an Automotive place by far. I called the Creamery Tire in Chalfont store to order a tire/tires as usual. I ve never talked to a guy over the phone at this location but ig I was the lucky winner, usually it s the nice Redhead.A month earlier I had a flat and needed to get a new tire cause it was the sidewall, same thing this time. I told the guy, that I recently got a tire from them, but the original tires aren t sold anymore, this guy tried to get me to buy a new set saying the brand, speed rating and wear have to match on all the tires. Obviously I just want a tire, even the tire they sold me a month ago, they don t sell anymore! It s crazy, I just need a tire. Everything they were trying to sell me was $63+ over Firestone. And it was so simple of a process. I just want what I needed, not someone to lie to me for a upsell.

Truly the best tire place. Cheapest prices. Insanely prompt service. Free rotations. I don't think I've ever waited here more than a half hour for a rotation.They give you every reason to keep coming back.

I ve gotten new tires at Creamery a few times and had a great experience each time. The customer service is above and beyond. As a girl who drives a TON and knows nothing about cars I never feel intimidated to go in if I have a problem with my tires. Creamery Is a place you can trust to shoot you straight.

Knowledgeable and honest! After another shop tried to sell me new tires saying that they could not patch my tire because of the tread being too low, I took my car to Creamery for a second opinion. The gentlemen measured the tread right in front of me, told me that they would have no issues patching it and said that it would be completed in 20 minutes. I also asked about whether or not I needed new tires at that time and he gave me his honest assessment on that as well. It was such a refreshing experience that I only wish I went to Creamery from the beginning. I will surely be going back to them when the time does come to purchase new tires!

Tesla owner approved. You can drive your own car into the bay, grab your jacking pucks, and tell the mechanic directly to use them. No whisper down the lane about jacking procedures, explaining the key card, disabling pin to drive, explaining regen, etc. Now if only my undercarriage shield would stop dropping screws behind my tires.

Very impressed. I had a set of wheels andTires balanced at another dealer and they did not do a good job, anything over 55 and the front end wobbled all over. Stopped at Creamery today and they rebalanced them and put them back on the truck. Night and day, ran it up to 65mph with no issues. Great job guys, we have 6 vehicles here at home and I now have a tire store for life.

I ve brought 3 different cars here across 4 years and the service has always been quick, precise and excellent.Can t recommend enough. If you re considering the Creamery PA location just come here it s not nearly as busy. You ll be in and out in an hour or less usually.

Fast and beat customer service. All employees are happy to see you, greet you, confirm your service, and thank you for coming in even on a free tire rotation. Love small businesses that share this consistency. Both locations consistently exhibit this level of service. This is on top of great prices fast delivery of any tire you are looking for, which for me has been 1 day every time for 18 years on 3 cars. Now they are opening a new location closer to me and we can't wait.

Price shopped and they are reasonable for all weather GT truck tires with mount, balance & install. 50k mile warranty. Service was quick and professional. Pre ordered day before and only waited 10 mins on 1st come 1st serve. $550 for 4 tires.

Got a set of new wheels and used tires mounted today for my other car. Super fast and friendly service. There was a issue with pricing I got via email and in person. I guess a misunderstanding of some sort from who ever emailed me. Anyways they matched the pricing I had from the email. Which I appreciate it very much. The guys even asked me what color weights I wanted which I appreciate it also. They were very nice and took great care of my new wheels. Most places doesn't care if it's new wheels, they rush it and then end up messing it up, but here they took their time. I left a happy customer and will be back with my truck to get new wheels put on! Thank you Creamery tires of Chalfont!

Not even close to how they use to be. Very disappointed, I haven't had to go there for a while, but when I did the tech sucked. I went there for a new tire, bit the tech told me I didn't need one, it just needed to be fixed, so after I paid and left, the low air pressure came on, and I had to turn around and go back, just to end up needing a new tire (like I asked for when I got there,) THEN.i opted for a 130.00 tire, so they said that it would be 15.00 off for the repair I paid for, and I don't know how that came up with my balance due but it came to 138.00 how does a 130.00 tire minus15.00 turn out to be 138.00 ? I will not be returning there. Also, no respect for my time, if they had just replaced it to begin with I could've gotten the oil changed that day too and my PT appt. I only had time for my PT. Appt.

Creamery Tire is THE place for all of my tire needs. I've been going there for about a decade. Service is always top-notch, they get new tires in stock freakishly quickly, and the speed of install would make a NASCAR pit crew blush. Despite the speed, they pay attention to detail, and to my knowledge they tighten the lug bolts by hand. I just got new tires (Pirellis, they are sick) put on today, and only had to wait half an hour before I was good to go.The staff are always courteous and willing to go above-and-beyond. They make everything so easy.Tires are one of the most important parts of a car; I only trust Creamery. If they keep everything as it is, I will never have a reason to go anywhere else for tires.

I recently dropped my car off to get a set of new tires installed. Not only was everyone there super friendly, but they were QUICK! Their prices are great and I left there spending far less than I had assumed I would have to.

Do NOT go here.Tldr: 5 days of my time, 2 flat tires, a broken TMPS sensor, a rim clean up, and $130 extra for 4 new tires. You would think it's a great place after all the 5 star reviews, but don't chance it unless you have lots of time on your hands to fix their mistakes.Day 1: went to get 4 new tires. Spent 3.5 hours there. Creamery says the car is great, no codes, good to go.Day 2: front passenger tire is flat for no apparent reason. Called Creamery, who does not have a tow service, and they said bring it in. My husband spent 5 hours of his Saturday changing the tire, driving it over, and waiting to have it looked at.Creamery said the tire did not have a leak, but that it was a rim issue. They sealed the rim and said it will likely be fine.Day 3: front passenger tire flat AGAIN. Took it to my mechanic because I didn't feel like spending my entire day off work waiting at Creamery.My mechanic said the tire had a HUGE hole and that Creamery applied the sealer so sloppily to the rim that it was not sitting well on the tire and they likely broke the TPMS sensor by slathering it with sealant as well. My mechanic provided picyure evidence of these issues.TMPS had been functioning fine previously, per Creamery's report when I initially got the tires.Day 4: Went to Creamery to inquire about getting a new tire.Drove there (tire was not in stock), home, and back to Creamery again after the tire was delivered. Thankfully they gave me it free of charge.Day 5: took the car back to my mechanic because I didn't want Creamery touching it again, He cleaned the rim of the sloppily applied sealant, replace the TMPS, and put on the new tire. (Cost: $130)

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I totally understand why everyone referred me to Creamery Tires when I was looking to replace all 4 of my tires. The staff was excellent, the Chalfont location had Zero wait time & we were out the door in less than an hour. The prices were awesome, & they offer a rewards program! I would recommend them any time!
