I had the misfortune of driving over a nail on a Sunday! . Thankfully, I was near Mavis and was able to get help.I was so impressed with how friendly the staff was that I decided to inquire about repairs on my car. I'm so glad I did! The prices here are very fair and AFFORDABLE!Check out the coupons and sales attached to this review!Get some great work done and save money, too!

Thank you Jim! I blew out two tires on my way to work. Jim greeted me with a pleasant attitude and the utmost professionalism. Within minutes of the store opening he was able to get all my info and walked me through the options and pricing. Thanks to the service guys as well. These are honest people here!

I was just leaving a lovely lunch in the area, only to walk to the parking lot and find my back rear tire VERY flat. UGH! I had just bought 4 new tires in August (not from Mavis - FYI). Thankfully I had driven by Mavis tire multiple times and so knew they were close-by. I was able to ride a very short distance, explain my situation (& that I didn't have an appointment) & knew there were people ahead of me WITH appointments. Thankfully, even though they were pretty busy, they were able to patch my tire and we didn't need to replace the entire tire!!! So relieved! Jim was friendly and so was Zach. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Wish you continued success!!!

Jim and his team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They worked late to ensure our tires were perfectly fitted and balanced. They exceeded our expectations, and we saw several other happy customers come and go while we waited. Great customer-oriented team.

I was traveling to visit my daughter, and suddenly felt like I had a flat. I pulled into the Mavis and Chad Ford PA to have it looked at. Turns out there was a slice in the tire close to the wall that could not be repaired. The friendly service tech walked me through my options picked out a tire that was compatible With both my needs and my automobile, give me a great deal on two new front tires and I was on my way in under a couple hours! Highly recommend this location

The manager Dionne could not have been more accommodating or more helpful. This is my first visit at this facility and if I ever need servicing, I will 100% return. Thanks for you help Mavis-you knocked it out of the park!!!!

While on my way home today, my tire unexpectedly blew out on Route 1, leaving me stranded for nearly 30 minutes. With no time to spare for a replacement or repair the next day, I turned to Google for recommendations and found praise for Jim at Mavis Discount Tire in Chadds Ford. Swiftly calling him, Jim proved to be an exceptional and professional individual. He immediately accommodated me, saving me nearly $300 by skillfully repairing my tire instead of pushing for a new Michelin tire purchase. Jim's honesty was evident as he walked me through the cuts on the tire and promptly generated a repair order. In just 15 minutes, I was back on the road, grateful for his outstanding service and highly recommending Jim.

Jim & Jordan are those guys!! Picked up a bolt in my tread on the way home, and even though they were near close, they waited up for me. Great vibe and very generous, they had me fixed up in no time. If you need a patch, replacement, or just need trained eyes to take a look, definitely stop in. You won't regret it!

I have used this shop a few times in the past for various car maintenance, and have always been happy with the service I receive. A few weeks ago, my tire went flat, and I would have to blow it up in the morning before leaving for work and again before driving home. My husband finally made me an appointment on Sunday to get it patched. I went, and they said they did not see a leak in the tire, but the valve was loose, which they tightened free of charge. The next morning, my tire was flat again. I got another appointment for that afternoon for them to look at it. This time, they found a small hole. They plugged it and did not even charge me, because they said they should have caught it the first time. I highly recommend them!

As a single mom, it is hard when trying to make sure I m getting the right things for my car. I went and spoke to Jim and he worked with me and helped me with my budget. Very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!

I just recently moved into town and drove my vehicle cross country so you can only imagine the wear that put on my tires. Needless to say, I visited this location in hopes of pricing a few different sets. I was approached by Jim who made my pricing goal turn into a purchase. He was very attentive and really made an experience than can be easily overwhelming a piece of cake. Thank you so much Jim!

I was there Early Tuesday morning with my Mother and her vehicle. I have to say it was very nice d�cor for the holidays was the cleanest I ve seen a shop lobby but was also warm and cozy Mr. Zach gave us the TV remote and told us to make ourselves @ home I ve never been to a shop so friendly. My family and I will definitely be back and are recommended anyone to get you vehicle serviced by them!

Came is last minute with the need for a fix on my flat tire. I had special circumstances with me also. Currently delivering for a delivering service so timing was of the essence. Called Jim and he told me to come right in. Took care of me right away and I AM MUCH APPRECIATED. My customer I was delivering the food to appreciates it also. Thank you Jim and Team. Christine and her crew helped me with a lug bolt that was stripped while having tires replaced by another company. They put the bolt caps on and hid ehat they did. Extrenely frustrating. I went to 3 places prior and was given a bunch of excuses about how they needed to keep my car over night etc etc. and quoted ridiculous costs. Christine welcomed me in, took a look, told me to take a seat and her crew went to work. I literally was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you Christine and your crew for helping me out. Hospitality at it finest.

While on a recent trip we found ourselves in a bind with a bad tire. We were so relieved to find Mavis Discount Tire, especially at the hour we did! Most places in our hometown are not open that late. The service was excellent, the price was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Great experience. They stayed super late on a Saturday to finish up everyone that was in tne store. They also checked on me while I waited and there was great communication. Jim the manager handled a difficult situation with poise and professionalism! I'd definitely return here in the future

Stopped by due to a screw in the tread. Dionne at the front desk helped me out. Got my tire repaired and was on my way in less than 30 min. Couldn't be happier. Great job Mavis Discount Tire Chadds Ford.

Thank goodness this location is here. After paying the Brookhaven location $1,600 to rip me off, damage my car and not even fix my issue, but made it worse, the Chadds Ford guys along with the regional managaner came to the rescue and finally got my car back running normal. They even replaced my damaged parts.This is your only warning STAY AWAY FROM THE BROOKHAVEN LOCATION AND COME TO THE CHADDS FORD LOCATION INSTEAD!!

I ran over something that punctured my tire on Saturday afternoon. Jim stayed after closing time to make sure my tire was plugged, working properly and put back on my car in place of the spare. He was patient and professional. I highly recommend Mavis in Chadds Ford and Jim!

If it was possible to leave a negative rating, I would. Mavis put my significant others car on the lift wrong, causing thousands of dollars in damage and will not return his call. They ve made 0 effort to right their wrong Do not take your car here unless you want tires that don t hold air and a major headache.
