Never go there to have auto service!! I had a tire changed, but when I picked up the car in the parking lot, the tire cover was cracked and damaged. I went back and reported the problem to the employee, he said there's nothing he can do. He asked if I wanted to talk to their manager and made me wait at the service desk for 20 minutes. At the end, they just said it might be like this when you bring the car, even without a sorry!! Totally disrespectful and rude to customer

Negative stars from me. This place is a joke. I bought tires on Monday and scheduled install at noon on Sunday. They call me Friday and say that they don't schedule on Sunday. They suggested I show up at 7 :30 am. I can't, that's why I scheduled at noon. I called at 10 am Sunday and they are booked all day for tires. I just go pick up tires, no install. They have a sign on the door saying they close at 4 for unforeseen circumstances. I see 3 guys with one car in the shop. Never again.

One star for the number of brain cells these people collectively had.Took 5 HOURS to change 4 tires... I was talking to other people there and some of them had been waiting for 2-3 hours as well.I had been trying to get in to do this for 3 weeks so I probably should have taken that as a sign that this wasn't going to go well. They obviously have a scheduling issue they need to figure out. It's not fair to the customers or the workers.I felt bad for the workers at the desk, they seemed like they were having a stressful time as well. I don't feel bad for the people who were working on my car. You would think you'd hone your craft after doing this all day every day..I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to get their tires changed here. Yes the tires are cheaper, but it is NOT worth your time or stress.

DO NOT GO HERE! i ordered tires online for black friday. when i ordered them i worried that walmart would screw this up. but it was a good deal. it let me set an appointment online for sunday 12/3 10 am. i get a call sat 12/2 at 2pm telling me they dont do appointments on sundays that ill have to reschedule or arrive as a walk in at 7 am. I show up early at 645 and there are at least 13 people in line waiting in front of me and 4 or 5 behind me. all the same story, cancelled their sunday appointment told them to walk in. i left my car there at 7 am. i didnt get it back until 1pm. 6 hours for a tire change! then when i got it back, 2 of my tire pressure sensors no longer worked so i walked back inside and the tech attempted to tell me basically " oh it happens they were worn out" tried to brush it off. its only a 5 year old car.....and they worked that morning when i dropped it off. so they begrudgingly pull it back into the bay and I waited there another hour and half and they magically fixed the broken sensors..... idk if they changed them out or they messed up relearning them the first time but at the end of the day it took about 8 hours to get 4 tires changed. will never go back. i saved 60$ on tires and wasted 8 hours to get them installed. lesson learned. DO NOT GO HERE! go literally ANYWHERE else.

Never again went on the site bought a tire that needed fix and instantly they marked it as a fraud had to talk to someone on the phone and wait 24 hours made multiple appointments on the weekday 4 to be precise only for them to call on the day of the appointment to tell me there closing early took off work and everything they said come sunday 1st come 1st serve cool right we take walk ins there was one guy ahead of me at 8 am its now 11 1st guy long gone 5 ppl had come and gone never again

I had 4 tires i took there to have mounted and balanced , they got to me fairly quickly and had the whole job done in an 1 1/2 total time from arrival to departure.The Price was about 30.00 a tire for mounting, balancing , new valve stems and road hazard along with old tire disposal and tax.it would have been 10.00 a tire cheaper but i opted for the road hazard on the tires just because a flat repair would cost that or more over the life of the tires .Overall not a bad price considering i didnt buy the tires from there.

I'm not sure there is any benefit to making an appointment. I made an appointment for 10 am for an oil change. I arrived at 9:45. Vehicle was checked in at 9:53. At 10:50 (almost an hour of waiting at this point) I received the text that my vehicle service was started. Vehicle was ready at 11:14 but I stood in line for over 20 minutes to pay and get my keys. 9:45 till 11:34 for an oil change...Never againService: Oil change

So I was told it was first come first serve for car work. So I brought my car in before 9am to have 2 tires put on. There was only one car in the lot besides mine. It has taken them 2 hours just to finally pull my car in. Then I see out the waiting room window, three guys standing around talking and not working. My car has sat in the shop now for over a half hour and there still is no tires on it. I would not recommend this Walmart for tires!

Horrible experience. They have no help, cut their hours, postponed my appointment and a tire changes still took over four hours ( when a 1.5 hour wait was promised). Go somewhere more reputable.Service: TiresService: Tires

$55.97 for a full synthetic oil change, I couldn't believe it!I gave this 5 stars because of the AMAZING price but mostly because of the workers that work there!Very kind and gave me really good prices, I am coming back for my auto care

Went for 4 tires, didn't have what I wanted. Was convinced to purchase 2 tires. Then order the matching 2 tires on line. Then return a week later.1 hour 35 minutes for mount 2 tires.

I had a slow leak. Guys found it and repaired it for under $20. They really saved my Christmas, because no one else had that tire in stock. Customer service was great, they kept me in the know of where I was and explained what the problem was even though I couldn't understand the tire jargon. Still appreciated though. Wait room could have used a quick a mop, but that's my only complaint. These guys were great

8/15/22 - My wife & I came in at 11:30am to get new tires & at 4 pm we are still waiting. It's been over 5 hours, they are still not done. They even worked other cars that came in after us & the lady said it was first come first serve. Wonder if it's going to be done right, now it took so long. Never again! I'll get them put on elsewhere from now on.Service: Tires

Terrible service, I had an appointment set for Sunday at 1:00I was called on Saturday and told there are no appointments on weekends.I asked what time the open and was told 7:00 am.The instructions that were sent said to pull up to the bay doors and someone would scan the order and so on.Staff didn't even show up til 7:40.Then one of the techs was pounding on the bay door angrily when he looked out and saw people in line.3 of us were in line at 6:45 .Somehow people that were behind us were getting in .Then I was told I had a 3hour wait to get mine installed.Took the tires and left, I'll get them installed somewhere else ,walmart sucks.

All of the good technicians quit and went to jack Williams. Would definitely recommend going to jack Williams if you need work done. I ve heard nothing but horror stories about the Walmart auto care lately

Been here 3 hours even though I was first in line at 7am, they re bringing other cars in before me. 2 guys doing tires are just standing around laughing and on phones showing each other music while my car is now up on the lifts. I will not come back here anymore.

The service is absolutely garbage. Every time I have been in there I have been ignored, and treated as if I'm a burden for even being there. And to top it off I'm usually told they aren't taking any more customers. I have tried multiple times to get work done here and am told no. This is ridiculous. I will not be trying again. Of course it's the most convenient...but it's not convenient if I can't even get work done and take time out to go there. And I've been told they aren't taking customers for an oil change around noon. I have to be there right when they open I guess. No thank you.Service: Oil change

I usually go to the Palmyra location. However I went to this one! 1st time going to this one and bc of the techs here I now have over 300$ in repairs due to the underneath splash guard not being properly placed back on! I have a 2023 Honda CRV and it s not covered under warranty bc Walmart did my oil change! Make sure you have someone check your car within couple of days or else you ll be stuck with the same situation. Sad I ve never had this issue in over a year at the palmyra location. But this location obviously don t care about the issues they could cause from pure lazinessService: Oil change

Went to have my tires installed. I had brought my own tires in. The kid made a statement to the girl at the counter that he wanted to leave early while I was there. Then wouldn't do my tires because he said they were the wrong size. They were correct. Walmart. Com even said it was the right tire size but he refused to do it. I drove 30 min there for it.

I come here all the time for leaky tires, oil changes etc. I bought my tires here. Sometimes it s faster, sometimes it s slower. I like it that I can call and ask if they re busy and then come over and get an oil change or fix with no problem. If they have a huge backlog they ll tell you. I know the people here, not well but as a customer, they ve always been really nice and good to me even though sometimes I m paranoid they have never given me a reason to be. Anyway, great staff, great work.

They'll get the job done for you, but sometimes the service is less than stellar and the wait times are long. Get in there early if you need something done. They only have so many time slots in a day and they fill up quickly.

Good prices but the customer service needs work. I went there today with a 3:00 appointment and arrived at 2:45. They asked me (again) about the one tire I needed and verified my phone number. I did a little shopping and was back in the tire waiting area within 15 minutes. At 4:15 I was getting tired of waiting (1 1/2 hours for one tire) and went to the customer service desk and asked when my car would be done ---- they said it was done. I asked when --- they said about 45 minutes ago. Why didn't anyone call or come to the waiting room to get me. They said, "I guess we were too busy". WTF .... I was only 15 feet away. What kind of service is that ......beside very poor.

I received excellent and speedy service on my tire! I needed to replace a tire the Saturday before Memorial Day, I drove up and was out of there with a new tire in less than an hour! Much better service and far more professional than I've had at two other drive in and get service chains in this area! I will use them again!

Excellent!!! Ruth greeted me warmly and helped me out with a few things that weren't even tire related! The tires were a great value and price; Tyler and Dakota did a great job with the install and balance. Honestly, I'll come back to this particular Walmart simply because I would like to support Ruth and these guys! I will definitely be repeat customer in the Carlisle Walmart Tire Center!!!Service: Tires

Ok, I'm not really big on reviews but here it goes..... Janis was amazing working behind the desk, taking people's orders, opening doors and getting people back in their cars after service. The place was completely busy on a Thursday night, people needing oil changes, flat tires, etc etc..... Janis told me 45 minutes to an hour and that's what time I was out.Kudos to Janis.... you did an amazing job and Kudos to the "bay crew"!

I've gone here for quite a few oil changes and tire services. They are constantly understaffed, and the employees are overworked and frazzled. This is why there are so many reviews about employee shortness and bad attitudes. They run them ragged. It's sometimes hard to get them on the phone because they constantly have to run back and forth between the office and the garage because they never have enough people working. However, the service has always been good and the prices are very hard to beat. Just be aware that these are underpaid and overworked employees and try to understand their frustrations. If you want to be treated better, go to a regular tire shop and pay twice as much.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called at lunch-time to ask about dropping my car off overnight so I could have tires installed in the morning and I was told this would be fine if I dropped it off prior to closing time. So I drove down there (30 minutes away) and was told that they would never let me leave my car there because they didn't own the lot, they couldn't ring me up tonight. I explained to them about my phone call earlier in the day, and they explained that I shouldn't have been told that, and weren't surprised with the information the woman provided over the phone. Will never even remotely consider taking my car to a Walmart Auto/Tire ever again, let alone this one which wasted an hour of my time.

Called Saturday evening to make sure there was availability for a Sunday oil change. I was told if I come at 8 am there would be no problems. Sure enough I arrive at 7:55 with cars already lined up. We are told it s an hour and a half wait. It s now 8:30 and the service person has not even arrived to begin the first car!!! Completely unacceptable. I left before I could waste 4+ hours of my time for NOTHING.
