Took my truck to Carmichaels Service to be fixed. They needed to send for a part but they kept me informed about what was going on. Technician's are very good. Fixed something I didn't even ask them to fix. Would highly recommend. Per Jeff they have a once over they do with about 100 things they check to make sure everything is running properly. Will Definitely make appointment to have this done. Very professional......

I just had my car there, took it there they diagnosed it and fixed it the next day. They even messaged me after I left to make sure i felt like it made a difference when driving my car. They replaced the wheel bearing and hub and did the tie rods. They were super friendly and helpful. Gave me a great price and it was all just comfortable trusting them. Love these guys! They are honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. Some of the best customer service in any business. I'm about to move an hour away, I scheduled an appointment to get my water pump fixed before it gave out. On the way there my water pump gave out an my car was not able move they towed my car an made it possible to get it fixed today an got my car back the road. These people are truly a blessing. I highly recommend this place to work on your car an they will make anything to happen for your car to get back on the road.

This is a great place for a variety of vehicle work. The front desk lady, Kylie, is a very nice person who treats you like a friend rather than just a customer. The mechanic, Jeremy, did a very thorough job on the State Inspection of my car and explained it all well and got me out the door quickly and efficiently! This place is very professional and welcoming. I ve been to many shops where it seems like the owner or employees are almost annoyed that you are there, that was not the case at Carmichaels Service Center. They replaced an axle on my truck. The quote was accurate, reasonably priced compared to other shops in the area, and the job was done the same day I dropped it off. They also did a state inspection on another of my vehicles and replaced a few parking/running lights at no additional cost to me. I will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs and would recommend this shop to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First of all, my knowledge of cars is almost non-existent. I can change a tire and change the oil. That's about it. I HATE going to shops because I feel like a lot of mechanics take advantage of me because I'm a woman with no car knowledge. It sad to say, but that does happen. I've had places tell me I need new tires, brakes, rotors, etc., all the time when I know I don't because these are things I've had done recently.That being said, this wasn't one of those places. I actually felt comfortable with the staff. They were friendly and kind. More importantly, they showed compassion and acted like they cared. I was stunned when I was told I needed a new transmission. I didn't dream it would be such a serious problem on a car with 73K miles. Any other place would have said I needed a new transmission and sent me on my merry way to figure it out on my own. They went above and beyond. I know Kylie spent hours trying to figure out the best options for me. Everything worked out better than I could have ever imagined. I'd like to point out that I paid these people nothing. Everything they did for me, they did for free. I'm forever indebted to their kindness, and this is where I'll be taking my car for everything from now on. Thank you, Kyli, Shaun, and Jeff. I'd give you a million stars if I could.

So far I've been here twice. Great service, and above all else they seem trustworthy. The lady at the counter was incredibly nice, and very informative. Definitely am going to make this place my regular mechanic!

I've taken my car to this repair shop twice with good results. First with a brake noise that, after inspection, they resolved w/o any charge. On that visit I also had them replace an ABS sensor that had been an issue for some time. This was done at a very reasonable cost. Second trip was just an oil change, again professionally done with all fluids checked at reasonable cost. Good shop.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Great service, great employees and overall great customer experiences. You will not find a more honest and trustworthy garage around. Prices are exceptional, and they do not overcharge. Also, they only do what you ask, and alert you beforehand if any additional work is necessary and required, and give you an idea how much it will cost. They get ALL my business!!!

They helped us out so much. We live out of town and our son goes to college at Waynesburg University and Carmichaels was very helpful and professional to help us get our car back running when we couldn t be there to know exactly what was going on. Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Charlie is very professional. I was given a time the work would be completed . I showed up early and car was ready. Mechanics are very experienced.
