I had a slow leak in my tire and they got me in quickly, found the nail, and got me back on the road in less than 30 mins. And best of all....it was only $20! I was thrilled.

These guys are top notch. I've had too many good experiences to list but 2 that stand out are the time they confirmed I didn't need parts that another dealership garage tried to tell me I needed (which I knew I didn't need but it was nice to hear from a pro) and recently when I got a flat, they got me in quickly, worked around my schedule for drop off/pick up and got me back on the road quickly. Prices are also very reasonable.

Absolutely horrible service. Would leave zero stars if i could. I m so disappointed in LMR tires and their employee Mike. Had an appointment this morning for the Ford Explorer to get an alignment and for them to look at the driver side front wheel on my 3-horse bumper pull horse trailer. Had a little issue hooking up this morning and was exactly 9 min late getting there. Mike was at the service counter and told me they could no longer do it. That I should be dropping off the night before so it would be here at 8am.First of all, how am I supposed to drop off the horse trailer the night before? Second, would be nice to be told that when scheduling the appointment. Mike said they could try to get the alignment pushed back and to comeback at 4p. All for being just 9 min late and I would need to reschedule the horse trailer. Mike wouldn t even check the air pressure in the trailer tire. Said there was no one available.I sincerely hope Mike never has any issues where he is late getting to an appointment. I was a long term customer and have never been late for an appointment with LMR before.I immediately called Scott at Miller Automotive in Centre Hall and they were amazing. I explained the situation and they immediately fit me in on my way back home from LMR. The last thing in the world I need is a blowout with a trailer full of horses going down the highway. Epic fail on the part of LMR after years of using them I will never be back.Huge thanks to Miller for taking care of the tire. Turns out it was just a split valve stem in the tire and Miller took care of it in only a few minutes. That is customer service. Do not recommend LMR. Purchased 4 Falken tires with a 75,000 warranty installed on a vehicle with 17,000 miles on it. One tire in particular developed lumps on the inside tread after about 20,000 miles of wear. Two other tires had unusual wear patterns and were bad after about 25,000 miles of wear. Because of not having documented proof of tire rotation the warranty is worthless. I called Falken and they said to have LMR do an inspection and then contact them and they would make a determination whether to replace the tires or not. Extremely disappointed that LMR was not interested in doing a proper inspection and standing behind their customer. Will never purchase tires again from LMR.Service: Tires

They installed new wheels and an aftermarket lift on my truck. After the tires were mounted they left the left rear tire low. When I tried to fill that tire I discovered that they installed the pressure sensors backwards. When they installed the lift they failed to remove the service perch as required. I warned them ahead of time and the instructions I left did as well. This caused damage to the new control arms and voided my warranty. I also had to repaint the bottom of the control arms to cover the bare exposed metal. When I confronted them they wouldn't even acknowledge their mistake and didn't even so much as give me a discount on the alignment.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

One of the best shops in town! This is definitely my go to place with my car, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and kind and the prices are unbeatable! The shop manager Mike is very kind and patient and if you need something explained to you he's got you covered. I Personally have Patrick work on my cars and if he's not in then Jake is also my go to, however all the techs are knowledgeable and do the job right! They get the job done fast and right the first time absolutely love these guys!!

We were at Sheetz just down the road today with a complete blown tire ON THE RIM with nothing but wires left hanging off of it on the RV and Jerry from LMR pulled up and told us to go down the road and him and the shop would help us to change the tire and put the spare on!! It's amazing to know how kind people still are these days in all the ugliness in this world!!! I couldn't be more thankful for this place!!!Service: Tires

These guys are the best. I have taken two vehicles there on three occasions now. Every time, they go above and beyond with the needed repairs, and charge an extremely fair rate. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Called to try and get a tire plugged, but apparently that was a hassle they didn't want to deal with. It was ok the tires were purchased there less than 2 months prior tho. If the guy answering the phone is gonna have an attitude, maybe he shouldn't be the one answering phones.

Dont go to this place they tried to tell me i didnt have a muffler on my car when i did and failed my inspection he didnt want the garage that put my exhaust on or anything and tried to tell me i needed new brakes and wanted 1600 dollars out of me i went elsewhere and it went fine this place is a ripoff.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I took my car in for a bunch of repairs a couple weeks back, and they caused some damage that was pointed out by another shop (stuff happens). On taking it back for repair they charged me for replacing parts THEY damaged. Never going here again, and I'll be telling anyone I know to not go here as well.

I don't appreciate the attitude of the man behind the counter when I ask for air in my tires because the low tire light is on. His snarky comment this morning at 7 am was, "That happens on cold mornings". It was in the garage all night, so, no.
