I drove in from out of state to visit family with two kids when the water pump went on my Volkswagen. I was referred by my brother in law and I was not disappointed. They worked fast even though they were backed up with work and were empathetic to my situation and very kind and caring. They went above and beyond for me and I m forever grateful.

Our beloved mechanic retired and we needed to find a new place to take our vehicles. My husband called to make an appointment to have his truck inspected. I couldn t be more impressed by the pricing and the kindness I was shown when I stopped to pay for said services. I even hung out with the guys for a while because they were so down to Earth. We are so glad to have found them. They are our new go to for all our Mopar needs!

Craftmont Auto is THE only place I'll trust with my vehicles. Bobby and Lou are two of the most honest mechanics I've ever come across. I have 3 mechanics in my family and will never have them work on my cars again. I've dealt with missed diagnoses, huge nickel and dime parts, and not to mention the ear beatings of having family work on my cars my whole life. Bobby and Lou are kind, understanding, and great with working with you. They listen to all my complaints and and are super great with diagnosing and making sure my car is completely safe for my family. They are quick to diagnose and quick to fix. I am so grateful to have such a great team and recommend them 100% of the time for any small or large issue at hand.

Just started taking my vehicle here last year. Great service and very affordable. I'm always shocked at how little the bill is compared to other places I have gone to in the area. Sometimes, there is a wait for an appointment but it is always worth it when you see the money you save. Honest, friendly guys who do what needs done to keep your car running and safe and never try to talk you into getting more done than what is absolutely necessary.

Quick and easy appointment scheduling. They had my car in and out for inspection at a fair price and let me know of maintenance I might need coming up in the summer.

guys legit extremely disrespectful. The first man we spoke with was very polite but the owner legit is a joke. We paid an extra 200 dollars to get the work done on are car else where because how rude this man was. When you ask a simple question and get nothing but an attitude you don't deserve business period, and you definitely will never get business from me or anyone in our family who actually gave him business in the past and can promise that will never happen again. Worst business owner we ever dealt with and i was only in there for 5 mins.

One of the most honest and reasonable auto service businesses I've ever dealt with. I've been taking my vehicles there for over 6 years now and my wife's family has been for decades. They do quality work at an honest rate.

I have been taking my cars to craftmont for a while now. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. There reliable and upfront. Quality of work and prices are great. Bobby and his crew run a great shop.

I've been taking my vehicle here since I moved to Pittsburgh about two years ago. The last time I needed repair (new brakes) I called up Craftmont and they schedule an appointment for one week out -the soonest they had available. However, the next day or two, my car started making funny noises and I was set for a roadtrip in a few days. So I called them up and explained the situation. Even though they were completely booked, they offered to take a look at my car to make sure it wasn't an emergency and that it would be safe to drive long distances. Turns out my brakes were shot and I needed two new roaters and an exhaust.They squeezed me in the NEXT day and also updated all of my inspections. My car has had no problems since (knock on wood).I'm a female who knows very little about vehicles and was initially very concerned about taking my car to places that may lie to me in order to get more money. However, the guys at craftmont have always been extremely trustworthy and the service is affordable. I have repeatedly had great experience here, the above is just one example.I'm moving a little farther away but will continue to use Craftmont and I highly recommend them to others.

The most fair, honest, and helpful auto shop I ve been to. Have went to Craftmont for 7+ years, with family members going for 20 years prior. Highly recommend and wouldn t go anywhere else.

Took my truck in for fuel lines. Got my truck back with footprints still all over the bumper and my 240 dollar tire ground down to nothing. Fuel line was rubbing against the firewall. I had to fix it myself. Rubber was stuck all over the mud flap telling me they took my truck out and beat it!!! The owner paid for the tire and is a good guy. He seemed upset at the idiot mechanics he has!!! Will not return until until he hires new mechanics. Stay away!!!

I have been talking my vehicles here for years. I know I can trust them. I don't get asked questions they know I can't answer so they can take advantage. Bob runs an honest business without raking you over the coals.JAW

I have been going to Lou and Bob for years and cant say what a blessing it is to have a mechanics that you can totally trust !!! Always feel free to call and get their advice as well. Really appreciate these guys.

* Just had 2 vehicles serviced there a 2013 Chevy Impala and a 2001 Chevy Astro van ... all repairs were done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable.... Bob and the employees continue to impress me and I wouldn't take my vehicle's nowhere but Craftmont Auto Service ... thank you Craftmont for being there for Sue and I
