Called them with a truck in the area that had a busted air bag on the rear drive axle that was a tight schedule. They sourced and retrieved the part before the truck arrived, then put multiple techs on it when it arrived. The truck got out in time to make it's pick up! Great service! Great prices! Dave and Al were very professional and a joy to work with! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I'm a truck driver and while driving with a load in Pennsylvania, I noticed that the lights on the trailer were not working. I stopped at a gas station and promptly reported this to the dispatcher. Within 20 minutes, a gentleman named Ben from Pittsburgh Truck Center arrived and fixed everything in a fast and professional manner. I am very pleased with his work and grateful that I did not have to wait for hours. Ben did a great job, and I left the scene happy and ready to hit the road once again.

I work for a local service company that moved our operation into the robinson area. We've been bringing all of our fleet vehicles to Pittsburgh Truck Center since our move about 6 months ago. AL has been a frequent point of contact every visit and is great. Always professional, friendly, and quick. If you're looking for a local reliable service provider for your vehicles I couldn't recommend anyone else!

I would like to write this review on behalf of Jimmy Williams, who performed service work on the Hyde Park volunteer fire department engine. The workmanship and Quality was excellent. He was here in a quick, timely effective manner performed the work professionally kept us aware of the entire process, committed and dedicated his time to the project until the truck was back to perfect working order. The cost and expense of the repair was well within reason and well within our budget. The truck has been running excellent, and the workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. .

Dylan was more than knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help solve. The problem did everything in his power even though his boss did not give him the right equipment. Followed me to make sure the truck was safe and we could get a tow truck. Cannot give a higher recommendation. if I have another problem, I will make sure that they are called .

When I say I was in n out like a robbery I mean!!! Big Al walked in the lounge with the paperwork n key I was so surprised!!!! I really do appreciate it!! Also thanks to the guy that gave me the cig. Really needed it. If you're in the area n need work done right n fast..this is the place.

I called for Road Service and the gentleman I talked with treated me with respect and was very helpful. He gave me an estimated time of 90 min to 2 hours for the service technician to show up. It took about hour for the road service technician to show. He also treated me with respect and was able to repair my truck in an hour

Pittsburgh Truck Center is phenomenal. We get all our trucks worked on at the shop in Presto. Very honest and the work is done efficiently.Ask for Al, he s the guy!
