I came here to get my windows tinted. The great reviews brought me in so I m doing my due diligence by leaving a review. I called on a Wednesday and was able to get in the next day. I was also able to get it all done the same day which was awesome. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful which I truly appreciate. Alex did my tint and I absolutely LOVE it. If I ever need a service done that they provide I will be sure to come here first.

They always do good work. I have had two cars detailed here. John is very responsive and gets the job done quick.Also, their pricing is very competitive. I won't go anywhere else!

I had my new black 2024 crosstrek for three days when my dog jumped on the door and put a 5 inch scratch on it. I was sick. I stopped by when they were closing one evening and one of the staff looked at it and said they could definitely repair it. I took it in and John looked at it and repaired it! It's perfect again! In an age when you don't always get the best customer service - John could not have treated me better! Exceptional customer service and the highest quality work! I will be taking my car back for detailing. I am grateful I found Future Image!

Wow this car is spotless now. We have 3 small kids and it was honestly a mess. I believe JR did the detailing and he did an amazing job. When we came to pick the car up someone came out and did a walk around of the exterior and showed us the interior to make sure we were completely happy with it. Really impressed with how the car looks and will definitely be coming back.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

Found Future Image online and am so glad I did! I drove there so they could look at a scratch I had. Said they could fix it no problem. I ended up doing a full Ceramic Pro coat and am floored by the results! Recommend to anyone who wants their car to look it s best. I got my Ford Fusion tinted by Alex and he did a great job! Amazing work and he created a very friendly environment. Everyone at the shop was nice and the tint looks amazing, I definitely recommend!

These guys are great! Took my truck in for a full exterior detail with focus on an area that was faded with a lot of light scratches that I couldn't get out myself. They got me in quickly and made the truck literally look better than when I bought it. Trust these guys.

I just had my car Ceramic coated at Future Image. It looks better than when I pulled it off the show room floor. John and his staff were exceptional. I shopped around before I chose Future Image. John was professional, knowledgeable and upfront about the process. I made the right choice and he won my future business. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had a ceramic coating and ceramic tint done on my 24 Subaru Impreza.The owner is very upfront and honest, excellent communication. Shop is clean and staff was friendly and professional.John was very upfront about pricing and talked me through the process (I was unfamiliar with ceramic coatings), no sales pitch, just the facts.They had my car for about 4 days, dropped off Monday morning and picked up Friday afternoon. This was exactly as expected and seems to be the standard for ceramic coating.After picking up my car I was BLOWN AWAY. They did some paint correction as well which made my already brand new car somehow look EVEN BETTER. The ceramic looks great and now that I can wash it, I can tell you that it does exactly what it says on the tin: crazy shine, great water beading, and it is very easy to wash.Alex did my tint, he did an excellent job as well. No scratches or any other blemishes in the tint film he applied, whole window is covered. Ceramic tint looks great and does a great job at rejecting heat.My ONLY complaint is that there was some streaking from the soapy water used to apply the tint on my interior door trim. This was easy enough to get off with a damp microfiber towel, but I probably shouldn't have to do that myself. Again, that was my only complaint and admittedly it's a very minor issue.Future Image is a great local shop, and I would do business with them again. 10/10.

I got a paint correction as well as a headlight restoration done on my car. The paint correction came out pretty great and I am very happy with it. The headlights didn t come out how I wanted the first time but I called the owner and he was very nice about it and offered to do them himself. Unfortunately since I had sprayed some clear coat on the headlights they couldn t be fully restored. I still appreciated them trying twice and as I mentioned earlier the paint correction is amazing. The people are nice and the prices are reasonable.Services: Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

Edit: John is a great owner and made things right. It was powder from the polishing, but he washed and sealed the vehicle again and it looks great. Five stars for the customer service and how the car looks. Things happen, but it was fixed and it s clear John cares and takes pride in his work.Thanks John!Potential to have been great, however, it was okay.I have paste like substance in the crevices all over the car and a fine dust all over the car that was from the polishing. At first I thought it may be due to the outside, but after looking at it further when I got home and looking in the nooks and cranny s it seems like it is from the polishing and all over the vehicle with concentrated pockets. It wipes off pretty easily but I will have to be careful as I wash it because it looks to scratch the surface very easily when wiping off.I told the gentleman when I picked up the car about the dust and some scratches on the hood and he rolled it back in to polish it a bit more on the hood. The scratches were gone, and so was the fine dust where he wiped it away, but still everywhere else on the vehicle.I picked the vehicle up 15 minutes after being notified it was done and we were parked outside while the small touchups were being done and that car had zero dust like the one on mine.Overall, I was really happy with the interior detailing and did a good job there, but the main reason I went was for the exterior polishing and I was pretty disappointed with the level of finish. Seems like it may have been rushed at the end.

I stopped in and talked to John the owner. I had a Saab 9-7x aero that had a bunch of little dings and one door dent and needed some major paint correction and swirls removed. I found out that John does all the paintless dent removal work himself so everything is in house. He got my vehicle in quick and had it done in a day. The dings are gone, even the ones I hadn't noticed the door dent is barely noticeable. The paint looks amazing. I think he even threw a quick coat of paint on the wiper arms where the paint was chipping. These guys are awesome. Hands Down the best detailing place around.

I took my WRX to John. I got the ceramic coating done. WOW. It actually looks better than when I first bought it.First, when I spoke with John over the phone ahead of the appointment, he explained the product, and the process in great detail.I received a text from John with a teaser pic halfway through the week with an update. Communication was great. Easy to deal with. Fantastic results. I will be bringing my other vehicle to them in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.Service: Auto detailing

Took my truck in to remove holograms after I tried to detail the truck myself with a polisher. I thought I had made a big mistake but John assured me it would be not problem to correct. They did great work, the truck looks great and no more holograms. Highly recommend john and his team.

I am a little slow posting this review. I had a full detail and nanoceramic coating (Silver package) done last April and I have been very pleased with the results. John and his crew did a great job and even picked my car up and delivered it when it was complete. Do not waste your money on any dealership coating gimmicks. Make this your first stop when you buy a new car, you won't be sorry. My Murano is over 5 years old and looks like new.Service: Auto detailing

John and his fellas did an amazing job detailing my X3. They even managed to get the tailpipes to shine again. I just came back from my free hand wash and he made sure I was satisfied - no appointment needed despite them being pretty busy. I ll definitely return!!!

Super professional and very friendly service, I wish I could rate 10 stars on here. Amazing paintless dent removal job done - I had a palm-sized dent on my Accord s fender that came out like nothing ever happened (see pic of this fender after repair, I just couldn't believe my eyes). And the price was great. Would definitely recommend.Thank you soooo much !!!

John & his crew do exceptional work. Had my car ceramic coated in 2020 & had two maintenance treatments since then. The car looks like it came off the showroom. John the owner & Scott the manager whom I had the pleasure of dealing with took care of all my needs. I highly recommend Future Imaging & will continue to be a loyal customer!!

I am fully satisfied with the quality work done by future Image Automotive specialist. I went for my Honda Sedan full detailing as per my appointment but nobody was there, Initially I was little upset with the time. Talked to John on call and he was able to manage everything nicely and delivered my Car on same day and time time as per commitment. My Car looks great and smells very nice (Orange Flavour). I took my Nissan Rogue to Future Image for a dent repair on the front driver's side fender/quarter panel area. I called and John, the owner, and he was so helpful and put my mind at ease. I was expecting it to be a huge cost but John gave me a very reasonable quote. I called him on a Friday and he had availability that coming Monday and had the dent gone within a couple hours after I dropped off on Monday. The car looks great. I will definitely go to him for any future dent repairs and am going to do I full detail with him in the near future! Thank you John!

What an AWSOME experience I had working with these guys. I didn't want to just buy something for my kids for Christmas and I am always trying to find something they could really use or experience. My husband had his truck done a few months ago and he's still enjoying the great job they done on his F-150 and he still talks about. Than it hit me. I started out making an appointment for my daughters car, than I thought about getting my sons truck done. In the end I made 5 appointments for 5 vehicles. They all were so excited with their gifts. John was able to get them all done the week between Christmas and New Years. Everyone loved their vehicles. They will be enjoying the great job that was done to each vehicle for awhile. I had a ceramic coating done in 2021 and couldn't be happier. I scheduled an interior detailing to be done at the same time, as we had just returned from the beach and had sand and crumbs from the kids everywhere. Looks and smells new inside and out. Great attention to detail. I also had a small, nickel sized dent in a door that they fixed perfectly. And I had small scratches on my tail gate from hitting the garage door that they buffed out effortlessly. Honestly, if you go anywhere else you're CRAZY. Obviously, HIGHLY recommend. My husband Don just had his truck detailed here for the first time, and he s very picky when it comes to the finer details. They put a lot of work into his truck, and the results were awesome! It looks brand new again. The owner John was great to work with from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend them to everyone we know. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you re happy with everything. We ll be back again for sure!

Did a pretty decent job on my car. Got a lot of areas I did not expect them to get, including behind things and in vents. My only real complaint is that the product they used to revitalize the plastic trim on my car left weird splotching marks all over it. There was also some weird little beads all over the outside of the car. Regardless I feel I got my money's worth.Edit: John the owner personally contacted me and addressed all of my concerns within hours. Extremely fast and reliable service. I will be using them again

John, the Owner, is a very nice guy. He detailed my husband's truck the same day that we called so that we could take it to the dealer as a trade-in on a new truck. They did a great job and the truck looked wonderful! The Toyota dealer even asked us who did it because they wanted to give him some business. I would definitely use him again.

I would not recommend getting your vehicle tinted here. They do a amazing job detailing but lack very much in the window tint department. I got my vehicle tinted here about 2 months ago now. I was not happy with the out come of my tint pointed out my issues. I.e air bubbles, big gaps at the tops of the windows and very bad cut work to where none of the windows matched gaps. I talked to the owner. Said they would take care of it. Never happened. Talked to his tinter his son. He said he would talk to his dad about it. Nothing ever happened. So I would say save your money and take it to someone more experienced.Service: Vehicle window tinting

John and his staff were amazing. You can tell they really care about their reputation by the way they meticulously inspect every car before it leaves their lot. They were able to make my 8 year old car look new and we're very friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough.
