Worst glass install ever. I bought the top of the line Gorilla Glass replacement windshield for my Jeep JK, one of the easiest windshields to do and they did more damage than good during the install. Not only did they gouge my window frame all the way to the bare steel removing the old one but they installed the windshield crooked, so crooked I can t drive the Jeep without doing more damage where it is resting on the painted lower left edge. The brand new windshield is also damaged in the same area, the polished edge is sharp and jagged now. They did not tell me any of this happened, I saw it myself when I went to pick up my vehicle. I called them first thing in the morning and told them what I saw and they asked me to send photos. This is what they wrote back, no call, no name on the email. I got your photos, If the glass needs to be reset we would have to wait until the glue dries fully at least a week otherwise when you cut it, its still wet in the center and is very stringy and messy. I also contacted our localjeep dealer and ordered a paint correction kit but your color is on back order. That just means they can get it but it doesnt show an exact date, typically a week or two from my experience. I can call as soon as it comes inand have the technician come out to take care of everything all at once. For now just remove the blue tape today and dont wash the vehicle for another 2 days. Sorry for the issue's and the wait to correct them but we'llmake sure everything is settled in the end. They really thought a bottle of touch up paint would fix it. The body shop says the only fix is to remove the windshield repair the many cuts and gouges, repaint the window frame, and install a new windshield. Clear Vision will not respond to my efforts to resolve to issue. Do NOT waste your time with this company.!!!UPDATE!!!After an unsuccessful attempt to get the president of the company, Sal Azzariti, to replace my windshield and return it to its original undamaged condition has declined to have that done. This will require me to take legal action. Stay tuned for an update!

Clear vision was nice, helpful, and professional. I had to postpone my appointment for the windshield for my grand Cherokee and they were perfectly accomadating and when I was ready, so were they. They came to my work and got in done nicely. They cleaned up everything left over by my old windshield really well and got the new one in there So nice. They were also the cheapest installed price I could find by far. Very happy, thank you clear vision!

I had to replace my windshield over a month ago and after searching for the best price, I chose this company. They came to my job (super convenient) and replaced my windshield. I started to notice some moisture on my floor boards of my driver's seat and called Clear Vision just to rule out my new windshield as the culprit. The service person did an inspection and realized it was my blocked sunroof drain. He fixed the issue free of charge. I will highly recommend this company!

Got an estimate in the morning and they came to my job and replaced my winshield the next day in an hour.Of the places i called, including the highly advertised one who charges to come to you, this was competitively priced better.Good service and straightforward people

Service was fine and guaranteed, but agent was to call me in the morning to tell me when to expect technician. I had to call in again late morning to get an answer. Price was reasonable and the tech comes to the car.

Horrible job on my car. Did not Vaccum all the glass well and the excuse was that they did not have a good Vaccum. If you re a business like this you should have a good Vaccum. They left glass all in the backseat near the baby seat. When the job was supposed to be done my passenger mirror was loose and the window glass wobbled when being rolled up. Would not recommend this business!Service: Auto side window replacement

Made a apointment for monday confirmed with them on friday if they where still coming was told yes they will be out around lunch time! Monday comes no one shows up calls nothing! Today the guy shows up to do a coworkers windsheild didnt even bother to come talk to me or try to make things right! Bad buisness poor comunication

I was told I would have original manufacturers equipment installed, but it ended up being after market glass. The install was good, but I was told I was going to get a different product.

Very disappointed in the service and communication so much that I am forced to go back to my insurance and have work done correctly. I also requested another company, got there sister company. More games. Called insurance again and explained the situation.Very disappointed my customer service and communication with this company!

I just wanted to say if I ever had to get a new windshield again I will definitely call clear vision the guy who came out to install my windshield was very professional he also made me aware of some imperfections that were on the damaged windshield I just wish all text me like that for their customers I will definitely refer friends and family to clear vision because they go above and beyond to make their customers feel easy way to go job well done
